I recently worked with Sam Colletti as our mediator in a somewhat contentious divorce that was beginning to spiral out of control. If I was to summarize, Id say Sam reintroduced sanity into the process. Neither my spouse nor I ever wanted to go to court, but as the divorce process proceeded it seemed more and more likely that it was going that way as tensions flared. Our lawyers jointly chose Sam as a mediator and I can whole heartedly say he saved the day. Not just money, but ultimately our ability to leave with our dignity intact and a willingness to reengage with each other as the sane humans we used to be. Sam absorbed the desires of both sides with a empathetic ability to make both people feel heard. But, perhaps above that, he reminded both sides equally that there was more at stake than just money and perhaps the pride of feeling like your side won. That skillset, along with his exceptional understanding of the law, brought authenticity when he reminded us that there were major downsides to even winning in court. He brought a level headedness to both room equally and fairly. Not to say we didnt both make inconsiderate demands perhaps more out of ego, than common sense, but Sam was there as the voice of reason with his calm, consistent and considerate manner. Sam truly saved the day, tens of thousands of dollars and most importantly helped us both leave with a concluded mediation along with our pride. To put it bluntly, he was the adult in the room and I thank for him for that.

I retained Leigh de la Reza to draft the final degree for my uncontested divorce. She was referred by a firm in another state that my daughter has worked for. That process went exactly like Leigh had told me it would go. Three months pass and the opposite side , at the last hour, files to put the final decree aside and start a new trail. I have never been apologized to from an attorney before but Leigh and her paralegal, Kris, both did when we had to go back to court. Leigh prepared a rebuttal to the apposing attorney that went above and beyond what I believe anyone would normally do. Leigh allowed my daughter to help put emails, texts, and other information together that greatly help. Kris, Sam and the entire staff were very helped in a Very uncomfortable situation. I can t say enough about how professional the hole firm is. Thank you all in a very trying matter. You all give hope to the legal system. Worked with Andi St Leger and Catrina Sorensen for my divorce. Very knowledgeable and professional. Great command of the basic law as well as some less common aspects that made a material difference in my case. I also appreciated the approach to our strategy sessions and the attention to detail. Leigh de la Reza and her entire team are bar-raisers in the field of law. My expectations were blown out of the water and I had high expectations. Leigh and the team handled my custody case at a light speed pace, they were always responsive and I mean always, even during vacation the cogs were turning and levers being pulled (they probably dont even want me mentioning that but its true!). Their compassion for my family and doing what was right was always at the forefront. They dont waste anytime, literally, no minute is wasted. That applies to both strategy, execution and time when we are preparing for our next steps. There is no doubt in my mind that Leigh and team will be the last lawyer you will ever seek out when it comes to family law. She will be my only recommendation to friends, family and coworkers.

Divorce is one of the hardest things a person can go through. Regardless of your situation it will be emotional, stressful and depressing. Yet at the same time, all of your assets and possessions are on the line. So one needs a tremendously competent lawyer who can focus on the legal aspects of the divorce while you deal with all the emotions. Leigh de la Reza is exactly that attorney (along with her paralegal Kris Kennedy). Leigh knows the law and she knows you need someone to distill the issues to simple decisions that will help you end up with the most positive outcome possible. Sam and his staff helped guide me through the legal process and kept me prepared for all outcomes in regards to my divorce. My case was not a typical divorce case. We ended up in the Texas Supreme Court, where we came out victorious. The support of everyone in the office is what made the outcome possible. It took a lot of time to get where we are today, and the communication during that time was never less than impeccable. Andi St. Leger was on a short list of names of family law attorneys I reviewed as I waded into my recent divorce. Fifteen minutes into my initial interview, I knew she would be my choice. Divorce is not a fun process but Andi kept me well informed, clearly communicated short-term and longer-term expectations, and did so with a calm, professional demeanor at all times. You can t help but experience the highest of highs and the lowest of lows as you slog through this process, so it s important to have an experienced, level-headed attorney to guide you through the storm that is divorce. And on mediation day? Well, she REALLY earned her stripes that day. Not only did her level-headed demeanor shine through, but she also knew the opposing counsel, so she was able to anticipate how the competition would likely approach the day. I am so grateful that I was referred to Mr. Sam Colletti and his team to handle my divorce. Our division of property was somewhat complicated, but they knew exactly what to do and made resources available to me for evaluating and dividing the property. Sam Colletti is one of the finest attorneys I have ever worked with. When I was sued to have custody of my daughter revised (my ex-wife was looking to take away my joint managing conservatorship), Sam took all the time needed for my wife and I to understand all the legal avenues we could pursue. He guided us through the mediation process and cleared up our misconceptions. When things felt like they would drag on forever, he fixed it. Ultimately, Sam accomplished everything I could have asked of him and more (given the success our mediation). If youre heading into a divorce, Andis the person you want on your side. Shes knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and best of all, straight forward. While divorce is extremely messy and chaotic, she didnt tell me anything that didnt turn out to be true and factual, and she gave me the info I NEEDED -- whether I wanted to hear it or not. The decisions you make are permanent and life-changing. Information is your greatest weapon. The Attorney whos looking out for your best interest will give you the best information and recommendations. The hooplah and sky-high promises you get from typical ambulance chasers on TV and the internet are not what you need. BTW, she was even able to help my CPA with my Tax Return the year of my divorce.

Highly recommend. I worked with Andi St Leger on a highly contested family law matter, with significant components both within court-trial settings, and outside-court work. A complex matter, and followup trials in the following years. For fathers, custody battles dont often have happy endings, but I suspect that most fathers arent getting the kind of representation Andi St Leger and the Noelke Law Firm provide. I remember telling a friend of mine that my ex wife was suing me for full custody of our two children, and she said, you shouldnt waste all that money fighting, dads never win. Andi St Leger and the Noelke Law firm came highly recommended, and now I know why. I had sat for consultations with a few other attorneys before going to the Noelke Law Firm, and it was clear almost immediately that Andi was head and shoulders above the others. Andi is a brilliant attorney, who conducts herself with class and decorum. She is also kind, and she gave me hope when I needed it most. This seems to be the norm at this law firm however. Everyone I have had dealings with has been wonderful, including Veronic, the receptionist. I have recommended Andi to anyone I know going through a divorce, especially if they have children. You really could not be in better hands. Of course Im a little biased, this fathers story had a very happy ending. Thank you Andi.

I posted a more detailed review for Andi St. Ledger in particular, but I had quite a bit of experience with the broader firm as well. Andi was actually my second lawyer after my first lawyer retried after my case dragged on and one. I could not have asked for better paralegal, administrative, and outside consulting services provided through the firm. I even had to go through an appeals process which requires a different specialty, and a different lawyer with specific appeals experience. I was very grateful to be able to pull on additional experience.

This is a hard review to write. Who wants to talk divorce? But to be honest I have already highly recommend Mr. Maples and his team to some of my friends. So I can recommend them here & now. A divorce is never an easy matter but Noelke, Maples, St. Leger, Bryant do hold true in trying to make it a healthy, civil divorce proceeding. I appreciated that. It is a trying time and things probably never go exactly as you hope but in my opinion, it is priceless to have a team that is as intelligent, empathetic & level headed as those I worked with at this firm.
