Lost my mobile order, had to re-type my order and made me wait behind everyone else that s already ordered when my food was supposed to be ready. Didn t offer an apology, to move me to the front, free food or anything. Just gave the vibe of sucks for you. Then I ve watched 3 different customers come back in with wrong orders. I ll drive another couple miles to a different wing stop next time. Lost my business.

My family is here from out of state and ordered a large order at 10:45p. We received our fries burnt and chicken wings cold. Keep in mind this is $67 worth of food. We call to get the order replaced they asked me to come in. When I get in the gentleman at the front on 7/15/24 gave us such a hassle although he verified he was the same gentleman that advised he would replace or refund our meal earlier today. When someone is coming in to purchase something from an establishment and they mess up you could at least provide common courtesy to the paying customer. No apology just straight attitude bc I m asking them to replace an order that they messed up. This experience put a very bad taste in my mouth and I love Wing Stop smh. It s sad really. If you are looking for quality service do not come to this location. At least not at night anyway. -Dissatisfied

I havnt had wing stop in very long and thought id give it a try. Ordered take out 20 boneless wings and fries. Very disappointed. Every piece of chicken had a rubbery center. I paid $18 just for the fries to come out brown and the chicken to be rubber. I feel very ripped off as my budget is tight and can only afford one fastfood meal a week and wasted this week. Id love to hear from the manager about how this can be made right as id hate for this to be my last tome eating there

Worst experience. Actually 2 horrible experiences but last time I gave them a pass. It doesn t matter if you order online and tell them the time to pickup is 2 hours later. They will still make you wait for 40 min. Oh, and ask for a refund. They will send a pic of your receipt to manager and you can hope for the next 10 business days that you get your money back lesson learned. Find new location and don t order from here EVER!

After having a horrible experience at the Watauga location a week ago, this location made everything right. The service was great all the way around. One of the young men, and I am disappointed I didnt get his name, he asked me how well did I want my chicken cooked. When I got my order he said to me I did really good for you. It was obvious that he took pride in what he does and he made sure to let me know. Everything turned out perfect! He really did do good for me. I appreciate him and all of the staff there tonight. Upon entering the employee the female was sitting down at the register and didnt even acknowledge me. I had to say hello maam can you assist me. When she saw me coming into this location and should have greeted me! Not me acknowledge her. The food that I ordered from your Hurst Wing stop location was horrible and disgusting! I ordered this as a pickup. After arriving within the time stated that the food was ready,I was told by one of the employees here that food was not done yet. So I waited another 10 more minutes.Upon receiving the order, the food was cold! I was highly upset about this as how does this happen for food to be cold! When I had to wait for the items to be ready. The chicken sandwiches were cold and the fries were even colder as if they had been sitting out waiting to be reused for an order. I am highly disappointed and surprised this is the type of food and service you choose to provide to your consumers. Also I am highly disappointed that the Maple Sriracha flavor is no longer available! Fix this immediately and make this experience right! The food was a total waste of money! I ordered the boneless deal meal online. I get to the store just to be told they are out of boneless chicken because the manager ROXANNE did not order them. I asked for my money back and they said it would be 3 days. S they said the manager refused to come in and had a stack of about 40 to 50 receipts sitting waiting to be refunded. I asked the person to call the manager and I would speak with her and the cashier replied she is not answering her phone now. They called and she didn t answer. How unprofessional that when things hit the fan you leave your employees to deal with the aftermath of a mistake. You are the manager! You re supposed to take the lead. No one even tries to make it look like they help you at this place. I would order online all the time and when I go pick up the food, Im met with blank stares and bad attitudes. This last pick up I had was the final straw for me, no one was at the register and the guys in the back offered no assistance until some lady started slowly making their way to the front, as if Im the inconvenience for just coming in. I always order from here when working on this side of town. On 11/3/23 I purchased online using Apple Pay. My card was charged but I didn t receive confirmation so I called the facility and they told me to come in to show that my card was charged. I went into the store and showed the manager my card was charged. The manager saw my card was charged but it said pending. The manager stated they didn t have my order in the system so she called her manager. She stated because the transaction said still pending there was nothing she can do. So I made the order online in front of her and she saw it charged my card again. She still failed to give me food. The manager proceeded to say that if my card is charged call back tomorrow and we ll go from there. The next day I called and told her my card was charged twice and you didn t give me my food and I asked how will I get my money back. She told me she will call me back and never did. I will never order online from a WingStop ever again. I love the brand never had issues til I ordered from here. I disputed the charges through my bank but I ll never eat at this one again. Be careful and order at the store they have some fraud going on and didn t address it properly.

I would not recommend visiting this location, as a previous employee the management is terrible and they don t care about their customer service. Everything was very unsanitary and the employees lie about their names to customers but not only the employees, the managers did as well. This location used to be great when Abraham was running it but after Mercedes took over, i witnessed this store fall into hell. There have been multiple occasions when customers would call about their food and the managers would say they can either get a credit or come back but a refund was rarely offered, which in my opinion is very bad customer service especially when a wing combo is 16$. The cooks will always get you right, they are the best people to work with but this place is not worth coming to, don t spend your money on management like that, customers deserve better.

I honestly just lost all respect for the brand. I ve shopped many times before for being a door dasher, they were great in terms of picking up orders.. I picked up food at least 3 times myself. Turns out, their Cajun & hot sauces besides buffalo are just their signature buffalo with dry seasonings, taste too similar to the hot buffalo sauce. Get something different that s not close to the buffalo if you want a kick of different. If you get a fry seasoning, it s not like they shake it much, just powder most of it on the tops of your chicken. & last but not least, they charge an extra almost a dollar for ALL DRUMS, but nothing for all flats. I meant to order flats tonight & forgot. I wanted flats, & had I order drums I would have been charged about a buck. I really wanted all flats. So think I would get mostly flats out of an 8 piece. I got 6 drums & 2 flats for NOTHING. SO THEY RE CHARGING YOU EXTRA FOR DRUMS FOR NO REASON. So many people order all flats, they charge you for the drums for extra! Scam. Don t even choose the extra option!! They ll give you mostly drums anyway!! If you want flats, ask for it. If you want drums, you don t even have to choose the options, that s what they mostly give you! They just choose to charge you for what they are gonna give you!! This place has truly gone downhill the las free years go to a family local wing place, wing stop isn t worth it anymore.. only reason I gave 3 stars was for the xtra dips I didn t get charged for, & the crispy wings.. quick service.. Every time I order delivery from this place I always miss something off my order. They always try to get me to come up to the store and get the food Im missing. Which what is the point of delivery if I have to go anywhere. Everytime I order something I call up and they try to refund me a credit and I never get it. First, she felt the need to yell over me for the name on my order (i m a uber eats delivery driver) while I was making a phone call towards the DOOR ENTRANCE . If you order meal including a drink from this wingstop, you might not receive your food on time or not at all. Indeed, last night, I witnessed a debate between this wingstop location manager & a driver (food delivery); the topic is who is in charge to fill up the drinks ordered by wingstop customers. This happened for over 20mn and the restaurant refused to fill up the drink cup on the ground that, according to the manager, wingstop employees (Manager & staff) may or may not want to fill up the drink for the customers & that wingstop policy states that it is the task of the food delivery driver to do so. Personally, I would not purchase Wingstop if wingstop policy says so or I would not buy Wingstop from this store if the manager debated for 20mn & still did not fill up the drink either out of pride or for any other reason. As a customer, I do not feel valued because the fact is I order my meal from Wingstop, pay Wingstop for the whole meal but Wingstop gives itself the right to provide the meal I paid for, or not, depending on their mood. This is absolutely ridiculous and tells me that my money is valued but they do not care about providing a customer service equal to what I have paid. If the Manager made up this policy to satisfy his pride, then he should take a course on what customer service really is because his behavior comforted his staff in not filling up drinks, for Wingstop customers, if they do not feel like it. This incident occured yesterday Friday Feb 24th 2023 from 10:45pm to 11:20 pm or so. I ended up not wanting to dine-in. Very disappointed at Wingstop overall if their policy states that or this Wingstop in particular if its policy states that. My opinion.

Just came from the dentist, they had a Wingstop next door, went in to get some wings but they told me it would be a 20-minute wait, I didnt want to wait so I drove on back to my side of town. Went into my Wingstop, ordered a large combo with fries and a drink and asked how long would it be cashier said 10 minutes, 20 minutes later I asked the guy at the register the guy counting the money, could be the manager, how much longer before my order is done, 2 minutes he says. My order comes out and it is refried fries and 9 drums and one flat. I tried to eat these jacked up wings, they aint normal sized but the flat part of the wings taste better. Crazy thing is that I was the only person in there, they must have made all the online orders before mine. Anyway when I went to get a container to go for all these drumsticks I didnt eat, I ask the cashier why my order had 9 drumsticks and one flat, she says I dont know youll have to ask the people who made it so I motion to the guy to come over, ask him the same question and his answer is the same, he didnt make it, ask the guy who make it but he also said that they normally will cook 5 and 5, he doesnt know how or why that happened, offered to give me a discount on a future visit. It seems that these folks pick and choose who get good food and good service. It is time to go back to cooking chicken myself or stop eating it all together. This place and its workers have zero accountability, it takes very little effort to get an order right especially if no one else is in the restaurant.

bad attitudes and feathers still attached to the wings This was only the second time I ve been to this wingstop, and the first I was really impressed. I used to enjoy ordering from here every weekend but not anymore this is the 4th time I have received a wrong order. I pay too much money for this to happen every time I also call ahead so they won t mess it up and they still do. They say they ll give you a refund but they never do. No ranch or fries

Wings are usually pretty good here but the customer service needs some work. The kids working the cashier always look unhappy, sometimes I feel bad to even ask for something. The girl up front with short hair on a clip walks around in the kitchen scratching her hair or digging in her pants. Disgusting!! Not to mention we witnessed two different customers come in to replace the order they received for the correct one Also some advice to you, it doesn t look right when you re standing there talking about your customers in front of other customers. Management also needs to be better. Overall this store has potential but needs lots of works. The pace here is incredibly slow as well..

My order was going great until I went into the store and picked up my order only to come home and see my wings had no seasoning on them. I called the store 4 times as they picked up and placed the call on hold not mentioning they were doing so. All lasting 5 mins long before they never came back so I hung up. The last time I finally got the girl who greeted me with a smile when I went into the store to get my order. When I tried to explain my issue she wasnt listening interrupting and last thing that got me once she finally was listening was SHE LAUGHED.... when I asked for a mgr she said there wasnt one on duty... I asked for her name and she was appalled I did. The name she gave me I believe isnt even her name. Totally not worth the 47.00 I paid and never will go back there.

I come here all the time. Today 7/12/22 I ordered and the fries were trash with no seasoning after I asked for extra. Then I ordered 5 rolls. They forgot them so I drove back and when I finally got them the bread was dry and crumbly. SMH. It s like they just work however they want to. No consideration

I was disappointed in this location but i really used to love this location went tonight picked my order up went home and opened the bag it was the wrong order but the fries in the order was over cooked and some of the wings were too i called and the girl told me to bring it back and they would fix my order again drove from haltom city there and back twice i have a wing stop down the street but liked going to this location. The girl asked me why i drove there and i said because i always liked this location but i told her maybe i need to start going back to the one down the street and she said do what you gotta do. Rude , when my order was ready she was no where around. I would think she would check and make sure i was satisfied but no. I will not be back another thing i noticed is she didnt even clean the table right after people ate just used a napkin to pick up the crumbs. Anyone one that goes there should always check their bags. I did tell one guy coming to pick up i said check your bag and said oh i checked his. Really huh ?

I ordered a combo of 6 boneless with two sauces, one in pepper, the other mango habanero, very delicious, the fries have just the right amount of salt. The ranch dressing is creamy and delicious. The reason I give it 4 stars is because of the lack of attention from the employees in keeping the place clean and in order. They start playing with acquaintances who come to this establishment.

My husband and I ordered the wing combo for 2 at 11:30 AM (prime lunch time on a Friday). The wait time estimated 30-40 minutes. My husband and I got there a little early, so we told the cashier we would wait in the car and come back in after a few more minutes. The cashier went ABOVE & BEYOND and brought our food to our car! Totally unexpected but definitely great customer service!! Thank you young man for doing that (& sorry I didn t catch your name!). Food was delicious too

Fries are never good but wings are almost always good. Couple bad experiences with staff. Last time the wrong food was delivered, they blamed the driver being rude when they should just put the name on the bag in the first place. Also said they don t like when people place orders through delivery services hate to break it to them but we ordered through the Wingstop app. Don t offer a service if you don t like it.

Not even worth 1 star. Usually my food is always fresh and good when I come here, but they clearly have a new staff. I asked for a 6 piece MEAL add a roll and corn. I was giving a frozen roll and no fries. Like what the hell did you charge me for? I told them what was wrong and none of them cared. I got my money back and I will NOT be returning. This place is TRASH!

I have had problems with this location in the past and did not want to have to wait for wings since I was taking some to a party. I placed the order online around 6:45 pm and requested they be ready by 7:45 pm. I did not show up to get them until 8:30 pm and they told me they would still take another 10 - 15 minutes to complete. The reason I was given is because other walk-in and call-in orders came in after mine. I asked if walk-in and call-in take precidence and was never given a straight answer. I asked for the name of the manager and no one knew. I asked for the name of the district manager and no one knew. I asked to speak to a shift lead and there wasnt one. I asked for a refund and was given a receipt for my order. Im pretty sure I was charged and never received my wings. This is very poor customer service, lack of training and poor management.
