About two years ago, we sought assistance in our case. The first few months there was communication. We paid, provided the info and interviews. After six months, after that, i asked for an update. Was told I would be contacted soon. Its been 2 years already, all I have is silence. I understand that there are delays in this process, a heavy work load, but i have not had my questions answered or given an immigration case number from Ice or anything. 2 years! Did they just take our money and ghost us? Because that is what I, from my perspective, have experienced. I dont leave this review lightly, but with a heavy heart.

Fantastic lawyer! From day one I knew I made the right decision to hire her and her company. They did a wonderful job preparing my paperwork for my naturalization, and answered all of my questions. Everything went very smoothly thanks to her, and the process was really fast as well. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. She is okay but she does not have good communication with her employee. Because of COVID her employees do not work in same office. So, when you send document to one of her employees, they do not send it to her. And most of the time they lose the document and ask for them again after couple months which postpone your case several months.

While searching a competent and professional immigration lawyer in the Austin, TX area to handle marriage visas, I found Boston Law Firm. Hana is well versed in all different aspects of immigration law, speaks Spanish fluently, took the time to listen to me (unlike some other attorneys), and was also affordable. Even though my case was fairly straightforward, she has an impressive track record on much more complex immigration law issues such as family-based immigration, removal proceedings, and DACA cases. I have had the privilege to meet Hana while she was still living in the Bay Area. At that time, after getting to know my story, Hana had mapped out all the steps we would take in order to switch my status to permanent resident. Her organization, attention to details and professionalism have made the process go very smoothly without any complications, even when I hindered her and her team s work by traveling to a place without phone/internet service. Around the time I obtained my green card, Hana moved to Texas. However, that has not prevented her from being attentive to my case. Hana Bostons attention to detail got our case approved first time with no additional requests for information or secondary interviews. She was very thorough during the whole process and prepped us for everything! But this review isnt just to highlight her processes but to acknowledge her tenacity when fighting for her clients. When all our documents were stolen abroad, Hana worked day and night to get us back into the country.
