Not much to expect from a sports bar, but from a customers perspective when you have customers paying money to waitresses and then continuing to do acts like kissing them on the hand. I find that very inappropriate no matter what the occasion is. And from the reports and word of mouth of the kitchen being dirty and food being to some degree rotten, I believe this place needs a rework and needs to be looked into from the owner themselves and to fix the problems that are happening in this location. I have tried the food myself and it was not Good. Im not saying all of them are ran like this but Im saying this is a problem and I will never return.

Use to love going here however, this time the service was horrible, waitress would ruin by all fine right, all of the glares were empty went to ask for refills, and she was already gone. We had a party of 6 sat at the high tables, just not a good experience at all, husband paid for us 2 with a hundred dollar bill, her first quieting was so you need change?? Umm yes please bill was 38 something so she brings us back 3 $20 and a $1.... went to ask to break one down for a top and she was gone, husband had to go to restroom so he stopped by the bar and got change so we could tip her, just not a good experience at all, probably lost dedicated customers.....

The food was excellent. Ragin Redfish and the Louisiana Platter (fried catfish, fried shrimp, crawfish etoufe). The service (our waitress was Kelly) was not good. After waiting quite some time for our original drink order, (Stella on draft and Shiner on draft), we were informed that they were out of Stella. So, a Margarita was ordered, instead of the Stella. We watched as the Shiner sat out on the bar and after about 10 minutes or so, the bartender mixed the margarita, but did not even shake it. It was hot when it came to the table. Like I said, the food was great, but the service was really not good. We will go back for the food maybe later in the future, but not anytime real soon. Pricey, too.

Oh, Walk-Ons can be such a treat! The atmosphere is always buzzing, and its like a little slice of sports heaven. The staff usually go the extra mile to make sure youre having a great time. And the food? Totally delicious! Their Cajun dishes are my faves you can almost taste the Louisiana love in every bite. Plus, those big screens make it the perfect spot to catch a game. Definitely a five-star hangout spot!

Embarrassing and humiliating, was what i felt and went thru in this restaurant. i had came with coworkers and friends to eat and drink, the waiter takes our orders and ask for Id s to the ones who orders an alcoholic drink, which of course is no problem. she comes back and brings us our drinks, 5-10 minutes go back and a manager comes back, and comments about one of the Id s not being real (which is mines) and saying it looked fake based of a google search. I ask him to check again, since there no way my govern issued ID was fake. He comes back with another employee and says that s it s fake and that they will not give me back my ID and i would have to call the cops for me to get it back. The whole time while waiting for the cops to come the manager walks around out table mockingly asking then the cops are coming and checking his watch the whole time. It s almost their closing time and The Manager Says to me that if the cops don t come he ll just give me my id back, but i told him no i ll wait, 5 minutes later the authorities come and verify that it was INFACT REAL. all i got was an apology and previously i ve told the waitress i was not paying for my food for being disrespected and having a bad service. Come to find out they CHARGED my friend for the WHOLE tables food(everyone else had paid for their meals), not only mines but EVERYONES on her card without her acknowledgment.

While visiting my nephew at UT, we visited this restaurant. Ignoring reviews that stated to stay away and walk out we decided to try it out on on own. With a party of 13 we were excited to dig into our food. The wait was average time however, the food was very mediocre! Even though the food looked tasty it was very bland! As my sister pointed out the salt and pepper shakers were proof! To top that off my husband and BNL both ordered gumbo which came out with 2 small cut sausages, no chicken, rice, and roux. Absolutely no substance or heartiness! There was absolutely a lack of meat. (where s the meat)??? When both pointed this out the waitress, took it back and said she would let them know. The waitress returned with a message from the manager that stated if you send it back, whatever they send out, you are going to get the same. As the waitress stated she wouldn t order it either! The customer service and comment from management was subpar as well as absolutely ridiculous! The manager was so trifling he didn t even come to our table to acknowledge the situation! How sad that we found out that we too should have walked out as well! Also, my niece ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp, of course the starter came out with undercooked bacon which had to be sent back as well! First and last time at this mediocre restaurant!!! Great advice from reviewers, stay away and find another good restaurant in Tyler, Texas. Pay attention to reviews! Signed: Never again!!!

Should be called, Walk-Outs. Just avoid this establishment. Why? Theyll try to seat you at the worst table in the house, right outside the kitchen door when there were many same size table options available. The beer arrived nearly after all the food was eaten, food arrives not in the order you would expect. Appetizer arrived after the salad and main course. The wait staff intentionally avoided checking on the table, it was very obvious. Theyll forget what you ordered. No condiments with the wings even though ordered. If you read other reviews, youll come to understand its not just the staff, but the managements mentality towards the customer. Its a systemic problem. The restaurant business is a service business. Dont expect good service.

Walking up to the front entrance, there was trash on the walkway and in the bushes. I ordered a catfish poboy. The waitress made a mistake and brought me half a sandwich. No problem, pack up the other half and Ill take it home. The bread was incredibly stale, and when I got home discovered the other half was stale also. Plus, no fries in the take out package. Went in for lunch with husband and boys on Friday at noon. TVs were everywhere which made it a fun sports bar atmosphere. Food was a bit on the expensive side. Chips/queso was a very small portion for a table appetizer and cost $10. Kids meals were also on the more expensive side since the boys only got 1/2 of a grilled cheese and about 6 waffle fries. Husband said his redfish was cooked perfect and tasted great. Quality of food was high as well as the prices. Would be a fun place to watch sports and have some drinks.

We had a great experience. Our waiteress was fun and paid attention. We got a few beers and Bayou Pasta, Fried Jumbo Shrimp Platter, and the the Blackened Chicken Sandwich. All of it very good with good ticket times. The beer was the perfect temprature and she aksed us about refills 1/2 from the bottom. Great experience, we will be back. We have had really good experiences on several occasions with food, servers, and atmosphere. The beer is always cold and the waitresses are almost always happy and pleasent. Normally much better, but even mid week it was totally packed and crazy because of a basketball playoff game. They did the best they could, but its a sports bar, I should have known.

Really disappointed with this restaurant they didnt have the NBA playoffs on but on one TV which was odd because there are several TVs. I get the Mavs arent in the playoffs but the NHL stars were but they didnt even have the game on the loud speaker they had music and you could barely hear the waitress . They have high chair seatings on the side of the restaurant and several TVs also but its useless to sit there because the lamps block the TVs and the tables arent positioned right to see the screen. Honestly terrible. We ordered drinks and it took the waitress more than 15 mins to realize we havent received them so we canceled the order and left. Honestly if youre planning to watch a game dont expect much here.

We were seated quickly on a Friday night, so that was nice. Service was great! They had great drink specials for happy hour, but the food was a bit overpriced. I got a pasta with fried shrimp and crawfish sauce, which tasted good, but it wasnt very cohesive because the shrimp really just sat on top of the pasta and were kind of like an after thought. As far as atmosphere, the music was so loud we had a hard time hearing each other across the table and talking to our waitress. Other than that it was alright!

My experience at Walk-Ons (Tyler) was unmatched. My Bartender, Chloe, was exceptionally attentive and friendly. She recommended favorites and gave great drink options. The attention to customer service was something I can tell they push at this establishment as well. I ll definitely be coming back and bringing a friend or two. Parking: With a front, back, and overflow parking lot, parking is no problem at this venue! Kid-friendliness: I love the family friendly environment! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is easily accessible.
