My story is a horrible one, but I have regained my dignity and myself thanks to Blake and Bob and what they did for me. They came to my rescue when I was in an absolute dark place after being abandoned by my husband and tricked to leaving the country during my green card. Blake and Bob gave me hope, confidence, guidance, legal advice, and represented me so so well. I can t praise them enough. And all that while being so kind and down to earth. I absolutely love these people, they came to my rescue when I was all the way in Poland thrown out of my life. They did not hesitate to take on my case. At the beginning I was so scared and completely put down by what happened, but with time Blake and Bob gave me myself back, I grew stronger and stronger with their guidance and advice. I am divorced now, life goes on in a different way, but I will never forget what Blake and Bob did for me

Worst attorney you could ever have. I was basically my attorney for hearing as he sat on his hands. Cost me thousands after he said we got this . Thousands Worst arrorney ever

I was referred to Bob Raesz by my girlfriend that went through a terrible divorce, as I knew quite a lot about her story in her marriage. I was very impressed with the results that she had with her divorce so when it was my turn I knew exactly who to reach out to. I first consulted with Bob in 2015 and then again in 2017 after trying again to repair my marriage. During both times, Bob made me feel like he had my back through the entire process. During such a difficult event and time of my life, I knew I could let him handle things for me so that I could cope with managing the rest of my life as a mother and business owner. Bob and his staff were always available for me and guided me through all that I had to do. Blake Raesz his son, a brilliant lawyer also worked with me throughout the process. They are a great team and I would highly recommend them. They have become family to me and I am forever grateful to them. I was referred to Law Office of Robert E. Raesz, Jr. at the time of extreme stress and despair, when the only thought going through my mind was to protect my children from an unhealthy and unsafe marriage I was in. I have no other family to help and support me and had no idea where to start and what to do. I am so-so grateful to Bob and Blake for everything they have done for me and my children from day one. They have been patient, understanding and most importantly they listened, for as long as it took, to give me comfort, and confidence, and peace of mind. We sought out Bob Raesz after having an unsavory experience with our first lawyer. She was dramatic, disorganized and did not keep up on her deliverables. We experienced a complete 180 when we signed up with Bob - he was able to keep his commitments from day one. From the start, Bob and everyone in his office took the time to listen to us without judgement. His questions were always thoughtful and he consistently brought an air of calm consideration and power to both our meetings and in the two-day long trial. Emily, was a remarkable part of this team who, with Bob, supported us through a very stressful, emotional and difficult time in our lives. The two of them were a dynamic duo. We worked with Bob to fight against a lawsuit and for the custody of our daughter and after 9 months, we settled in court. Our wants were for our story to be heard, communication to be timely and our family and daughter to be protected. Bob and his team fully delivered on every one of those points, even when it was a slightly different outcome than our initial expectations. Our life now feels better protected, with less worry; our relationship with our daughter is healthy and strong - we owe much of this to Bob and Emily and would undoubtably go back to him if we ever need help.

I am the owner of Lighthouse Investigations here in Austin. Ive known Bob for many years, and find him to be a top notch attorney. Heres what hes NOT going to do. Drag your case out to increase billable hours. Hes not going to fan the flames of contention to keep the case going. If he can make a good deal for you, hes going to do that. Weve done many cases with Bob, and respect his decency and ethics tremendously. Weve been on the opposite side, too...and we are always respectful of our clients privacy, and would never talk shop outside of our own cases with Bob. Once youve worked a few hundred cases, the family law circle in Travis County becomes rather small. Bob is a seasoned attorney who is available to his clients, and will tell them exactly like it is. One of our favorite attorneys in Austin!

I have been a client of Mr. Raesz since 2007 when I came to him as a father, getting divorced and desperately seeking to not lose my young daughter. I had interviewed several attorneys in the area who all seemed to think they could get me an every other weekend parenting time agreement . They all seemed to have a standard price and any fight would be a tough and costly endeavor. This was terrifying to me. Just when I was about to give up hope and succumb to such a horrible scenario, a friend advised me to speak with Bob Raesz. Well that is probably the single best piece of advice I have ever received - EVER! Bob brought me into his office and took the time to understand my situation. He seemed knowledgable as he laid out options and outcomes. In the end, Bob managed to get me everything I had wanted without going to court. He stuck with me through a 9 hour marathon mediation session that drug out well into the late evening refusing to give in the entire time. He knew what the likely outcome would be in a court room and he accepted nothing less. I ended up with a mediated settlement agreement that offered me a reduced Child Support obligation (that was fairly based on incomes vs the Texas default amount) and I received a true 50/50 parenting time schedule with my 5 year old daughter. I could not have been happier. Mr. Raesz has continued to represent me through two modifications and several unofficial conflicts with my ex-wife. He successfully helped me modify geographic restrictions to allow for better schooling opportunities and quality of life for my child. Last year he was able to assist me in gaining full-custody of my now 14 year old daughter, reversing Child Support and allowing me to secure the exclusive right to make educational and medical decisions for my daughter, and he was able to get me a portion of my attorneys fees repaid by my ex-wife. Mr. Raesz is a father friendly attorney. I know he represents both sides, but I also know firsthand that he is very successful where others fall short. He is aggressive in and out of court and truly fights for his clients (me). He and his staff are readily available and have held my hand from my green-newbie beginnings, through to becoming the seasoned fighter I am today. Bob s billing practices are more than fair once I spent 2 hours in his office and was only billed for a single hour because we spent half that time talking about motorcycles, kids, or whatever. This practice has continued since my first meeting with him. I have recommended several of my friends to Bob that have experienced equally successful outcomes. I would not hesitate to recommend him again. It s unfortunate that I have needed to have an attorney for this amount of time, but the silver lining is that I truly consider Bob a personal friend. He and his team have made my annual X-mas gift list!
