They were my last resort, I had done everything I could to work with the IRS and even been denied legal assistance from other law offices because my case was small compared to their usual cases. Andrew and Jennifer did a fantastic job in handling my case with the IRS. I had a little under $50k that was going to be owed in back taxes due to an un-filed Capital Gains. They were able to get it reduced to around $4k-$6k. It ended up getting paid through my taxes that were being held by the IRS until the case got finished and I still received a refund check back. So a few years back I made a mistake on my taxes. Then years later the IRS sends me a a confusing form. Not going to lie, I paniced. The team at the Margolies Law office gave me the assurance that they could help. Not only did they provide the necessary paperwork, they calmly and caringly walking me through the process, and told me what to expect in moving forward and in the future. They answered all my questions with care even after no doubt answering the same question a hundred times before. I cannot speak higher of the firm and the individual members of the staff. I contracted them for my tax problem. They seemed very helpful. But come to find out during our process my husband my kid s and I got sick with COVID-19 so it took me longer to get them the the paper work they needed. Then I turned the client questionnaire and all the paper work they needed. Then about 1 week after I dropped off the everything off to them Jennifer calls to ask me if I dropped off the paperwork of I said yes a week ago. Then about 2 weeks after I got a levy on my bank account. So I called them to let them know and then they let me know they were missing questions I needed to answer. A week later Andrew calls me to tell me he was withdrawing from the case and that he could not help me to deal with the revenue officer myself or find someone else who could help me. I had to hire someone else to help me. And that same day he filled out the 433 application right then and there. And got to working on my case. I would not ever recommend them to no one. They kept $3500 out of the $7500 for work they didn t do. I was taken for my money.

Although, the pandemic is still affecting many, it did not hinder the results and the time-frame of this company. I was in pretty bad shape with tax issues going back to 2005. I was a nervous wreck. I had been given bad advice by my CPA. I didnt believe the people calling me constantly telling me of unrealistic solutions. I am very glad I choose to meet with Jennifer and Andrew. I had waited too long and action was needed. I dont believe anyone else could have done as good a job as Andrew. He was dealing with IRS employees who were frustrated with me and didnt want to give an inch. We won on appeal and it was such a relief. Jennifer walked me through all the paperwork. I would not hesitate to recommend the wonderful people at this firm. Dont believe what you see on TV. Contacted Margolies Law Office after I ve called and gone to several companies for help regarding my IRS problem. All seemed to be a scam or too good to be true. What a BLESSING!! I received a letter in the mail from the IRS stating they were auditing my tax return. The IRS is nothing to play with and they can really turn your world upside down if you dont approach it the right way. I was in distress and losing sleep worrying about the outcome. I called around looking for the right attorney. I spoke with a few different attorneys, but Mr. Margolies put my worries at ease. He gave me great advice and most importantly HE WAS HONEST. The Margolies Law Office were extremely helpful. They walked us through the entire process and made it simple. They were honest and patient with us during our unfortunate tax audit. They made this easy and rather pleasant. Their price was reasonable and much lower than other law offices. this law office is the law office for the blue collar person. They are upfront with you and will tell you if they can be of any help to you. I contacted the Margolies Law Office and Jennifer answered the phone. I told her I was concerned about the accuracy of my tax returns because a friend told me I was paying too much. She offered her team to review my returns. I asked how much that would cost and she said theyd do it as part of their free consultation. My IRS troubles came about unexpectedly. One day I was notified that the IRS was going to be garnishing my wages. Caught by surprised, I went online and started researching ways to get help. I started contacting programs that promised to resolve IRS issues, but they the ones I first looked into didn t fit my needs, or wanted thousands of dollars up front before things would even get started, or they just didn t seem right But I was impressed with Margolies Law Office right from the start. Andrew Margolies was very professional. Jennifer Margolies was very knowledgeable; she helped me quite a bit, educating me on how the IRS worked, how the program worked, and how my situation could be resolved. They set me up with a plan that I could afford, and one that worked. Before signing up with Margolies Law Office I really didn t know what was going on and I really didn t know what I was going to do. I had no idea how the IRS worked or how I was supposed to get out of this. Andrew Margolies, I normally dont do any ratings, but Andrews honesty and knowledge of the law just blew us away. He didnt tell us what we wanted to hear. He told us what we needed to do to clear up our problem with the IRS. All the ads out there promising a miracle settlement with the IRS, Id say the chances of that are about a million to one.
