I started working for Jason in October of last year. After he hired me, he pulled me into his office and asked if he could reduce my pay by $200 a week while I was training (which was not agreed to in the contract that I signed.) In February I sent him an email explaining that he was beginning to put me in financial stress because I was limited in my ability to make money in other ways - as I was putting all my time into Uptown working 6 days a week from 6:30AM to 6PM. In addition I was starting a sales team and was working every Saturday helping train them. Fast forward to last Tuesday where Jason called me in his office and said that he was now in a financial hardship. He couldnt explain how, but he said that he overpaid his other team members by 32,000 over the year. He said that the work was down and that he couldnt afford to keep me on payroll anymore. That it would be better if he just did the job himself. I explained that that sucked, but I understood. I mean why not? How could he pay for a salary with money that wasnt coming in? I told him that I was not prepared to be laid off and asked if I could remain on payroll for the rest of the week to give me time to wrap things up, get the rest of my stuff for the office (including my tools I had loaned the company because he didnt keep the place stocked) and hopefully find another job. He agreed and appreciated me being so amicable about it - but why wouldnt I? Everyone was walking away with their heads up. Now finally today - and after all the time, blood, sweat, tears shed for my friend and my team he doesnt have the time to explain to me or talk to me about my pay? I am disappointed in Uptown Window Cleaning. I hope this post makes its way around to know what kind of Christian man runs this company. I hope Jason does better. Cross posted until he pays his team their earned wages.

Had the out yesterday to clean my very dirty windows! We live outside of Decatur and it just blows dirt all the time. I hadn t seen out of my kitchen window clearly since we moved in last year! The guys came out, removed the screens and went to work. I couldn t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend them!

We reached out to Uptown Window Cleaning to have them clean some skylights and windows in our facility. They were super responsive, performed a walkthrough and quoted the work quickly. Im in Post Oak Bend and we just finished a long backyard construction project and our windows were absolutely filthy by the end of it.
