I called Daniel Stark for a medical reason that I felt wasn t handled right . They informed me they weren t going to be able to take my case but gave me a number to call to find a lawyer that could. They also apologize for the trauma I endured. Then 2 weeks later I got a phone call from them saying they apologize they couldn t take my case but my story touched them and they got me a 50 minute massage coupon and just wanted to make sure I got that email for the body balance massage voucher. I do want to thank y all for that coupon and being so kind to try to bring me comfort after my traumatic event .

I was in an accident in 2022. I had a Air conditioning company hit me head on going about 30 MPH. The driver totaled out my personal truck. The owners insurance didnt want to help me get another truck from the very start. The other driver had progressive insurance. I was informed by a family member that I needed to get a lawyer so I decided to call Daniel Stark and they immediately took my case that day. I have never been in an accident to this extent before so I was totally clueless on how stuff works. Daniel Stark handheld all the paperwork and explained everything very well. They made sure from the start that the opposite insurance would trade me fairly. My case took about 2 years and two months to resolve but Daniel Stark fought for me every step of the way. I highly recommend using them for your lawyer needs. They were very professional, they were available to answer any questions that I had and they genuinely cared about me, I wasnt just another client. At the end of the case, my personal attorney got me more money that what I was supposed to get because he personally haggled with the insurance company and he was able to get my medical bills lowered down. I was involved in a rollover accident in 2021. I had several injuries that prevented me from working from accident. I eventually had to change jobs to be closer to home due to the PTSD suffered post accident. Other drivers insurance tried to settle me out to prevent me from filing a lawsuit. First let me say I didn t want to go to a lawyer at all . I was hit in my ambulance on the way to the hospital Yep you heard me right . In an ambulance and on the way to the hospital for surgery. This is certainly a lawfirm that you want in your corner when youre dealing injuries from accidents. It was really a trying time in dealing with injuries, and the others parties inurance(USAA) screwing me over, as well as medical treatment. Tadarious Hawkins was the lead attorney on my case, and from start to finish this man fought tooth and nail to not only make sure I received proper care for my injuries, but he made sure I received my proper settlement. Id seen advertising for this firm and I thought they must fight for their clients. I reached out to them to see if theyd take my case. I was disappointed when they declined to do so. Imagine a law firm that doesnt even try to fight for you, thats this firm here. Dont be fooled by 5 - star reviews or responses to 1 - star reviews. They had their chance and failed. Just got hung up on by Eduardo when asking what product liability meant because he said they can t take my sister s case (I didn t ask for that) after she was just scalded by a restaurant s product. I just wanted to know what information I m supposed to ask the restaurant for in regards to her second or third degree burns she just received less than an hour ago. He asked for and recorded ALL of my information, and apparently it s not people, it s a form that dictates if they will help you or not. Once the computer said they won t help he was rude. Pull the call and listen to your representatives.

This law firm doesnt live up to the hype. Their commercials are far from true. As a former client for almost two years our case wasnt handled satisfactorily. They hardly ever updated on our case. Sometimes we went months without being told a thing, and only when we called them did we find out nothing had changed. We kept getting a different paralegal or case manager handling our case. They took forever negotiating and really didnt stand up for us against the other persons insurance. The settlement they finalized was truly a joke. Then they didnt really fight with the hospital that treated me so that I got an honest settlement. They allowed the hospital to take far more than they ever deserved for something that should have been filed through my insurance first, but there was no fight put up for me. Out of 24000 I cleared a little over 5000 because they were just trying to get done. In my opinion this law firm is a joke and ethically failed to represent their client. Dont trust them with your business because they will not take care of you to the desired degree they proclaim in their commercials, but they will charge you more than they deserve. Truth in representation is what they shouldve been doing, but far from what you get when you sign with this law firm. I am pretty sure the rest of them like this firm are the same way. Its sad. Negative ratings are not allowed or I would give one.

As a former 24 year Veteran in the U.S. Army and Hotel Supervisor for La Quinta Inns and Suites; I have been all over the world and have met alot of nice people. My legal assistant Mercedes Harrison takes the cake, she was genuine, nice, kind, caring, and most of all trustworthy. She was always there for me through my lows and highs, I highly recommend her for just about anything. Someone please give her a raise lol.
