Gene had my cases sealed, dismissed/expunged quickly even when I didnt think they could be. Gene fought for my rights and worked hard to get my case taken care of immediately. Without Genes help, my life truly may have never gotten back on track. Gene is extremely professional, before during and after your case. I worked with Gene in 2015 and when I really needed help with a work-related situation in 2023, Gene was quick to answer every email, pick up the phone after hours, and get me the help I needed. Most recently, Gene helped me land a job that I wouldnt have gotten without his help. He is truly there for you before, during and after your case. Where to start? First Gene helped me navagate through a DWI charge back in 2016. With his expert legal services I won a deferred prosecution. I had to do a couple of classes and forward to the D.A. and at 18 months the case would be dissmissed. Fast forward 6 years in the future this was a long forgotten memory until I was contacted by the Sheriffs department in my new city of Dallas about an outstanding warrant for the DWI case from 2016! I immediatly reached out to Gene on a Friday afternoon very concerened about being arrested on this charge. I received a email the following evening ( Saturday by the way) with the case dissmissed attachment that was handled friday before the courts closed. By far the best Defense Attorney in Austin TX. I have referred a couple of friends and the outcome has always been the best case scenerio for their particular circumstances.

I was able to work with Gene on unfortunate circumstances. It was an assault case (cause bodily injury) which was a false accusation against me. I called a lawyer who has been part of my families life since I was 12, Larry Laden. He said he could not assist me but referred me to GBA Attorneys at law. Gene answered the phone and immediately assisted me with my case. He had my side from the get-go. I appreciated his professionalism, his education, and his personal opinions. My case was eventually dismissed!! YAY! I even got to work with Alan Bennett at the end, he was super kind and respectful. All three gentlemen are! I would recommend meeting with them. I would also recommend as a law office to be more courteous towards your clients when they are in the office waiting; offer something to drink, or parking permits. Thank you for your assistance.
