I switched my services to Verizon from AT&T back in March. The worst mistake ever!!!!! I got a bundled deal with free phone watch and I pad. They forgot to have me sign a piece of paper and I went back to sign the papers in April. So now I m being charged for the iPad when I was only supposed to be charged for the services. I have talked to someone in the store and over the phone. When I left the store they were saying that I would be getting a refund for those charges and it has never happened. They said it was denied because this store didn t let them know that it was their mistake. I have been given the runaround with this store and the customer service center. From the beginning this was a huge mistake because non of the prices that were offered at the bundle deal were true. This store SUCKS!!!!

Horrible custom service. I have been with Verizon 20 plus years and never experienced a bad experience like this. This store cancelled my online order without any notification. This store refused to help stating that I would have to call customer service. I wont recommend no one to shop at this location .

Ms. Phillips was excellent. I walked in the store incredibly frustrated by dealing with the flooding in East Texas and a phone issue at the same time. On Sunday night I called Verizon and was placed on hold and then the phone hung up saying to call back during regular business hours. When I met Ms. Phillips she was polite and courteous and told me she would take care of me. I told her I was a 17 years Verizon customer and a old man. She listened to me and within ten minutes she had resolved my texting problem and created a Happy Customer. Verizon should evaluate her employee profile and promote her to the training division. It is my position Verizon is not meeting customer expectations. Thank you Ms Phillips

DONT GO HERE THEY ARE NOT ACTUAL VERIZON STORE they are authorize retailer and have their own made up fees I promise I went to actual Verizon store on FM 1960 and west lake houston to find out myself 04/13/2024 around 4pm walk in the store to do upgrade sales rep MICHAEL tried to help us during the process we are told there is a $50 mandatory phone setup fee in store I politely said we don t wanna setup cuz data transfer will take sometime and we wasn t planning to spend all this time but end up agreeing to wait, signed the digital contract and he said your total is $222.18 and all I said I wanna see the breakdown and HE REPLIED I AM DONE I DONT WANNA DEAL WITH YOU WHAT I honestly walked out with my phone disconnected cuz he switch the service expecting me to apologize cuz I be phoneless and by now is 4:50pm Sunday but I am so furious at this point I don t care I went to Verizon actual store phone less for me to find out that he made me sign the contract so only that store or customer service are the only one who can reverse the transaction I am still phone less will call customer service tomorrow (they closed on Sunday) to revert this whole mess using my sons phone to right this review and I never leave reviews BUT one still have me livid MICHAEL ready wanted me to apologize cuz he knew my service had switch to the new phone so I had no choice but I didn t and the reason I asked for breakdown I was purchasing 15 promax white 512gb and only thing I suppose to pay is taxes $115 and $50 setup fee which is a made up fee which he said all Verizon store charges that LIE I verified it s not mandatory and it s $29.99 if you really need their help to setup your phone my total was $222.18 and from my calculation it should be $115 taxes + $50 setup fees doesn t add up to $222

Maximum was a joy to work with. Bc my phone was so old and very very full it was taking a while to back up, and I had somewhere to be, she was so kind enough to give me her personal number to contact her if I had any problems and to invite me back in the store at her appointment time the next day for further assistance. I called that going above and beyond, and I think her for that! Great job!

So, if you have a customer that speaks Spanish, will ask your customers to speak with a Spanish representative? I wasn t with my parents when my mom needed to upgrade her phone. And the lady that attended them was not informative at all. They didn t even ask her if her iCloud storage was backed up. Now I m dealing with my upset mom bc ALL her 2,500 photos throughout many years has been erased. Thanks a lot to the woman that helped my parents out. Be better informed with your customers.

The people at the store are fantastic. The problem is that the Verizon technical support either needs more training or experience. I had to buy a new phone and replace a phone that I bought only 5 months ago, because that phone would not connect to the Verizon network. I visited this location on Friday September 10, 2021 at about 1:15pm, and this store location was very disappointing. I went in to see about being added on a line. First of all the manager, who made his presence known as such, took a very condescending attitude just upon walking in and asking questions. I was not able to finish my statements before he was ready and speaking with an answer. However, because he did this his answers were not sufficient because he didnt allow me to continue with my concerns. He seemed very unwilling to understand what I was trying to accomplish. Moreover, when asked about a specific phone another lady preceded to tell us that the phone was not in stock and that they didnt have it. When in fact the manager confirmed they did. When asked if he hadnt been there to correct the mistake we would have left the store thinking that we were not able to buy the phone. The lady also offended the person I was with calling her abrasive after eavesdropping on a private conversation we were having as the manager checked on other things. She then tried to gloss over the comment shed just made by saying she meant nothing by it. Overall, the experience was a very frustrating one, and I would not recommend this store to anyone wishing a good or easy experience with Verizon.

Poor staffing. Poor service! I waited an hour to pick up a phone that I pre ordered because there was only one person working in the store. Then when I finally got the phone they couldnt activate it! Some glitch in the system. I ended up going to the Verizon store near Wilson rd. and got fast excellent service. I got the phone which was released that day and I left very happy with the experience. I will NEVER go to this store again. I suggest you never go either. This place is the WORST!

I wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely, by far, the worst phone buying (or, in this case, attempting to buy a phone) experience I have ever had. I knew I should have not given this store another chance after Meme told us when we got our last phones that we could apply the Veterans discount if we just knew of any veteran and used their information to sign up. Literally tried to rip of Veterans. Of course we told her no and moved on. Now this time, their last chance with me. Originally go in to trade up my S9 to get a new S21. Had 2 customer service reps helping me, TJ and someone else. Told them everything I wanted, turns out I have to order the phone because they didnt have it in stock. No big deal. I order the phone through them, let them know I wanted to put a down payment and was told (by both of the people helping me) that I had to put the down payment when I picked up the phone. Okay, great. Works for me. I left. Fast forward to phone pick up day (5 days later, so much for 2 day shipping). I only knew the phone was delivered because I tracked it myself. No one contacted me to let me know that the phone was delivered or ready for pick up at all. Went to pick the phone up. All different people. They didnt even know what phone had been ordered on my account. We had to tell them. They go back and find it and bring it out. Great. Should be able to put the deposit/down payment on the phone and get out of there. Nope. They cant take the down payment anymore because I should have done that when I ordered the phone. Now they have to completely back out the order and re enter it, but when she reenters it, she informs me that she is unable to apply the promotion that I had on the original order, but she is unable to explain the difference so it presumably would make the new phone much more expensive. !?!? THEN Olivia blamed me, the customer, for this entire mishap. I told her (after spending over an hour in the store both times) to go ahead and reactivate my current phone and return the new one. NOT worth it. Unbelievably horrible customer service. I will NEVER go to this store again. As both of our phones are paid off, I will be looking to leave Verizon altogether and never, ever ever, look back.

First in foremost if I have an appointment at 5:00 PM and the store closes at 7:00 PM why are the gates down on the store and it closed? I have came to this store 3 times around 4:00 and 5:00 PM and both times the store has been closed when it states they close at 7:00PM. I will be contacting upper management on this store for closing at times when they should be open. It makes it hard for people to come to the store with an appointment and still can t been helped.

The lady at the door was awful. She wouldn t let me inside to change my lines or to shop for a new phone. Never met an employee that didn t want to make money so they could get a paycheck. Super rude as well. Also, I made an appointment to do all of this IN PERSON and she still refused to let me in. At the time of purchasing they were very good, they served everything excellent but the promotion they told me has not been respected, the gift cards never arrived, I gave two iPhone 7 Plus in exchange for the iPhone 11 and only the discount was given for one of the other, Im still waiting for them The manager solves me, I call him and he doesnt answer and if I go to the store he tells me that he is filling out some forms that because the iPhone 7 Plus arrived at its destination with a crashed screen, when I gave it to the manager, all of this was not damaged. since March 2020 hoping that this pandemic does not further delay my situation and I end up paying for iPhone 11 and yes that they give me an answer or refund the iPhone 7 Plus that I delivered

Switched to Verizon after being with sprint for 10 years. Marlin is the man and provided excellent service and got us a deal we couldnt refuse. The phone bill is the same as it was with sprint only now we have two brand new iPhone XS Max 256GB phones to go along with it. I was paying the same amount with sprint with an old iPhone 6 and sprint wanted to charge me $50 more a month for a phone upgrade. Would recommend any and everyone to go see him if your looking to get the best service possible.
