Only the immigration law firm i trust is the Matt Trevena law firm...i applied my husband I130 through them honestly the whole process was very easy. Especially Miss Janette is really nice and knows immigration process very well. She helped me throughout the whole process and made sure that i wasnt missing anything. Even though my husband was in another country and cant speak English very well they helped him a day before his interview and made him ready for his immigration interview. For future reference if we need any help only the peoples i can trust theyre.

Mr. Trevena helped me and my wife out with the Green Card application for me. It was great working with Mr. Trevena and the staff for our application. He is very organized and detail oriented and we had no issues at all during the course of our application. He helped us prepare for the interview and gather all our documents. He was also there with us on the day of interview to ensure everything went smoothly. We worked with Janette for preparing our application. Met Matt after I recently moved to Austin ...my GC was about to expire ..and I had been arrested for a DUI in Travis county.e...everything was upside down for me. From the moment I started using Matts services it was very clear that I am in good hands. Matt sat me down and explained all my options. He went even further and gave me advice ..good advice life changing advice. He took up my case and after a few months he got my GC renewed...All this happened in a timely manner. Then came time to apply for naturalization ....Matt and his law firm were right on point with the timing, filling and filing naturalization. ...and within a short notice (3 months) the interview was set in San Antonio....Now this is where Matt came in strongly for me ...2 weeks prior to the interview he set up a mock interview ...and literally prepped me for what to expect ...he even went further to explain US history , US laws , US government in great detail to me. Then finally on the day of the interview guess what, Matt was at the USCIS office with me @ 7:45am.....and the rest is history ...I was naturalized the very next day @ 8am. I am very grateful to Matt and his law firm. I would not be here were it not for their services. I very strongly recommend Matt to any one needing immigration services. We were in a challenging problem which came out unexpectedly, and it looked like we have exhausted all the options. Then, we approached Mr.Matt Trevena. He listened to us very patiently. He was very thorough on all the small points of our case, made a note of every point that we stated. With his guidance, we were more aware of all possibilities. Given how time sensitive our issue was, Mr.Trevena came back in few hours with all the solutions, which helped us to solve our problem on time. He was genuinely concerned about our case as much as we were. Our problem is now resolved and we can say that it is because we approached Mr.Trevena. The best representation you can get with a true focus on who you are as a person. Mr. Trevena has walked me all the way from practical training to green card to citizenship. We walked through all this in the old way of doing these processes (green card especially), he never once let me down he never once gave me wrong information, he never once screwed up a form, missed a deadline. Words will fall sort for the gratitude, kindness and immeasurable respect I have for this law firm. At the beginning my in-laws wanted to help me become a permanent resident. My sister in-law stated to me If you feel this is not the lawyer for you, we can try another. As soon as we spoke to Mr. Trevena, and disclosed everything, we knew he was the best for us. He is extremely kind with a caring heart that has moral compass that points north. We had a large issue that could have ended it all. Mr. Trevena did not accept what happened and he along with his wonderful staff made sure that this issue would not be tolerated. The day of the interview arrived and I was nervous as one could be. Mr. Trevena would continue to tell me to breathe. My family who has taken me in as one of their own (in-laws) was present on that day for support. Mr. Trevena informed us not long after I was approved to become a permanent resident. Time passed and I wanted become more than a permanent resident, I desired to become a U.S citizen. My wife and I did not even hesitate; we wanted Mr. Trevena by our side. Everyone from the law firm was just amazed and remembered us. Mr. Trevena was overwhelmed on how my wife was looking. She had gotten a kidney transplant after I became a permanent resident. Mr. Trevena, (again so kind and honest) played catch up on how our lives have been. Mr. Trevena was delighted for us and took me on again as a client. We did everything that he asked for us to do, getting pictures taken and filling out some paperwork. Mr. Trevena still had our file and we visited him again to go over everything. He gave me homework and to learn U.S history. Mr. Trevena knew I enjoyed reading and learning. The interview date was set and we paid one more visit to the law firm. Everyone in this law firm is so kind and professional. Mr. Trevena was by my side during the naturalization Interview, while my family was waiting in the lobby. I walked out and passed, but it still had to wait for a final approval. We got it the final approval and around 2 month later I took the oath and became a Citizen of the United States of America. My whole family was at the Naturalization Oath Ceremony. This is one of the biggest days in our lives. My family and I want to thank again The Law Firm of Matt Trevena for everything they did and then some. If it s just to become a permanent resident, citizen or any immigration related matters, a good lawyer such as The Law Firm of Matt Trevena, comes with peace of mind knowing you are in good hands. To go to attorney for immigration questions in Austin, TX!! I am a Swiss Citizen who came to the US as an exchange student with a J-1 visa. After spending a semester at UT in Austin, I was able to extend my experience in the US engaging in Academic Training under the same visa. I consulted various attorneys in Austin, TX during the grace period my visa was to expire and stated my urge to stay in the US for a while longer. After seeing some of the attorneys I was recommended by the school, I was getting frustrated with how they conducted business. None of them were able to advise me on my questions and simply put me off although I had to pay them a consultation fee. Thinking that my case is fairly straight forward, I was getting annoyed as these attorneys were supposed to be top-notch attorneys in Austin, TX. I then conducted my own research and stumbled upon the office of Mr. Trevena and scheduled a visit with him. To my absolute surprise, the meeting with Mr. Trevena was very professional where he was able to tell me all the different options I had given my situation with the risks and uncertainties associated with each one of them. We then agreed on pursuing the path where I would change my nonimmigrant status. About 4 months later, I received a letter from the DHS stating that I was granted my request.
