Parking on a Saturday night was a nightmare.. when we got there cell phone reception was non-existent so we were forced to login to Tannahills guest wi-fi then the seat numbers were not cleary visible when we walked in so we ended up standing for the first 30min of the show.. not planning on going back for a while.

Get GA tickets a couple months before. Drive 4 hours to see the metal band you always wanted to see. Come a half an hour before the show was scheduled to begin. Stand in a line at the entrance for 15 minutes. Enter the venue. Realize that the band is already playing. Stand another 10 minutes in a line to the concert hall. Get to the hall and try to go near the stage. See the CHAIRS. Yes, it is a metal concert. Noone telling you anything about CHAIRS. Your ticket just says General Admission. No zones marked, everyone has the same green bracelets. Ok, get near the stage. Have fun, headbang and all the stuff. The security guard tells you to get out of the seated zone because obviously the CHAIRS are numbered and the really sell tickets with seats NEAR THE STAGE ON A METAL SHOW The guards shows you the STANDING ZONE in far right corner of the hall. Worst music venue in Texas. Sound: 4/5 Beer: 3/5 Management: 0/5

Immediate seating! We were shocked and pleasantly surprised they were able to seat us immediately on a Saturday night at 7:30 on a rodeo weekend! Everyone else had wait times 1.5-3 hours. The atmosphere was fun, the service was great, and the food was delicious! Highly recommend the Prime skirt steak, ribs, and mac n cheese. The chicken cauliflower appetizer is a little weird, but the mozzarella sticks are excellent. Overall, great experience.

Came here for some lunch and the food and cocktails were pretty good. We ordered several drinks together with our food. The grilled and raw oysters were yummy. I definitely enjoyed the grilled ones, but make sure to ask for the cocktail sauce for the raw oysters, since it helped to add more flavor. I also ordered the Beef Stroganoff that had the thick, flat noodles, which I liked. Overall the food was good. Our waitress was also very helpful with questions we had and made sure to check on us. Definitely a place to try when you re at the stockyards.

Disappointed in both the quality of the food and the service. We went on a Saturday night at 630p before a concert. The smoked crab and green chili dip was very good. The Prime brisket plate was a very small serving, any man will leave hungry. The house bird was good, on the menu is said served with beans that my friend wanted to try. When it came with potatoe salad, he asked the food server if he could get the beans. The response was, well that is how we usually serve it. He asked our waiter also for a side of beans, which never was delivered. All night, the service was very slow, our last round of drinks finally arrived when it was time to leave. You could tell they are just surviving on the location in the stockyard. Any other location and they would be out of business.

The manager Tanner (I hope I got the name right) should seriously learn to smile, else should leave this industry. People come to enjoy Stockyards and have good memories, but like it s said- One bad fish spoils the pond- he is something like that. I asked my server why he doesn t smile and is so rude, she apologized. Well I guess the staff too know about this tragic looking guy. Responding to the Question posted : He ruined the experience.

DO NOT GO HERE! We visited the Stock Yards on Friday with family from out of town and wanted to show the a great time. When entering the restaurant the hostess was miserable. We asked to sit outside ( it was nice out and we had a lot of kiddos) she told us we couldn t sit outside and because we had a large party we would have to contact an event coordinator and wouldn t seat us, after asking for a manger the one on duty was even worse! Told us we were only going to be able to have one server and we were not allowed to share or split the bill, like really? It was a 3:00 on a Friday with plenty of room to accommodate us. If your looking for a place to enjoy a family gathering DO NOT GO HERE

We popped in for a late lunch after our train ride from Grapevine on Father s Day weekend. This was our first time to Tannehill s Tavern. It wasn t busy and we were sat within 5mins. After 10mins we were finally greeted by Trayvon and placed our order for the crab & green chili dip, 1/2 dozen Beausoleil oysters, kid s hot dog and 2 drinks. I got up to walk our 2 year old around outside as she was ancy and I didn t want her bothering the patrons in the restaurant. We were gone for 15 mins, plenty of time for our drinks to arrive. Sadly, we waited another 20mins and still nothing. I was finally able to flag down a waitress (her name started with a Y I believe) to check on our order only to find out Trayvon never placed our order. So 45mins in and nothing, no food or drinks. She was kind enough to take over our table (I believe it was #71 or 91) and get the food and drinks out within 10mins. The crab dip and oysters were great. Sadly, we didn t have time to order our entrees because our initial appetizer order was never put in and we had to grab the train back. Trayvon did come over after we got our food and mumbled some words, but never sincerely apologized for his mistake, which is pretty pathetic. Overall, I would rate the couple things we got to try on the menu a 4, but the customer service a 2 and that s being kind. This place s focus is nightlife and music, not genuine customer service. There are plenty of other places in the Stockyards that have far better customer service and just as good food. It s no surprise this place has an average of 3 stars.

This review is really just for the concert hall itself, which is great. It s a smaller sized hall, but the sound is good and the facilities are great. Balcony tickets aren t terribly pricey and offer an excellent view and come with the added attraction of having your own waiter or waitress grab your beers and food, so you don t miss the music. Prices are reasonable, and the staff was gracious. It looks like they have a pretty wide variety of acts, with everything from hip-hop to electronica and rock to country. Honestly, one of the best times out I ve had in recent memory.

If you enjoy standing shoulder to shoulder in a packed concert venue while being kicked out of the bar area, simply for waiting then this is the place for you. Never in my life living in Fort Worth have I seen such a money grab. First of all, our sever did a good job. I am a Fort Worth native and getting a prepared endless speech (that I am fairly certain they are forced to say) about Tim Love is super cringe and annoying. I really don t care. I came here for good food and drinks. The drinks had a lovely presentation, but were weak and one had an artificial flavoring that was not appealing. In the drink all of the ingredients did not shine. The baked oysters were nice. The raw oysters great. With the oysters offering a selection of all to sample would be appealing to diners. The enchiladas had a lovely flavor, sauce and the texture of the cabbage and bell peppers offered a nice respite from a heavy dish. The corn tortillas were dry and chewy. The brisket was dry and stringy. I believe you should be able to easily separate a bite with a fork and these need a knife. Most enchiladas come with beans and rice, but here they like to use the Ruth s Chris formula of order anything else that goes with a meal on the side for $9 each (about 2.5/3oz). The beans were not that great to boot. The burger was far from a great burger and there was an unusual spice in the meat. Again, just a burger not a meal. $9 for adding shoestrings fries that arrived at the table cold. Ordering an asian salad was discussed, but described as really spicy and that the spices regulation could not be handled by the kitchen. So, the tuna tostadas were ordered (an appetizer) and were nothing really special. The patio was lovely on a sunny day and we had a good time. Just be aware of what they offering (you get a main sometimes small and get little sides encouraged by the server to make a meal for $9 each).

Feb 2024-We just went this weekend for Priscilla Block and had the best time! The show was perfect! Can t wait to come again!!! Updating my review to reflect. The drinks and food are amazing! June 2023- We stopped by on Saturday to view the venue, and a lady was quite snobby to us. We were looking around, headed up the stairs that was not roped off or anything, and she came to us and said upstairs is closed. We stated we just wanted to look, just look- we won t sit or order or touch anything- we were deciding if the venue would be great for a private party she said no it s closed, we went back down and left. We came Thursday for the Easton Corbin show- but after our encounter with the lady from Saturday we decided we would eat and drink somewhere else to get the vibe for a private party - a place that took the time to get more info from us Saturday . Anyways we arrived at 9:55 for a 10:15 concert to only find out that they had an opening act that started at 10:15! Easton didn t start until 11:30 . Really it was ok, but just wish they had been honest about start time . The crowd was restless since opening act was great just not a crowd hyping band . The place is beautiful!

Great place to grab a bite in the stockyards. They amazing food, taking from Tim Love, with a shockingly family friendly atmosphere. They had the nicest door person I have ever met, Aaron O believe, and was the main reason we went in. Live music is more a low key with a relaxing vibe, and even games to play. Great spot!

Paige was great and the chicken fried steak was great. We sat at the bar and she took care of us. The breading was A1. The meat was very thin, but I would still recommend.$8 for canned beer is a bit pricey, but its high everywhere. Enjoyed our time here. Alot of mixed reviews, but I still say to check it out. Still a 5 star due to Paiges service.

I had reservations for two. When I arrived, they put us by the back door and by the bathroom. Then there is the food. The crab and chili dip was cold. My wifies fish dish was literally swimming in oil and green beans were burnt. My brisket enchiladas were, no kidding, swimming in watery cheese. When I found the enchiladas, I found one small strip of brisket. I took a bite to try and immediately had to spit it out the taste was so bad. We wont go back.

Tannahills says they are partners with Ticketmaster, yet they STILL cant get premium seating correct. Why would a GROUP that bought 8 mezzanine tickets IN A ROW want to be split up??? Absolutely ridiculous. Then their employees made US feel bad ALL NIGHT because THEY split us up. Then we asked to get an area together. They said no. Then they upgraded a couple to a giant suite halfway through the concert. Dont bother giving this place your money. Because they literally dont care. Food is good though. Literally only saving grace.

Unbelievable childish behavior from the manager. We had a group of 7 of us and had just started a second game at the pool table when a young lady complained we were hogging the table. (We waited for the group before us patiently) We were all planning to play one game and move on when the manager denied us any more quarters. Bar tender wasn t very professional or in a bad mood and let it show to many customer s surprise. Not a good experience.

Good venue with great sound. Super glad and very excited that Fort Worth has a quality stage that is starting to pull big acts! This venue has alot of potential but managment needs to get on the ball about a couple issues that happen consistently it seems. Security is messy, unprofessional and heavy handed; aggressively commanding the crowd to leave the venue immediately after the show ended. Not to mention me and 3 of my friends got into the venue completely free due to security not even checking our tickets. Clearly multiple other paying costumers have had alot of issues with yalls security situation for a year now and its still not resolved. Venues are places for people to relax and chat after a great show not be harassed by staff. Ive been to countless shows and never really experienced that. We payed alot of money to be here & its a bad idea to make your venue unwelcoming in that manner. Also as others have mentioned; let us re-enter the damn concert hall if one needs too, as other person said if we have wrist bands it should absolutely not be an issue if patrons want to go to the lobby bar or have a cigarette and want to come back.

I dont know where to begin. I feel like Ive been robbed. Coming from a fine dining background, I regret wandering into this place. The wait didnt bother me, but the fact that we were seated without menus and a highchair did. It was around 3 oclock on a Saturday. Thats fine. I got it, but the restaurant was cleared out. I dont get why, after asking for a high chair three different times, it still resulted in us having to get it ourselves. Our server was sweet, so no fault against her. I paid $200 for lunch, which wouldnt be an issue if the experience and quality were worth it. It wasnt. I was overcharged for my drink. I ordered from the bar, but she insisted our server ring it up. Okay. She rang in a slightly more expensive liquor, but thats fine. I paid $30 for 4 ounces of skirt steak and fries. What?! Its my fault for not asking, but it also isnt specified on the menu. Online or physical. I thought our food runner dropped half of the steak on the way out, but, nope. Im still in disbelief. Its a shame.

Since they opened up the ada seats were up front so someone in a wheelchair could see the performance on stage. Now for production reasons ada seats were moved to the very back of the music hall so it is impossible to see the stage. Also only seats for 4 people. The law says seats for 5 percent of the people in attendance. No where near enough seats. All 4 of the people in wheelchairs were lost in the crowd trying to see the show...this is Not acceptable....

The food was ok. The morning bartender (patty) was one of the worst people I ve ever met. How does a place let someone openly complain about their coworkers to/in front of guests? I would never go back if i knew she was working. Oh and don t even get me started on how unsanitary she was while making drinks. You don t put your fingers inside a drink and stir the ice We left and didn t order another drink purely based on her attitude. I understand people have bad days. But she told us way too many negative things in the 30 minutes that we sat at the bar.

Ok. Tannahills Venue for concerts is great, BUT I dont recommend eating there. Go somewhere else. While it is a place that has the famous Tim Love (chef) the food was pretty lame and the service was worse. TLDR; dont go for the food and service, they were terrible. But the concert venue is great Ok. So we had tickets for a Tuesday 8pm show, and we decided to try eating there since we have been to Tannahills several times for concerts. Not crowded at all, and our wait person was covering only two tables (max 4 people over the two tables). Ordered the pretzel to start off with, and it was decent, then we ordered the fried chicken sandwich and the fish tacos. The fish tacos were 3 street tacos (for $15), so $5 for a small taco. No sides come with that order. The first taco was ok, but the second, oh no, tasted really off. They over seasoned the fish because after taking a bite, I realized how strong the fish smell was... Strong fish smell. Seemed they overly seasoned the fish to cover up the smell. Obviously it was not very fresh. Could not finish the dish... nor try the third taco. The chicken sandwich was mediocre, with some Texas potato chips on the side. Now the service was very bad because I kept asking for water and refills and our wait person would disappear. I ended up refilling our water and tea. They use glasses that dont hold a lot of water, or tea... Yeah, wanted to like the Tavern portion but alas, not going to recommend this to anyone. Granted, its in the Stockyards, but for those prices, with poor quality food and terrible service, I think we know there are other places to visit

Santiago provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had. In addition to being super polite, patient and kind to me over the phone..he also followed up with me when he said he was going to and he went above and beyond to get all of my questions answered.
