As a wedding photographer, working with planners is so important and vital to helping the day go smoothly for the couple. That said, in my experience, when the venue has provided onsite coordinators at other venues, its very typical for those coordinators to be very hands off, usually only showing face if theres a problem. Going into this wedding I shot in June 2024 I wasnt expecting much. To say the least, Stephanie and Allison blew me away with their kindness, knowledge, professionalism, personalities and accommodation. I live pretty far from this venue, but experiencing the hospitality of these coordinators makes me want to shoot weddings here more often. The reception area photographs beautifully. To the owners/managers of this venue - THANK YOU for investing in coordinators who shine so brightly and make a long (hot) day so pleasant!

Had my wedding here, it was beautiful, all went smoothly. Although, i did specifically request the GIANT cross not be present during our ceremony. TWICE. To my surprise, when looking back at our pictures, i saw it. Now I m personally agnostic, to each their own. My issue with this is imagine if i was say Jewish? Or Islamic? This could ve been a MUCH bigger problem. We are of catholic background, i let it slide, but i can t help but imagine if we were of another religion. Please take this into consideration. Also my table covers were supposed to be champagne. I did a walk through the day prior and mentioned the white clothes were wrong and need to be the darker champagne color. They said they would fix it, never did. Please do better.

This place is beautiful but its a joke. Cops stealing liquor and drinking on the job. Staff closed the door on the food so friends and family couldnt get seconds although 35 people didnt show up. Where did that extra food go to? Ordered 12 pies and we only saw one... Dont know whos running this place but go somewhere else.

An absolutely stunning venue that created the backdrop to a magical day! All our guests complemented the chapel as well as the reception barn. You feel truly secluded from the rest of the world. The getting ready spaces were amazing as well. I couldnt have asked for a better venue for our wedding.

I was a fellow vendor (photographer) for a wedding this weekend at Magnolia Bells. I don t usually leave reviews for venues since I m not the client but I just have to say that Allison and her team (Andrea specifically) were phenomenal to work with!! They were incredibly helpful and we have never worked with a coordination team like them. It made a huge impact on us and they deserve the world for how amazing they are at what they do. They were always around when we needed them and we have never had that before at other venues. I m so thankful for them! The day was fun and calm and flawless because of them, for everyone involved.

I cant say enough positive things about Magnolia Bells and all the staff there! My mom and I knew we were in great hands with Allison as our lead coordinator. She was responded quickly on my many wedding planning questions! I felt like I was meeting with, texting, and calling a friend through planning! She put us at ease with all the details! Ross and Andrea also made are planning smooth and took amazing care of us on our wedding day! Highly recommend doing their packages as they are straight forward and make things easy as well. I hope to go back here for for a friend or family members wedding because I keep recommending Magnolia Bells to everyone close to me! :)

Had our son and daughter-in-law s wedding at Magnolia Bells last night. It is a beautiful event space with all the bells and whistles. The grounds are beautiful. The chapel is absolutely perfect. The reception space is amazing. The coordinators know their stuff. The bridal cottage and grooms cottage are such special additions that I have never experienced before. And we rented the 3 bedroom cabin on the property for our family and it was such a treat to be able to spend the night on this beautiful property. Thank you Magnolia Bells for making our kid s wedding a dream come true.

I am writing as Mother of the Bride. My first born was the bride and the first of my children to get married. I live in San Antonio and was not able to be involved much more than choosing the venue and shopping for the bridal gown. I did not need to be!!! These ladies had it from beginning to end. My experience I write about is all based on the actual wedding day when emotions are heightened and nerves are raw. Well, we could have all shown up with half a brain between us all ( I pretty much did have half a brain that day) and everything would have been perfectly executed. I believe I not only had top tier wedding planners but I had the best handlers !! I had to think of nothing. Perfectly executed day in every way. Everyone was over and above kind, patient, giving and loving while at the same time being the task driven executors it takes to pull off a perfect event of large scale! Please use me as a reference. Others need to know that they too can enjoy their daughters wedding in the spirit that it is intended.

A phenomenal events center. The Barn was an impeccable setting. A downhome Texas setting that is extremely unique, clean, comfortable, and very well laid out and equipped to handle any events, marriages, fundraisers, etc... The service is great, with clean restrooms and great food. The parking is in the dirt, so I recommend dropping off your date at the door and go park. Especially if its a formal event and youre wearing high heels. Just an FYI

Beautiful facility in the woods!!! Chapel is gorgeous with bells that sound after the kiss and announcement of couple. Love the dark wood with stone! The musician, Andrew Bateman, sounded even more outstanding with his guitar up above the ceremony area; it was like the songs floated and filled the chapel perfectly! He is a highly-rated talented guitarist and was supreme!!! In the barn, the sound system allowed for all to dance with his special guitar and DJ skills. Just heavenly listening to Andrew play! Staff was incredible. They were attentive to wedding party, wedding coordinator and guests. They truly want you to have an amazing event. Signs everywhere let you know where each part of the property was located. Fantastic outdoor covered patio on the Barn. They light poles throughout the property added to the rustic ambiance. I did not see the grooms or brides quarters, but I heard the grooms facility was outstanding!! Taylor Wroten was the day of coordinator who did a phenomenal job!!! She also did my daughters wedding last year!!! Wish I had her energy!!! The barn was setup very well, with separate large kitchen, beverage area, bridal court seating, dance floor and lots of space for tables! I am a farm table advocate! Plenty of restrooms on both ends!! The gentlemen in beverage area were very kind as well! Brian & Aleena picked a beautiful venue with wonderful decor for their wedding. Oh, and dont forget its out in the woods! No highway or city noise! Enjoy!

We had our wedding here on 9/2/2022 and it was the best day of our lives! The staff (especially Leah) did so great making sure that we did not stress and everything for the day was taken care of. They really do go above and beyond to make sure your vision is heard and comes to life. We are still getting compliments on our wedding. The grounds are so beautiful and private. My one piece of advice is just make sure to make a list of everything you bring to the venue, so it s easier to make sure you get everything back! We wish we could relive our day. It was so perfect. Attended a friends wedding here this past weekend and I cant say enough good things about this venue. All the staff members were so friendly from the coordinators to the bartenders. Beautiful venue and great location. If you read how theres no cell service, youre coming to a wedding to socialize and give your undivided attention to others, not to sit glued to your phone LOL! I would recommend this place to anyone and Ive been in and to many many weddings.

There is no other place like this. From the moment we toured the venue back in August we knew this is where we would get married. We hadnt even signed the contract yet and already we were treated like the only couple in the world whose dreams they wanted to make come true. From the initial visit all the way to the wedding day- you could see and feel their passion for weddings. The venue itself is gorgeous like seriously looks like it is out of a fairytale. The staff is the best part of MB. any question or concern was answered any time of day by email or text. on the wedding day they handled everything I had zero stress. I highly recommend doing. a package because I cant even imagine my stress level if I was the one trying to coordinate everything. Natalie is amazing. I have not stopped getting compliments about the wedding, details, decor, and how seamless the day went. I am so happy to be married but sad that my time working with MB is over. They will take all your wedding dreams and make them a reality I guarantee. Its in the woods, so clearly there is going to be no cell service. What they dont tell you is when you attend the wedding and reception, there will be six wi-fi networks that are locked out and you are not allowed to access any of them. The staff actually refuses to give you access to any of them. In fact, the entire staff has the same response rehearsed. Me: Hey do you know any of the wi-fi passwords? Multiple staff members: EVEN I DONT HAVE THE WI-FI PASSWORD AND I WORK HERE!!!!!! What this means is you get to sit for three hours in a barn with no access to the internet or general phone service. God forbid you are not staying on the property because good luck getting a GPS signal to leave the place. The sheriffs glaring at everyone inside and outside of the venue non-stop throughout the night were also a very nice, subtle touch. Trash. Update: Someone from this place responded and told some bold faced lies. Number one, no cell network works on site. We all tried to work together to get service with every provider listed, and nothing worked. Any venue like this who claims they cant offer wifi to people who have to stay there for hours for an event is a complete joke. Furthermore, no one cares about this property so locking your own employees out of the wifi is very rude. The fact that you just explained how GPS works shows how pathetic the excuses are. Thanks for the invitation to call and discuss. I will only call if you are on a cell phone in the reception hall or the chapel. Since you have tested all the networks, it should not be an issue. This place is messed up.

I would recommend having a very specific conversation with the venue about what you expect from their bar staff, as well as what the bar staff expects from the patrons, especially in conjunction with the sheriffs they keep on hand for the entire event. I understand the desire for safety, but its a big damper on the event when people are immediately profiled and over-observed because they tried to order a shot without knowing the bar staff did not want to serve shots. I also dont know if the sheriffs hanging out behind the bar the entire event is specifically for intimidation, or if that was just a bad choice of hang-out location on their parts, but it isnt exactly festive to feel like every order is being brooded over by both the overconcerned bar manager, as well as 1-2 cops, none of which whom are afraid to blatantly glare at people as they approach, order, and after they have left the bar. I think there were 3 people working the bar in total, not counting the cops. The bar manager, who was overconcerned and condescending with the restrictions. A younger male bartender, who was fine. A younger female bartender, who had a horrible attitude. There are ways to address safety that dont involve being condescending from the first drink, or having sheriffs stare people down for hours.

Magnolia Bells is such a gorgeous venue I had wanted to get married here for as long as I can remember. My dream finally came true on February 11, 2022. The venue is not only beautiful but affordable and offered a first responder discount which meant a lot to my husband and me. The staff is so sweet and they are the most incredible group of people I have ever met. They answered every call I made to them and there were a lot! along with all my questions, no matter how big or small. Mrs. Shelia and Ms. Ashlyn were so helpful on the day of our wedding, I cannot begin to thank these amazing ladies enough for all of their help. Mr. Ross and his bar staff were just as amazing and kept up with all of our needs from stocking the fridges in the bride and grooms rooms, to making sure our reception was stocked and ready to go for the night! My husband and I and our families couldn t have asked for a better wedding experience at the Magnolia Bells. The venue was stunning; the package options with planning services and vendors were unbeatable; and the team was reliable, responsive, caring, organized, and provided exceptional customer service every step of the way. Our time with the Magnolia Bells was a bit longer than usual due to the pandemic but, even through the various postponements and changes, the team was always there and happy to help. Unbelievable is all we can say! Our daughter fell in love with the venue the minute she arrived on the property the first time. The venue and all the amenities are wonderful. There is really no need to go anywhere else. Everything you need for an amazing wedding is all on the property. Not only is the venue amazing, the staff is outstanding and make the whole event smooth, hassle free, and memorable from start to finish. The service you receive is top notch and you are treated like royalty the entire time. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that your wedding day is truly special. Natalie was our go to person from the beginning and we cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the staff we had on our daughters special day. I cannot say enough good things about Magnolia Bells. We had to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic, and they helped us change the date seamlessly. We got a package through the venue, which made everything so stress free! I am a person who can get stressed pretty easily, so I always worried I wouldn t enjoy the wedding planning process/the big event itself. They took all of that stress away because they are so thorough and detail oriented. Throughout the planning and meeting process they go through every detail you could think of and even bring up things you wouldn t think about. They really did make my dream wedding come to life! I told them my vision, told them what decorations I was bringing and what I wanted to use from their collection, and they made it happen! I even baked my own desserts and brought them to set up a dessert table, and they set all that up too! We didn t have to think of a thing on our wedding day other than enjoying the moment, so we had a blast on our wedding day. They even made sure everything was moving according to schedule on the day of by walking around to help with anything and everything, giving you very subtle reminders to not spend too long talking to one table, etc. They are truly phenomenal, especially Natalie who we worked with the most. Our daughter recently had her wedding at Magnolia Bells. I cant say enough good about this venue. Everything was absolutely perfect! Natalie and the other bridal consultants were just amazing! The venue is beautiful.. we were guests at a wedding and although it was raining, the staff was so nice and everything was still in place. I only gave 4 stars because the trail is a bit difficult to understand. Between parking, chapel, reception area and back to parking, I didnt know where I was. There are signs with arrows but when its dark and raining, its a maze. Overall gorgeous establishment.

BEST WEDDING VENUE & COORDINATORS EVER! After being proposed to in December 2020, we knew we wanted a quick engagement. So between Christmas and New Years Eve, my best friend and I toured 4 wedding venues in one day. There was no doubt in my mind... it was Magnolia Bells for the win! From the tour with Sheila (who Ive adopted as my new aunt) on 12/29/20 to the end of our wedding night on 5/21/21, the relationship, communication, organization, and service with Magnolia Bells has been TOP KNOTch! This venue knows exactly what theyre doing: several package options, pricing laid out, in-house bar, relationships with the top wedding food vendors, in-house DJ, security, tables, chairs, linens, photo-booth, decorations, packing your belongings into your car, you name it... they made my life so easy and wedding planning FUN! I didnt have to stress about finding vendors, price comparing, and hoping it all came together the day of. Over the past 5 months I fell in love with their top 2 coordinators, Sheila & Natalie. They are passionate about their job and there is no doubt they made my fairytale wedding a reality! Thank you Magnolia Bells from the bottom of our hearts!

This is a place you want to get married! All I can say is wow! So beautiful! Romantic winding walkways. Beautiful Texas style chapel and celebration area. Extremely friendly and loving personnel! First class professionalism with a down to earth atmosphere! I truly did not want to leave. You feel so safe because of the security personnel. You are assured to have a great time with all these amenities, pleasant atmosphere and exceptional friendly personnel! You must see this place. Trust me when you see it, you cant say no! I love it!

We attended a beautiful wedding here yesterday evening. Everything was so well organized and we had a great time. I noticed this morning that my earring had fallen out of my purse last night. We contacted them, and they quickly replied to us. The staff was able to find the earring and even brought it to us in Tomball. I can t thank the staff enough for taking time on their Sunday to find the earring and bring it to me.

The grounds at Magnolia Bells are beautiful and immaculately kept. The staff and management are flexible and extremely knowledgeable. They took great care to make sure that we understood what their services entailed. They definitely know weddings! A bit pricey, but absolutely gorgeous.

Everything about this venue is amazing! Our wedding could not have been more beautiful or ran smoother than it did! Beautiful location, and amazing staff! I highly recommend getting coordination thru the venue. They helped follow up and coordinate with all our vendors, day of everything was on time and so well organized. We had approximately 200 people at our wedding and we fit everyone inside the chapel and barn just fine without feeling crowded. Beautiful location, and very easy for our guests to find. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for making our big day a true dream!

Really nice place for a wedding. Beautiful stone chapel. Very large rustic building for receptions with multiple restrooms for men and women. We had almost 200 people and the place did not seem crowded at all.

I dont even know how to convey how much I loved this venue and the staff. I got married on June 22, 2019 and it was everything I could have hoped for! The venue itself speaks to you when you are on your first tour it and the photos do not do ANY justice to the actual quality of it. From the moment I had my tour I knew right off this was where I wanted to have my special day. The staff is so amazing and do a great job helping you prepare for your big day. They truly want it to be EVERYTHING you hope. The whole staff along with some of their close friends were there helping on the day of my wedding. They made sure things went smoothly and it was exactly how I pictured it. Sheila and Natalie went above and beyond what I could have wanted in a day of coordinators as well as venue staff. This place is truly a hidden gem and one definitely worth checking out, you will not be sorry you did. I can not say thank you enough or write a good enough review to give justice of how I felt and feel about getting to have this place, the staff, and the friends I made at this venue as the location I got married.

Magnolia Bells is an amazing place to have a wedding. My husband and I instantly fell in love with the venue. The chapel and grounds are beautiful and a well maintained. Having the bridal cottage the day of the wedding was great because it provided us with enough room to get ready and relax before the ceremony. The staff of Magnolia Bells was amazing throughout the entire process. Any questions we had they provided us with a prompt response. Thank you Magnolia Bells for making our day so special.

We had our wedding here last Friday and this venue is absolutely gorgeous! From the moment we saw it a year ago we knew this was the place we wanted. Went there for a wedding and was seriously impressed with the place, it was gorgeous! BUT...we had a wheelchair-bound friend with us and the handicapped ramp to the church was made of very uneven stones...it was almost a disaster...but we kept the chair from tipping sideways.
