In the darkest time of my life, I encountered Attorney Tim. I was going through an extremely frightening divorce, physically and mentally exhausted. Tim listened attentively to my story, diligently collected evidence, and researched various legal grounds and interpretations, swiftly devising a defense strategy. Initially aware of my reluctance to go to court, he tried tirelessly to communicate with my ex-husband. Unfortunately, my ex-husband was entirely uncooperative . I was referred to Tim Griswold by a trusted friend. My small business was sued by a large company that was well connected politically. As you can imagine, this was a stressful situation as I had never been sued in my 17yrs of business. Tim is a good person. He is honest, fair and a fierce fighter. He is a military trained litigator/attorney. He doesn t pressure you to do what is best for him, he does what you think is best for you and best for the win. He will give you honest feedback so you can make the best decision. Tim is precise and detailed. His prepared responses to the plaintiff and the court was professional, free of error, intelligent and timely. Tim helped me resolve my situation quickly; I am now stress free and winning.

I whole-heartedly recommend Attorney Timothy Griswold. Tim is proficient in both Englishand Chinese (it s extremely difficult to find US attorneys who speak fluent Mandarin Chinese), has served in the US military for over 20 years, and is a veteran of Iraq. He also has a strong sense of justice and is very trustworthy. Over the course of the past several years, Tim has represented me in several commercial legal matters, business partnerships, traffic tickets, and as a defendant in a Civil lawsuit. I was very pleased with the way he handled every one of these matters. On the civil matter, he truly went to bat for me, and never backed down despite it dragging on for years due to Covid and being against a Goliath for a plaintiff. In summary, I highly respect Tim s professional skills, as well as his personal attributes, and unequivocally recommend Tim as a lawyer.

I know Tim for last 5 years and he has helped me in Child support case and Divorce case. I highly recommend people to hire him because of his following qualities and skills Tim is one of the rare attorney I ever met because, I did not see any other attorney who can feel your pain as much as Tim does. He understands that you are going through worst time of your life and he sympathies with you. I went through a personal hell where other attorneys will feed on your misery, exploit you, and take advantage of you. But he genuinely wants to help you to get through the hell you are in. He is not like any other attorney who you call and expect the consulting fees right away. It gives you comfort that someone is there you can talk to get genuine and good advice. He makes sure you get right advice, regardless of if you hire him or not. Thats how much selfless he is. He breaks that barrier of fear, anxiety, and intimidation when an individual is so scared, insecure, helpless. In regards of skill, I find him very knowledgeable and well versed with the law. He is very skilled in knowing what path you need to take in order to have the best outcome for your case. In my child support case, he was spot on about the law and codes to help me get through the case. I first heard about Tim by listening to a talk show he was being interviewed for on a Chinese radio station. I was very impressed by Tims Chinese skills and background. Later, my relatives had a complicated family lawsuit. After consulting with Tim in person, I did not hesitate to hire him to represent me as a lawyer in this case. Tim is very knowledgeable in the legal field and always provides accurate legal advice. He is also very responsive. Every time I had any questions, he replied very promptly. Additionally, Tim speaks and writes Chinese fluently, so I never had any problem with communication. Eventually, we won the lawsuit after a lengthy legal bout and long trial.
