Just ordered a small 5$ meal and waiting 13 minutes for food while only 1 person seems to be doing something the others just chatting while we were waiting people behind us in the drive through were getting impatient yelling at us demanding us to move up past the window when we were just waiting on food or any word on the order when we still havent heard anything when we finally got the food some of it was cold how did you take so long that the food got cold on top of everything there was a horrible smell in the air around the place

ALL The food was cold. The chicken sandwich was so salty even my dog wouldnt eat it. They told me at the window that they couldnt add ice cream to the order after we left the drive thru box. They gave me 4 different reasons to why not.... they dont sell ice cream, cant add to the original order, the machine was broken, and they had a line of people. I like this Burger King. Just 2 issues. Sitting at the drive thru window the smell of human waste is enough to make a person nauseous. I dont think its coming from inside of BK but its awful. Also, if you go into the restrooms the floor feels like it was mopped with grease. I couldnt even get to a stall without falling. Its every time I try to use their facilities. I report it every time, but they dont care.

Went several months ago and didnt eat until we got home. We were missing his double whopper. Since it was after 10 on weekend, wasnt going to drive 20 minutes back into town. Called and manager Dave took my info and told me to come by any time for a free one. Redeemed this week with my name without any problems. Thanks Dave for keeping up with mistakes on orders.

Burger King, PLEASE add another feature on your UBER EATS app where we can add additional cheese. I ordered a triple whopper and when requested to add cheese for an additional $1.00 you only added 1 slice of cheese. My UBER driver said that i had to pay for the additional cheese but there was no cheese feature to add. I contacted UBER for this suggestion. I always give good reviews because I know what good it does. But not this time.I left my house after seeing the commercial Burger King 2 for $4.00. You Rule. No I dont. I asked for the special . The employees didnt know about it. I said I have seen it several times on TV. I was told we always dont know about these specials. I get that. I work in retail. Then I was told it may be on an APP. I said I didnt know how to do that. I ended up getting two ,2 for $7.00 plus two with bacon. Instead of paying $4.00, I paid $16 plus tax. Good marketing.

The food is good enough, but I hate ordering delivery from this location. They never put the complimentary sauces in the bag. I guess God forbid I have to work and not be able to come over there just to get the freaking sauce that comes with onion rings. EDIT: Wow. This was a 2 star review but after about 10 minutes I tasted my drink. I ordered orange Fanta, and they put freaking Hi-C in there. I hate Hi-C. You people realize that youre supposed to tell the Dasher this info if you happen to be out of the requested drink, right?? Useless staff! This is the kind of store that gets DoorDash drivers in trouble because the customers might not know better when it comes to the reviewing process. EDIT 2: Wow...already another edit. Okay. The mayonnaise on the burgers was also definitely expired. It tasted sour and when my coworker showed me his burger, the sight of the mayonnaise made me feel physically ill. Went there on Sunday afternoon and got horrible food and service. Chicken nuggets tasted bitter and dry. Food is always good. My grand daughter was excited to be able to get an Icee. That was totally disgusting. She took it back to the cashier, he tasted some from the machine and said it tasted fine.. I hadn t been into a Burger King in years (over 10 years), because the quality of their burgers was going downhill. I heard about the $.37 Whopper and decided to give Burger King another try. The Whopper I received was hands down the worst burger I ve ever had. The 1st bite was on the cool side, the 2nd bite wasn t warm at all, and the 3rd bite was literally cold. It went into the trash after that. The service was fast and friendly, but the quality and taste of the burger was terrible. When I stopped going into Burger King years ago, I didn t think they could get any worse, but they sure have. Won t ever order ANYTHING from a Burger King restaurant again.

Tonight s experience was just frustrating on so many levels. Was excited about the anniversary offer for 37 cent whoppers but the caveat turned out to only be for 1. Had to download the app for that. It took about 30 minutes to place the order because connectivity was horrible. A couple of people wanted burgers made special so we put those details in the app. The app said we could give them the offer code and get a free drink upgrade but at the drive thru they said they can t do that. We get to the window and they tell us leaning out the window (no mask while we are masked) that they don t have one of our drinks .. so they just don t bring the only substitute they offered. So then we asked for that drink and again more leaning out the window conversation and we finally get the substitute. It made us so uncomfortable. Whoppers were cold like always (you d think we d learn) and the substitutions were just all screwed up. We ended up with a regular chicken sandwich when we had ordered one of the Parmesan chicken type sandwiches. Pickles and onions on all the whoppers when we asked them withheld. This location just needs new management already. Hopefully other locations are better.

I love their bacon cheeseburgers. Usually a slight wait even if u are the only one in drive through. But the burgers are always good and tasty.

They probably know me by name at this point! I eat here probably too often, all because of the Impossible Whopper. Ive only had a couple times where the burger wasnt quite as tasty (lower quality veggies, mayo or ketchup near expiration, or the patty aint grilled enough), but they dont really define the casual experience. Ladies at the window are always really nice. Last thing: the new ranch packets are awful!!!

I always order whoopers from there it seems like they reheat the meat many time in the microwave its luke warm the outer edge are like a rock i am always spiting out.i stop eatig there because the last time got really sick for 3 days none stop diarrhea
