When we got there initially, we didn t receive any service for almost 30 minutes. Once I alerted the staff Nya came and turned the whole thing around! Fantastic service and we returned the next day and Clay was DA BOMB!!!! Shorty was so polite and gave EXCEPTIONAL attention to each of her guests ( not just us! ) LOVED her ! Great job ladies because lil 1 in the pink with the glasses and leg tattoos was NOT it she vaped with the table next to us and ignored us for 30 minutes 30 MINUTES!!!! I started to hit mine lbvs

I will never step back into this establishment, If you ask for a double. They charge you for two drinks. I ve never seen that in my life. The manager was especially disrespectful, I know now to to go to temptations if I want a double in my drink. And yes I did dispute my transaction

Was a Mexican version of hooters. Was very surprised to see how scantly dressed the waitresses were. Definitely not a family restaurant. Was not what I expected. The food was average and the restrooms were clean. Very loud and too many televisions. Definitely a sports bar feel. Not the way it was advertised.

Definitely not what I had expected. We waited 5-10 minutes just to be seated by the hostess. The waitress we had complained about how tired, forgetful, and unmotivated she was and that she needed to go drink a Red Bull to wake up. She did know the menu pretty well, so much so, that she added things to our plate we didnt ask for. We ate an appetizer and then left to go somewhere else. I mean if you want a restaurant with the waitresses underwear are wedged so far up theyre spitting cotton, then by all means this is the place for you!

Nice building and pretty women, but the food is just cafeteria type food. Bland, and basic. Just seemed like it was cooked without care. The items I tried to order were of issue. Out of the type of beer listed, Didnt even have soups they offer on menu. The restaurant was clean and nice. It was relatively empty, but we were placed way off in a corner. The fajitas were ready in less than two minutes, literally. Food was ready faster than our drinks. I dont know how you can cook to order that quickly. Explains the dryness, lack of flavor other than what tasted like liquid smoke.

The BEST place in the area, in my opinion, for chicken wings! And onion rings on the side makes it even better! Their quesadillas are great also! Great atmosphere especially for enjoying dinner while watching sporting events on all the TVs, professional management, and the owners take pride in this place and it shows. Margaritas are made exactly to your liking. And the servers always seem to be taking care of everyone in a timely manner. I enjoy it here every time I visit!

Ceviche was not citrusy enough. Didnt deem the Shrimp cooked well enough in the non-citrusy marinate. Nice ratio of shrimp to tomatoes, etc, though. Burger was good! Service was ok. Most customers were at bar as I was, and Ms. Chelsea was spread around the hole bar line serving drinks and ordering meals busily. Thankfully for bartendress, food was served from Waitress Staff. A good first visit to Modelos.

the best place to get drinks!! David the manger is so so sweet he s constantly walking around making sure everything & everyone is okay! After reading the reviews and found very few to include details on the food-most were about friendly service lol We decided to try it hoping that there was more to this place than the bartender and servers . Luckily, there was! The atmosphere and esthetic is that of upscale Texas cantina with large sports bar tvs. The service was fast and efficient. I didn t find our server exceptionally friendly but attentive. We ordered fried pickles and jalapeños and cocktails to start. He ordered wings with onion rings and i got street tacos. The food was good. Not exceptional but certainly not bad. However, I was disappointed at the presentation of the street tacos -See pics- and worried that it would not taste good. It was tortillas with chunks of chicken. The cilantro and onion were served separately in plastic condiment cups, along with tomatillo salsa. There was thought in the plating it was a wooden board but the presentation was poor. If I saw a pic of this on the reviews or menu, I would NOT order it. Nothing about it looked appealing. However, the flavor in the chicken was there and they were good when I put it together. The wings and fried pickles and jalapeños were typical pub style food. There could have been another dipping sauce option for the jalapeños, ranch was the only offering. While we wouldn t avoid this restaurant, there wasn t much to pull us back outside of football season. Looks like it could be a fun place to hang out for late night drinks though.

Overpriced for basic bar food. Although staff was nice, I ordered a limonada aqua Fresca which was on their menu and waitress brought me a mixed drink. When I told her that wasnt what I ordered she let me know those were no longer on menu but did not offer to take drink back. We wound up paying $10 for a drink I did not order. Food tasted liked it was all frozen then either microwaved or fried. The presentation was nice though. The food and drinks were very over priced for the quality tho. Overall its a nice looking sports bar and has potential to be really good if either they up the quality of their food or lower prices to match the food theyre which is basic sports bar food. Drinks are also expensive including beer.

I came to Modelos for my lunch break during my school hours. I did not regret it. I was greeted at the host stand and sat with a lovely and beautiful server named Trissy. She was very attentive! She gave me advice on what I should order and informed me that there was a lunch special going on. I ended up going with the Steak Fajitas and a Modelos Margarita, which was a well informed choice because they were great. She did not allow my cup to go empty by always ensuring that I had a refill. Overall, great service. If you decide to visit Modelos, ask for Trissy! You won t regret it.

I was visiting family in town and I happened to ask a former friend of the newest and latest spot in Beaumont, they recommended Modelos and the experience was superior. I ordered the Mexican Pizza as an appetizer, the pizza was massive and delicious. As my entree I ordered the ribeye and enchilada. This meal was definitely cooked to perfection. For dessert my kids wanted the raspberry chimichangas & they devoured them. I couldn t even have a bite lol. Also, our server Jai was top quality. From beginning to end, I enjoyed everything. While Im not generally one to complain when it comes to service, all I can say is dont go there on a Sunday afternoon. I went in and sat there for 30 minute with nothing but a menu and silverware in front of me in a restaurant at 1/4 capacity and not one server came to my table. There were people at two tables adjacent to me that were receiving service and the server would simply look at me and walk away. Certainly have no intentions of going back in my remaining time down here on temporary work.

Sat in the bar, Valerie was by far the best bartender I ve ever experienced in my life. Service was elite level. Drinks were made quick, flying even. You can tell each bartender took great care and compassion with what they do. I m new to Beaumont, but Modelos will be my favorite spot because of them. 10/10 will recommend.

At first glance youd think this was a Hispanic hooters knock off. What I found was great service. Great food. Without the hooters gimmicks. Yes the women are in short shorts but (from my one and only experience) are very professional and friendly... because they are actually friendly. The food was top notch for a sports bar. I ordered the mahi mahi and sweet chili wings. Both some of the best Ive had. But the simplicity of the fries and seasoning is what made the meal complete for me. From a food service aspect, they really have their system in place. And it works! From the bar backs to the kitchen staff, you have hot food, clean placement, and never a dirty glass or dish sitting in front of you. If youre one the Beaumont Texas and want good food, great service, and a place to wind down after a 13 hour shift, or just to hangout and watch the game, this is the place. After working 84 hours a week, this was a well needed break and Ill definitely be back.
