The sweet tea was nothing but water and leaf juice, I ordered spicy but got mild. If I wanted flavorless chicken Id eat my friends girlfriends cooking and her ass cant season to save her life, its like eating chicken. That was boiled and tossed on a plate. Ngl not happy with this.

Came here for an early lunch on Saturday memorial weekend. I just want to say the two ladies working the drive thru were awesome and amazing. Polite and friendly, quick speed of service, and a genuine smile. These employees need to be recognized for their commitment to guest satisfaction.

Never got a chance to place my order. There was a woman screaming who I believed to be the manager. I stood inline for ten minutes behind another customer who also hadnt ordered yet as well. They saw us waiting to order but didnt seem to mind letting us just stand there like idiots. Ive been involved in the fast food industry and I never let my crew let a paying customer wait, and to not even acknowledge them is a firing offense. Please fix this or I will not be coming here anytime soon.

I don t even know where to begin I never write reviews like this but I am going to so people don t have to have this horrible stressed out experience I had,first I came through the drive through for a mobile order for Isabel at around 10:20 in a red ford f-150(so yall can see the cameras) I went through and was ignored then told to pull forward which is whatever and we waited for 30 minutes on the food then they forgot almost everything so I had to go through again which they were taking very much forever so we just went in front of a car that was ordering so we can just get the stuff and go ,we went there and again we were ignored there was like 5 people and all were ignoring us just staring and walking away they then all go to the back and then come back then a girl came up to the window asked if anyone helped us eventhough she knew no one helped us because she stared at us and was there the whole time,we explained nicely because I ve worked fast food before I didn t wanna be rude or a Karen things happen but she put honey mustard on my wife s chicken sandwhich (she breaks out horribly to honey mustard) instead of the spicy sauce which obviously how do you mess up that bad ,they put a Mac and cheese and not mash potatoes and they have attitude the whole time,I watched the girl make the chicken sandwhich and she was just slamming everything down,we ended up leaving around 45 minutes later.i will be leaving multiple horrible reviews until they get there act together because this was the worst experience ive had,sorry coming to edit I forgot to add the food was freezing cold

We got our chicken supper time on garth rd in baytown texas. The chicken looked like when we got home . Had been setting under the heating lamps some time . Wasnt fresh and hot. I do deliveries for doordash in my spare time. Went to pick up an order. Mgr Alejandra says they was no order and would not assist or even consider maybe her system was off line as I could clearly see the order and showed it to her. I had to call the customer and explain they would not help and I could not provide him his food. Very rude employee. Very sad situation

Order food from DoorDash, and They forget my items, and tried to get ahold of them took 15-30 mins to get ahold of someone. They did say they add those items in the next time I ordered. But I Ordered again, they didn t have one of my items, and again couldn t get ahold of them to have them change the item so they gave me whatever. Then they ended forgetting my biscuits. It s very frustrating when they mess up and you can get ahold of them! Hopefully night managers can supervise the cooks and double check bags before they are handed out for take out items and delivered items!

Hello, The chicken was made fresh. However, the sides were not hot. Additionally, the service was not it. The girl with the glasses and braces was not giving the adequate service. She was confused as to what I was saying when I asked for tenders and when I returned the chicken after asking for wings not to be packed she laughed at me. I ultimately think if you re paying for it, it should be done to your liking within context. Will I be coming again? Not to this location. -1/10 Parking: Lots of parking because this location sucks.

I usually get a pretty good dish of chicken here. But the last time when I got Home, my chicken was overcooked. Actually it was burnt but I live 18 miles. So I couldnt turn around and come back next time. Ill open the box and sample my food before I leave the restaurant. The counter personnel needs to be a little more friendly with people too I know youre busy. I know youre tired but put a smile on your face quit being so cranky

I order today 8 pcs of chicken dark meat( thigh and legs) and they offered tuesdays special with sides and i accepted it in my receipt my order is 4 legs and 4 thighs and waited for 15mins for this and when the service crew lady came to give my order i told her wait i wanted to check if they give me the chicken that i requested still that service crew didn t waited and walked away even though i told her to wait they didn t give the part of chicken that i requested which they give me a wing and milk part. Dont come to this location even if its an hour before closed. As we get to the drive through, the man that would be taking our order said it not once but twice that we would have to wait on chicken which we said was fine. The Night shift Teen employees Lacks in service, enthusiasm, and ability to understand the true value of customer Satisfaction. Constantly making mistakes with orders. Almost had a good experience until I was accused of lying. I came on my lunch break to get some food for my coworkers and I when I noticed that they had given me the wrong drinks(3 sweet teas instead of 1 and 2 dr.peppers) I had told a employee that my drinks were wrong and then he brought out another coworker(disrespectful/rude) that told me that I was lying and to show them the drinks, after confirming that the drinks were wrong they came back with the most watered down Dr.pepper I had in my life. I ve never had such a trash experience at this location in my life but I will not be returning any time soon.
