I had an amazing experience at Forget Me Not! The restaurant is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our waitress, Dominique, was fantastic she s as gorgeous as she is attentive, and she took great care of our table of four. The customer service was top-notch, and the DJ set the perfect vibe, playing a great mix of all genres. I ll definitely be back again and again! Highly recommend!

Food was mid overall. Went ate brunch by myself. Ordered the oxtails and grits 3/5. Nice atmosphere just the music was extremely loud couldn t hear my waiter without her talking in my ear. She was nice tho. Whatever drink i ordered with the Hennessy was good and strong. Be prepared to pay for parking, gratuity and tip. My kids come here often and recommended the oxtails and mashed potatoes. I didn t realize what time it was so that wasn t offered on the menu otherwise that s what i wanted to try.

Not going to lie, the food was good, atmosphere, and experience was just ok for me. The service was HORRIBLE! The server had a very stank attitude. Like she was having a bad day. The whole table felt her bad energy. I was trying to ask her a question about a menu item and she interrupted me rudely saying IM NOT TALKING ABOUT FOOD UNTIL TWO MIMOSA TOWERS ARE ORDERED Like, excuse me? What was all the rudeness for? Your server is supposed to give you a wonderful experience. How do I know? I worked in F&B for over 15 years! No anticipating the customers needs, no friendly smile, not friendly at all! Just there to be cute in a uniform.Took her forever to come to our table in the first place, well actually I had to ask who our server was and she was like Oh I think this is my table smh. Took 45 minutes to get these mimosa towers, which were WEAK, WEAK WEAK! Its like they literally put half a bottle of WYCLIFF CHAMPANGE in the 100oz towers and filled the rest with juice. I didnt even have a buzz after drinking 8 glasses. HORRIBLE service. Barely asked if we were good. When she brought my tab, she did not really hold the machine correctly for me to sign after she swiped my card. Like she was holding it in a very weird position. Didnt say thank you, just RUDE. Just all around trash, mediocre service which I didnt expect the service to be superb at this type of place anyway. This is why I do not go to places like this in Houston thst are esthetically pleasing but the service is horrible and the servers have funky attitudes. And of course no need to waste time complaining because nothing will be done. I wont ever go back.

First time to this establishment on a Tuesday for date night the decor was really nice , we had reservations but it was not needed on a Tuesday , our server never told us about ANY of the specials they offered til after we ordered our drinks which were not very good , she said I quote oh I don t usually work on tuesdays so I don t be knowing anyhow I ordered a mint tion which tasted like all lemon juice so very tart not enjoyable , and my bf had the old fashion which he didn t enjoy ,we then got the margarita tower (the special) mixed with peach and mango which the bartender was super friendly and made that to perfection, our server sat with other staff drinking in the open for customers to see they were all laughing and not professional and not very attentive to us , the manager came over in flip flops and very nonchalant to address our drinks and said once liquor is poured not much else can be done and offered to give a discount on only 1 drink , the hookah server was really nice as well and on tuesdays it s $15 til 9pm btw , she told us that right away :-)we ordered the salmon bites for appetizer which was just Ok . Now we did have the seafood food gumbo and the fried shrimp with truffle fries which we enjoyed , all in all we drove an hour for the experience and to try something new and will not be returning , lastly be prepared to pay $20 for an open empty parking lot , bill was almost $200 mandatory gratuity was added for 2 ppl and she did NOTHING to deserve that , wish bartender and hookah server got that instead IF someone had to get ANY Tip , be prepared for all the add l charges , . The chairs had rips and holes in them making sitting uncomfortable

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was overpriced at $132 for three people and not worth it at all. To top it off, the loud music made it difficult to even hear the waitress. Definitely not a place I d recommend. Food taste like school cafeteria from the powdered eggs to the unseasoned lamb chops please don t waste your money here baby.. I rather eat at McDonald s or Golden Corral and if that doesn t tell you something then whew.

This place is a scam & obviously hard up for money. My friend & I showed up for our reservation & grabbed a drink at the bar. We were seated fairly quickly, but not even 10 mins in, the waitress was rude because we didn t want to order any food. We had just came from dinner, so our plans were to drink & have some hookah. A lady literally came up to us & said with us not ordering food, it was as if we were taking up a spot & not spending any money . Ummm I m sorry did we not just buy drinks? It wasnt listed on the website as of yesterday morning, but apparently if you have of a party of 5-7, you will have to purchase 2 mimosa towers for $55 each. My friends and I had a reservation but were unaware that there would be this additional charge. After we told them one of my friends cannot drink, the hostess told us wed be able to purchase 1 tower instead. The hostess also said our time limit would be two hours after our waitress came to the table, however, our waitress told us because of only getting 1 tower wed have an hour and a half. This didnt sit right with us because that wasnt what the hostess said. My friend politely asked the waitress about it and when she eventually came back to the table, she had an attitude. From there, it went downhill with the service. Our waitress hardly ever checked in on us and we had to wait a long period of time just to get our checks. If it wasnt for the included gratuity, she wouldnt have gotten any tip from me. The food and the music were the best things about this place. The food came out fairly quickly, and I enjoyed the catfish and grits. The customer service needs a lot of work. It would also be helpful to let people know PRIOR to booking a reservation that you will be subjected to additional charges. Parking is available in front of the building and it is $10 to self-park.

Let me preface this by saying, I am not that person that finds everything to complain about. I have worked in food service before, I usually tip heftily even if there s gratuity (but not today). This place was utterly ridiculous. I am not one to complain about paying for quality, but at this point everything at this place was a money grab and the service people were HORRIBLE. To clarify, we only reserved a table AND NOT A SECTION AT this location. 1. I had no issue, but parking is at the venue s location. It s not external parking, but the venue charges $10. I thought that was weird, but nonetheless that I can get over. No big deal. I m not broke. 2. This is what I had an issue with: If you have a party of 7, you are required to buy 2 mimosa towers at $55/piece. I have cancer and am unable to drink. This policy was not written on the website, and it was not on the menu when we initially reserved. It s still not written anywhere. It felt like this was added just to make more money without valid reason. We were only told this when we went to check in. People should NOT be forced to drink. This is not a section, and it is not a club. The reception only budged on this because of my illness. We were told that we would only be forced to purchase just one mimosa tower. 3. I have no problem with there being a maximum of 2 hours to eat. However, when told that I wasn t allowed to drink, they said they would allow us to purchase only one mimosa tower instead. What they did not tell us at reception is that purchasing one mimosa tower will take off 30 minutes offur sitting time. This policy is written no where on the website or the menu. It s honestly ridiculous. It felt like being punished for being sick or just not being into alcohol. 4. We told the waitress that we were not told that only purchasing one tower would reduce our time at reception. She said she would ask the receptionist who checked us in what was said. She never came back to update us on what the result was. My sister inquired very nicely, and she said that the receptionist told her that she did say that (Which is a complete lie. There were 6 of us listening and no one heard it.) She relayed that information with the most disgusting attitude and tone to her voice, saying that she didn t care what we did. Her attitude is disgusting. I ve never treated anyone that way on my worst days when serving. Any additional trips to our table were reluctant with a stank look on the face. Really made it hard to enjoy our meal. 5. Service would have been great had the attitude had not been horrible. They are definitely speedy and precise. The meal was ABSOLUTELY delicious. You have to get the oxtail and grits, or catfish, or lobster. 6. My friend had a sticker floating in her mimosa for some reason, but I understand accidents happen. Just thought I d mention it.

This my second time here and this time was horrible . I waited 40 minutes to even be acknowledged and longer for a water . I ordered hookah and the coals burnt out I had to keep asking for coals that never came. I was the first to arrive within my group and as other people arrived they waited 45 plus minutes for service . The waiter would see people arrive and not come by or at least say give me a moment I ll be back . We even tried the bar and they re just as SLOW !!!! My cousin decided she wanted to try this place out for her birthday. She had a 2 PM reservation, but we werent seated until after 2:50 PM. Strike #1 Once we were seated and sitting there looking crazy for another 20 minutes or so, we were greeted by the people selling hookahs. We ordered a hookah which was very much so overpriced. Ive never been anywhere that charged $55 for a hookah with only one connection. Strike #2 We watched employees pass our table several times before we asked one of the waitresses for the manager and told her what our concerns were. Unfortunately, I didnt get her name, but she was the most helpful out of anybody in the entire establishment. She made the effort to look for and text our waitress who still couldnt be found. To me, she went above and beyond. She then took our orders because she noticed we had been sitting there for a while. This was strike #3. Our waitress then appeared with a weak excuse that its been hectic. Little did she know, I heard her tell the nice waitress who was helping us that she had just gotten there. Strike #4 How in the hell youre made aware of reservations, but youre not even in the establishment? We asked her to put our orders in because at this point, weve been sitting there an hour and a half still with no assistance. The manager came and only offered us a shot for the inconvenience. Strike #5 Why not address your employee for their unprofessionalism? We waited another 40 minutes or so for our food to come out. The food was cold and my French Toast was burnt on the back. At this point we were all over it. Luckily, they did have a good DJ that played some good music. Had it not been for the drinks we had already ordered, the hookah, and our group entertaining each other, we would have left. Our waitress Chanel finally comes back to our table after not seeing her for over an hour and once again claims to have been busy. She offered us another shot for the inconvenience. The quickest I seen her move was when she came to the table with our tabs. She quickly showed us our tabs, which had gratuity attached to it for a party of 4. Unfortunately, I didnt notice it until after I left. She also took money tips from us that she didnt deserve, but we were being nice. Needless to say, this was the worst experience ever and I will NEVER patron this business again. THAT WAS STRIKE #100. I forgot to mention they charge you $20 to park in the parking lot next to the business and $10 to park in the raggedy grass area across from the business. If you dont mind terrible customer service, waiting, overpaying for everything, and being robbed by the waitresses, then this is the place to visit. Dont waste your time, Houston have other brunch spots which are 100 times better!!!

Avoid this overhyped place. Today was my first time visiting this establishment. And I will never return!! I had a reservation for 4 for my birthday. We still had to wait to be seated and the host acted like she didnt even know what to do. I had to asked repeatedly when we would be seated. When we were finally seated. No server even came to visit out table. I had to ask 3-4 different people to send a server to our table. And it took about 45 mins to even get her. And she said she wasnt our server but was filling in for another girl who wasnt doing our table as she was assigned. When we finally complained to a manager they offered a free shot. Which is not a satisfactory remedy for all that had transpired. They rarely came to check on our table. And they charge gratuity automatically no matter the size of the party. I would avoid this place if you are looking for great and fast service and a welcoming atmosphere. Literally the worst birthday brunch of my life. I wont return again.

I parked myself and was charged 10 dollars to park in an unmarked parking spot by valet. No one greeted me when I entered. I sat myself at the bar, ordered a 26 dollar plate of fried chicken and a glass of wine. The bartender maybe spoke to me in passing three times . She never introduced herself to me. No one ever spoke to me about the restaurant or asked me about my experience and then I was charged a GRATUITY. Supposedly the gratuity is mentioned on the menu somewhere. All I can say is its not worth it if you have to drive more than 10 minutes. There are lots of restaurants in that area. Go someplace else .

LOVED this ambiance, it gives ATL vibes, food was very good, but just regular brunch. The crowd was everything, we were SO comfortable. The staff took soooo many photos, then brought them to us in FRAMES to buy!!!! Photo backgrounds everywhere. Best place for out of towners. Weve only gone to this place one time, but I have been back two times for the COLLARD GREENS to go, of course. The atmosphere is nice, the music is nice, but the service is not that great, AND thats when I dont like the idea of gratuity being added into the bill. Especially when its only 2 of us. Ambiance is good.. the food price isnt so bad.. a bit on the expensive side I would say for the quality of food they serve. I had the rib eye and eggs. The eggs were very wet, its like light scrambled and I ordered the steak medium well but it came medium rare and it wasnt seasoned at all. I asked for some salt and pepper and was given a plastic utensil set with the little salt and pepper packets. Thats all they had, tables should have condiments beside in a plastic utensil pack.

Absolutely enjoyed my experience here as I celebrated one of my best friends s birthdays, and the food was excellent as we had the red velvet chicken, waffles, and steak and eggs. The vibes were more than you could imagine and the mimosa tower was what we needed to keep the vibes going for the next six hours. You will definitely get lost in time there.
