Went to two arcades today and two different experiences. Blazer tag was ok, laser pack worked intermittently. The soda fountain looked a little dirty. Fun place, but needs a little attention.

I threw a surprise birthday party for my husband and it was a blast. It wouldn t have been the same without party coordinator Angel. Angel was attentive and made sure we were having a great time. Angel should be the CEO of Blazer tag.

We came here to kill some time before our flight home after a week in San Antonio,TX. The young lady at the front desk was dismissive of my wifes questions and cold not figure out how to process a credit card. Their food selections rival some of the least desirable gas stations and with a empty parking lot we should have known better. Our stay in San Antonio was met with great service and friendly people so not sure what the issue was. I text my some who lives in Dallas and he said Austin was the Portland, Oregon of Texas. It all makes sense now.

Gotta say; took me over a decade to try this place out! I typically go in for paintball or tactical, but Blazer Tag gets it right, despite being a laser tag place. The indoor course has multiple levels with ramps and it s so satisfying to shoot folks from above or below. The guns tell you whom you hit and who hit you, which has made for some incredible debriefs afterwards with strangers. They sell whiteclaws and Jell-O shots, which is a plus for me but don t get too tanked, there are a lot of munchkins running around in and out of the laser tag arena. My wife and I play maybe twice a month? Great way to get a little exercise

After being in Austin for 10 years I finally decided to check this place out for my birthday party and it did not disappoint! Has to be one of the funniest birthday parties of all time. CJ was the star of the show with not only his mad bartending skills but he did a little magic show and blew all our 30+ year olds minds! The guy taking out names for laser tag was awesome and the pizza was really good too! My 80s themed birthday was so much fun and I am honestly kicking myself that this was my first time there. Plan at least 3 hours for this place because there is so much to do besides Lazer tag! We will be back this summer when its hot for more fun!!!!! Thanks so much for existing!

Had a fun time with the kids, food, drinks and arcade games while you wait between games though theres not a good system for your drinks if youre playing. I recommend taking a break between games if you have smaller kids as well. Old school tickets instead of points on a card, kids thought it was fun to put them in the machine. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Upon first impressions the place seems fine. However, half of the arcade games and 2 of the 4 ticket machines werent working, and the food was horrible. During the first of 2 games of laser tag I played, I could not hear the instructions because there were about 20 children talking over the video, and the staff did nothing. Also, when my receipt says the game starts at 2:20, I expect to be playing laser tag around 2:20. Instead I got in there at around 2:17, and had to wait another 10 or so minutes for the last game to finish. When I actually got into the game, my gun shut off after about 5 minutes, while my vest was still active meaning I got shot about 20 times while trying to find help. When I finally got to the place where I was supposed to receive help, there was no one there. Not knowing what else to do, I fiddled around with my gun, until it started working again. My gun turned off 6 more times before my vest shut off as well. When I got out of the game, I told the staff what happened and they did nothing, and said I shouldve tried to find help, which I did. The second game, my expectations were exceptionally lower. I got in there, my gun stopped working a couple of times until my vest shut off, until I got fed up and left early.

it was fun but one of their employees were so rude to my friends and I, totally unprovoked . we were so excited to play lazer tag and my friend took a picture of our hands doing the peace sign while we waited for the game to start, she gave us dirty looks and also told us to stop talking like girl what u said ??. when putting on the gaming equipment , my friend accidentally put it the wrong way and she passive aggressively made a joke saying were you not paying attention like? girl its not my fault you miserable working here . anyways yeah the other peeps were cool and the games were easy and fun !

Its great for a spontaneous activity. The prices were reasonable for a pass, though I recommended to get your moneys worth and get a bundle for two or three rounds. My pack malfunctioned in the first game, which is the first its ever happened to me or any other people Ive gone with. But, they switched out my pack pretty promplty so not too big of a deal. The food is standard arcade food, not restaurant quality but good snacks. Also the bathrooms were surprisingly clean which is very appreciated.

What an amazing staff and manager. We had a private event for between 200-400 people for several hours and they accommodated us with smiles and joy. There was a big event before our scheduled time and still when it was go time for our group the manager was on top of things. Even made us signs. If you re looking for a fun place to bring all ages. Nice and small place. But the laser tag area is great. Its so huge and so many areas to hide. Fun for adults and children. If you kid is afraid of the dark.....there are other activities for them to do. There are games for all ages. You can also have corporate events, School events and adult parties here. Wow. What a great experience. We went with our 5 and 8 year old kids and both the kids and the adults had a blast. I think for 55 dollars they had a package for four laser tag passes and 100 coins. Laser Tag was awesome. The game was abouy 20 minutesong, the arena was huge, and it was a great mix of adults and kids. The gear barely fit my five year old so I wouldnt recommend any younger than that. We will be back.

Really impressed with their Lazer tag set up. The manager on staff was very accommodating when it came to the fact my family and I were sunburned from the beach and decided we really didnt want to wear the vests and play another game of Lazer tag when we bought the 2 game package. My kids had fun even though one of their laser guns didnt work and had to get it replaced mid match. I had 2 that didnt work. We put tokens into several games in the arcade that either didnt work or had ticket dispensers that didnt work. My kids didnt seem to mind but when youre the adult that has to constantly ask for a refund or point out things that dont work it can on your nerves. Maybe I just went on the wrong day, but I will not be revisiting.

Blazer Tag is a blast. Games are 20 minutes long, and start on the hour, 20 minutes after, and 40 minutes after. Its really, really fun. The have pizza and a fun arcade with skeeball, basketball hoop games, video games, etc. I believe they have an alcohol license (beer for grownups) too. All around great fun, great for birthday parties, great way to beat the heat. Check website for promotions!!!

Reasonable prices for the family! Every employee is polite! Only draw back was the AC could have been turned down 10 degrees, but there were a lot of people there.

This is a very fun place to just have family and friends to enjoy the games for all ages and the food was so delicious !!! and very nice staff clean restrooms as well as the building inside and out. I would give this business more than 5 i say 10 oh yeah thanks Blazer Tag my grandkids enjoy their Birthday Party

This place is very affordable and laser tag was fun. Gun was a little uncomfortable but it was still fun. Food was horrible! Well, the frito pie was. They dont use really chilli. Tables were dirty and floor was too but that can be fixed. Other than that the place was very cool.
