Not sure this will make a difference but only giving one star review not because of their service but because of the parking lot/drive thru layout.... terrible, drive thru is setup heading the wrong way, parked cars can t get out makes getting in and out a headache when busy, if only management would actually do something about it and direct or mark traffic directions for people with no common sense..... as for the coffee and service, they have always been nice, and coffee is most of the time consistent compared to other locations, for starbucks being a chain and using the same recipe everywhere coffee never tastes the same

My boyfriend stopped in today to get our coffee s fixed from another location. Every team member that was on shift (7/26 around 10:30am) exceeded our expectations and got what we needed with smiles :) I used to work at this location in 16-18. It s great to see the team still at it; going the extra mile to make sure the moment is right. Thank you guys for giving us an awesome experience at this location.

Starbucks Rufe Snow- 820 is by far the worst in the mid cities area. Staff is indifferent borderline rude, provide slow service, always a dirty lobby and messy back counter. Drinks here consistently taste different, in a negative way, than other locations. This store got so crappy, after coming daily, twice a day at that, for 13 years- straight I was inspired to get my own machine and just make the drinks at home myself!! So I guess in a way thank you for your rapid decline in service, over the past year especially, that you now save me $1000 or more a month! If you live in the area- the Starbucks on 377 near the skating rink is awesome! Completely opposite of the bad team and management of the Rufe Snow -820 location!

Today is Sunday, June 9, 2024, I walked into this location. Wanted to purchase a drink and get a $25 gift card for my daughter. There was six people behind the counter three females that were cuddle up in the corner, one on the phone, the other two listening to her conversation. I waited a few minutes. To see if someone wood greet me it never happened. When I address the three females that were standing there on the phone, I ask is there anyone working this counter? One of them popped out like she was angry that I pulled her away from her conversation told me she just started working here. With a very bad attitude! Very bad customer service. This is my first time visiting this location will never return to spend my money. Franchisees be aware of who you hire behind your counter because you can lose a lot of business.

I ve come to this location for years and my order is almost always correct, the only issue is the staff. I ve interacted with some really nice baristas here but rarely. Most of the time, I come here and the drive thru person is rude, one guy even told me I need to get my breaks fixed because they were too squeaky. Another thing is the location. It s the closest Starbucks to my house but it s so hard to get in and out of the parking area and it s such a tight squeeze. Those two things combined, the staff and the location, really puts me off visiting the store. Just sharing my experience:)

Highly annoyed. Placed spetrate orders from mobile for pickup. Ordered a short hot chocolate for $3.35, who ever made it didnt even come close to filling it up. The cup itself was honestly kind of dirty on the outside, too. (You can see it in the photo) Then, the mocha ordered was watered down AND didnt have the whip. They couldnt even be courteous enough to verify if they had one cup in stock before I ordered it. One lady went to look, and another rude one came back in a hurry and told me I needed to come inside to look. Ive never had to do that before, and I didnt ask about every cold cup, I asked about one single one. Power trips, rude staff, incompetent batistas, and complete disorganization here. As stated before, I am highly annoyed, especially when I didnt even get what I actually paid for. Update: tried again here. Fail and miss. Ordered the Strawberry Creme Frappuccino and it was horrible. Tasted like lightly strawberry flavored water. Im not even kidding. It maybe best to avoid this location...

They seem to have gotten new baristas since recently reopening. Ive gone by 4 times to get the ice pumpkin chai and all 4 times theres so little pumpkin foam, by the time I get home its disintegrated. When I was visiting the surrounding once before that I never had this issue. I also got 1 from Addison, brought it all the way back over here, had it later that day and the foam was still perfect and stiff. So what gives ? Edit: This location gets progressively worse. I order my usual, Venti drink and its always filled to the top. Today I came in, ordered my usual and its not full. When I asked why the girl at the drive thru said I dont know, I didnt make it. What is going on here ?? Heres my drink how it was handed to me, and here it is with the ice taken out. The baristas act like these ingredients come out of their pockets.

Been getting door dash from here for a while and today they gave me no caramel of any kind in either of my drinks. One of them being a caramel ribbon crunch. Utterly disappointed because I spent over $20 paying extra for caramel when I have none in either drink. If yall are out of caramel you need to communicate it to the customer. Worst location of all the Starbucks locations that I have ever been to. Every single time I order an iced Venti or Grande coffee there are 2-3inches of space. She will go above and beyond gorher customers and her team. I am completely and utterly disappointed and disgusted in the way your employee made fun of my drink and commented on how many pumps of classic syrup, and how I had extra carmel drizzle in my coffee drink. I left your establishment in tears. Not much variety of bakery. Dont wear a white shirt before you go there. Get in my car to go home take off the shirt and there are 3 spots almost like drops of juice 2 orange and 1 pink on the back tail. My car was just cleaned and i have no children. Im not sure what is going on at this location but they are never open their posted hours, they have the mobile ordering turned on when theyre closed and turned off when theyre open. They randomly close for an entire day. There have been multiple occasions where I have ordered from the app (when its actually on) 10 plus minutes before I arrive and they havent even started my order when I get there. They do not move with any sense of urgency when they have people waiting. I have had to request a refund through customer service twice now because I ordered through the app but they were closed when I got there. Its really a shame because this location is walking distance from my house but I now drive out of my way to a location with better service.
