I went to the closest nutrition store to get a protein shake and i m so happy i stumbled across this one. Customer service is great and the shake was so good, i m definitely going to come here instead of making my own protein shakes. It was so cute inside and they also had clothing and unique protein snacks for sale. Definitely reccomend!

For a nutrition focused establishment, the calorie and nutrition information was not super accessible. Some was visible but it was across pamphlet and signs. I just wish it was more organized. My order was decent (donut was oddly bouncy) but some of the items have to be purchased separately as they are part of Herbalife. They are definantly focused on this particular protein powder company.

I just found out about this little gem a few days ago from my hairdresser! I have gone twice now, and I already have my coworkers hooked! I really appreciate that they open at 6:30 AM for us teachers who need our little energy kick before we go to school. The employees are so knowledgeable and kind! They know the menu extremely well. I m sad to hear they sale mlm Herbalife products. Its definitely a scam and their work structure is as predatory as any other mlm. This is because one of the main ways to make money here is recruiting other people around you, which increases your competition and decreases your selling pool. This highlights the predatory nature as the focus of the company isnt selling products, its getting more people to sign up because that way the people at the top are guaranteed money from those people that are recruited to sell. The people who then are stuck with selling things, cant sell anything because theres 20 Herbalife sellers near them who are all selling to the limited amount of people who want to buy Herbalife. The other thing is, there isnt really any research for supply and demand in this company, so there is no guarantee that anyone will even want to buy products. also the structure of the company is built against new recruits, which makes it hard to. Progress in the company, its wrong that a company would make you pay to join and then pay for the products to sell . This is so they can send this starter money to the top of the company. There is also a double markup on their products. The products are made for a price, then Herbalife mark them up for the sellers to buy, the sellers then mark them up to sell to the public.

Herbalife is a notorious multi-level marketing scheme that is under investigation for shop fronts like these. Watch for smoothie shops like these that dont have a website, only social media, and are selling brightly colored drinks with sticker labels. The names of these shops are almost always _____ Nutrition. Stick to your mainstream shops, they have REAL healthy options.

Absolutely love this place! The teas and shakes are delicious and healthy. Prices are great for what you get. People are awesome and know most customers by name. Have been a repeat customer for a while now and I have no intention of not continuing to come back.

This place is amazing and they have great customer service... If anyone is looking for healty meal replacements and just dont know where to start come here they are amazing and will walk you step by step..... their SHAKES and TEAS ARE BOMB

Awesome place. I love that its in a convent location, the owners are friendly and down to earth cool! Plus they have different flavor choices for loaded teas and shakes!
