Simply put, Sam is head and shoulders above his peers in family law. Sam got results, as he navigated an incredibly complex, multi-state custody case. I personally hired 6 separate attorneys from 3 separate states during a multi-year case. I was looking for a result, not a service. I cant say enough about working with Sam. The national, and even the large firms in major cities simply will not fight for you on the same level that Sam will. He is an honorable, outstanding professional - a man among men.

Sam takes a peaceful, yet firm approach to litigation. I always felt such relief after speaking with Sam on the phone or in person. I felt safe, understood and really taken care of with him. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am to have worked with Sam through my divorce. I had a relatively quick and minimally complicated divorce, but he is the one who made it go so smoothly. When I reached out to Sam he responded to my call within a couple of hours and met with him in person later that week. My stressed mind was put at ease in just one meeting with him. The moment I first called Sams office, I was shocked when I first stated May I please speak to Sam and in response the person on the other side of the line responded Speaking. From that moment on I realized that my case wasnt going to be pushed off to some assistant or paralegal and felt like if I ever was uncomfortable or if I had any questions that I could get a hold of the expert/professional who was directly handling my of my legal issues. Sam is a pretty honest person and realistically will set expectations for you based on his experience and expertise. Whatever you value he will make sure to prioritize and value is if the case was happening to his dearest family member. If somehow he didnt make it as a lawyer, he probably could have made it as a counselor for all the times I nervously called and he was able to talk me through everything (Ha, there were definitely more than a few times). Most importantly I would say Sam is a pretty ethical lawyer, his motivations for practicing law are for good intentions as he wants to help bring families together (Or as close as possible really) and you arent just another client that helps fund his private jet. P.S. If you ever need a nice selection of new music in your life, feel free to consult with Sam on this matter and Im sure he wont charge you for this short consultation lol.

June of 2018 I started looking for lawyers due to my ex not abiding by our visitation agreement. Sam was the only lawyer to pick up on the first call and Im honestly glad he was. I have no idea how things would have turned out if I had gone with a different lawyer. Sam is very knowledgeable and actually cares about his clients. He understands that things can get expensive and will go out of his way to find the most cost effective route for your case. Even now after everything has been resolved Sam will sometimes take the time to give me a call to see how everything is going between me and my daughter. If youre looking for a lawyer, I can confidently say this is who you want on your team. At this point, I couldnt see myself going with anyone else.

Sam Solodar is an honest, professional, trustworthy, approachable and fair lawyer and was an indespensible help to me when going through the difficult process of divorce. What could have been a contentious or frightening experience was made much easier by Sams expertise. He was there to offer legal advice, answer any questions I might have and even walked me through the whole process and explained why everything had to be done and how we were going to get it done. The first time I met Sam I was nervous, worried, scared and not sure how the whole custody battle would turn out. Since I talked to a few other attorneys before him and I wasnt feeling comfortable with them and had my doubts. My now husband and I contacted Sam to help us get a court order changed dealing with child support and visitation with my husband s daughter. Sam was great from the beginning. He listened to our whole story about what was happening and told us that he felt we had a great case. We met with Sam and he was honest from the beginning with everything. He reminded us that there were steps to take and to just be patient. He led us step by step in the process and the rest is history. Sam was able to get the court order changed and we are so grateful for that. Luckily we were able to settle without having to go to court. Sam is professional and compassionate. I trusted Sam with my child custody case and as a result I was able to build a better relationship with my ex for the sake of my son. We are now both on the same page about what we want for our child. For those of you that have an ex, this is not always possible. Sam built a great foundation for my case and outlined all the possible outcomes. I turned over everything to Sam and did not stress or worry about what would happen. I will recommend him to everyone. I posted this on Yelp but I wanted to post it here as well because I had a great experience with Austins Solodar law firm.... Recently, my partner and I decided to open a real estate business. After searching on Yelp, I came across Samuel. Although it appeared he was mostly divorcing people, I decided to give him a call because of what his other clients had said about him on here. I m glad I did! It turns out Samuel has experience forming and operating limited liability companies. After he explained the benefits of each type of entity and answering all of my questions, my partner and I decided to hire Samuel. In no time, I began to receive emails from him requesting the necessary information to form our LLC. Once we sent him the requested information, we had an LLC the very next day! Although we thought that is all we needed, Samuel took the time to discuss with us how to operate the LLC. Based on our experience with Samuel we can say he is honest and transparent. He always seems interested in keeping as much money in the LLC s bank account rather than his! My partner and I greatly appreciate his patience with us and as our business grows, we plan to continue to work with Samuel!

GREAT LAWYER HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Sam was great. He is one of the only lawyers I have used that has 1) called me back in a timely manner 2) Answered all of my questions no matter how silly they might have ben 3) Made us feel as though we were his ONLY clients. We asked Sam to help us get our passport for our daughter. The whole process was painless because of him. I have dealt with many family lawyers in the past but he is the best one so far. He himself will call you back not a secretary who doesnt know anything about you case. And he makes time for you and your concerns. SAM SOLODAR IS ABSOLUTELY 250% WONDERFUL!!!!! I am so happy I retained him as my lawyer. We had 1 big (not at all his or my fault) but he handled everything with such class, charisma and patience..he was definitely more patient than me. I will say he is a very capable and fair attorney, even my now EX (yaayyy) says he was fair and polite when he spoke with him. Even though I know he was working on other cases he had a way of making me feel as if he was working only on mine. He is one very intelligent and honest attorney. This was my first experience seeking an attorney. I made countless calls and left messages with many secretaries. I was pleasantly surprised when Samuel took my initial call personally and several follow-up calls for further questions. Samuel made me feel as if my case was his top priority before I even contracted him. This and the fact that he was flexible with financing was why I chose to work with him. Once I entrusted him with my case, Samuel was very patient and walked me through the entire process during the initial consultation. He was very straightforward when it came to the goals of my case and then assured me of the steps he would take to meet them. He then exceeded my expectations by taking charge of my situation immediately and made excellent progress in a matter of Days when weeks were projected.
