I went to the Smoothie King drive through thinking it would be relatively quick considering it is a drive through but I stand painfully corrected. I sat at the speaker for 6 minutes waiting for them to take my order and then I sat at the window for 28 minutes. 28 minutes before paying or even being spoken to by an employee. I understand smoothies take a second to make and that is understandable but this was outright outrageous.

I arrived a little after 9:00 a.m. when they were supposed to be open and they were closed there was a couple of customers waiting for an employee to come. I did notice that there was a car parked there for quite a while during the time that we were there. When I drove off I looked back and I saw the employee get out of the car and enter the store. The employee waited for us to leave instead of letting us know what the situation was.

My friends and I have been going to this smoothie king for about 2 months but today for whatever reason while I was ordering another employee jumped in and told me my order was very long. I was ordering 3 smoothies..an order Ive order in the past. She kept cutting me off and annoyingly asking me if I was done. I felt incredibly embarrassed, and flustered because its usually a great experience. If you come here be quick I guess.

Not sure who called the shot here today but there were two people working at this store today. One of them was Chloe and the other was a new guy who just started. I was told the managers name was Ana Howeth. I had the chocolate hulk and an island drink that came out to about $17. Unsatisfied, I asked for different drinks or a refund and was told it would throw off inventory and that Id be charged for a different order. Funny coming from a multimillion company but very petty. Not happy with the service or their product itself and wont be coming here again.

When you pay almost $9 for a smoothie you would expect it to at least be drinkable. I get the angel food slim every time I go to a smoothie king. This was my first time at this location and I ended up throwing my drink out after a few sips :( it was extremely, sickeningly sweet and it had a horribly strong protein after taste. I ve always has consistently good smoothies no matter what location I visit but I m very disappointed by this one. Wish I could ve had her remake it but I already left.

$6.16 for the worst drink imaginable. I m used to drinking bad tasting things like protein shakes and pre workout powder but this is awful. It tastes as if there s no fruit just water with a splash of fruit juice. I got the recharge blend so I wanted to muscle it down because I was tired but I m gonna have to throw it out. Sad :(

(80% Ice + 20% smoothie) is what I got even after requesting them, not to add ice to my smoothie because of tooth sensitivity issues. When the smoothie didnt fill the 20oz completely, they just crushed some more ice and put in the smoothie. Never expected this kind of stuff.

I went last Wednesday at 8:50 in the morning and there was nobody at the store, I waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes then went to the window and nobody was inside, I then parked and looked through the front door and it was closed with no sign or anything. It s supposed to be opened from 7am-10pm and it s 9 am on a Wednesday.

I went through the drive through this morning to get a protein drink. I checked last night in the website from my phone, seeing you opened at 6-10! Perfect I can grab one and make it to work in time! I sat there 5 minutes along with another car begging me. Finally pulled up, honked. A girl came to the window said we don t open till 7. Are you kidding. 3 others in the parking lot, I also told, 20 minutes until 7. 5 of us left. I m now looking on my computer after read another review with a similar complaints about closing hours. The computer states hours are 7-11. You guys need to get your stuff together. Plus people who have early shifts at 7 would really like that 6 or 6:30 opening hours and you could get the business in there if you guys would just open earlier than 7. Either that or get your websites correct for your location and get them up on the drive through sign so we are not sitting there wasting our time on you.

Went thru the drive thru at 10:10 pm tonight, waited a good 7 mins nobody came on so I drove up to the window. There were 2 employees a male and female restocking. I had to honk to get someone attention. When the girl did turn around she had the nastiest look on her face as she told WERE CLOSED!!! I tried to ask her if the hours changed bc the door clearly states they close at 11 (plus weve been here multiple times). But she turned her back to the window and would not acknowledge us again. At this point 3 other cars pull up and a guy even went to the door and it was locked. Neither employee would acknowledge him either. Since when can employees shut down a business at whatever time they want??

Smoothie King as a whole I love, this location specifically however consistently misses for me. Staff are typically rude and the ingredients aren t ripe. If you re a student I d highly recommend going to one of the locations on campus for better tasting smoothies and friendlier staff.

The smoothie Ive had from other smoothie kings were better than the one I had here. It doesnt taste as good, or anything close to how the other stores make it taste. I usually get the angel food smoothie, but the one I got from here only tasted like banana. Not really worth the $9. Im going to assume the person who made it did something wrong or left something out of it. Would I come to this smoothie king again? Probably not.

We were in town for a tournament and we stopped by the smoothie king. We placed our order at the drive thru. When we pulled up to the window a customer was walking in complaining of their order,anyhow after waiting 20 min at the window an employee opens the window and ask did you all order already? Which we had but they never put our order in. We said yes they closed the window,we waited about 5 min and eventually drove off. Very poor customer service or it might just be the employees who were working the night of Dec 9 at about 6pm.

I got the Banana Boat smoothie and added peanut butter and, boy! It was delicious. They were also really quick in making it which was nice. The atmosphere was a little bleak, but Ill credit that to it being late and the employees being tired. You can avoid that if you use the drive-thru. Otherwise, would recommend!

I waited 30 minutes in the drive through for one small smoothie. Once I got to the window, there were 6-7 cars behind me. None of our smoothies have stimulants in them. Well get to that in a minute. The store looks more like a supplement shop with a smoothie counter added as an after thought. My smoothie was more like a crushed ice drink from Sonic and had separated only a few steps from the counter. By the way, I had a mocha coffee smoothie energizer. Powered by caffiene. Which is impossible since the girl behind the counter told us that None of our smoothies have stimulants in them.
