My personal experience with Mary started off great! She was attentive and willing to represent me in my initial hearing, literally last minute. My case was extremely difficult as the other party was ridiculously hard to communicate with and track down. It took months and months to finalize, due to my ex s inability to cooperate and constantly requesting an extension. Once our final hearing was set, obviously I had a lot of anxiety and exhaustion. During our prep, Mary and I had to go through some really difficult situations that occurred during my marriage. She was so intuitive and compassionate. She assured me over and over again that the judge will see the truth and exercise her ruling based on hard evidence and honesty. Mary fought for me like a lion and made sure the judge HEARD me and understood everything my ex put my son and myself through. This was hands down, the most challenging obstacle I ve ever gone through. I m so glad I chose Mary to be my lawyer. Thank you for yours and Beth s hard work and helping me through this process.

Her experience in the courtroom is your asset, working with you to tell your side in a succinct manner. Truthful, to the point, factual. Early on, Mary will meet with you to identify a more than adequate amount to build your case for presentation in the court. Never doubt that you have too much information. You ll need it! Her knowledge of past precedents is also a key to your satisfaction with Mary s handling of your case situation. Mary was outstanding with my case, earning a larger percentage share for me than the standard division typically awarded. I would highly recommend Mary to anyone who wants someone to represent them that will maintain the uppermost of character, integrity, and honors the truth in law.

Mary is an excellent lawyer that will listen to you and devise a plan to get the job done!! She is professional and able to commit for the sometimes unforeseen long haul ahead. She was able to navigate me through a failed mediation AND a virtual court hearing before the judge. My case was very complicated and she listened and adjusted accordingly to every new detail presented!! She was professional, hard working and honest through the entire long process. She stuck with me throughout and in the end ,all her hard work awarded me the BEST outcome !! I would highly recommend Mary to anyone going through a complicated case.

Cant put in to words what Mary brings as an attorney, but I will try. Mary has been to bat for me 3 times all where she has won. She is an amazing attorney because she cares about her clients. By clients in my case it was myself and my 5 year old son. Mary is honest and very upfront. While nothing is easy about Divorce or Child Custody matters, Marys confidence and calming presence put me at ease and gave me what I needed to fight a long and hard battle that ended with the best outcome. Thanks to Mary look no further Mary is one of the best. The BEST as far as I am concerned!!!!

Would not recommend her if you are getting a divorce. She will not keep your best interest in mind. I get it she is a woman but she will not work hard for you. Unless you want your spouse to get everything I would use someone else. My good friend used her, she is a retired teacher and many things are not correct with the divorce decree, she said she would charge $1500 to fix them. Why didn t she make sure it was right at the beginning? She not very honest. Beware.

Exceeded expectations There s a level of praise you can put into words and above that level is the recommendation I would give for Mary Escamilla. Not only did I believe that my case would be challenging, but I was working against myself at times and often relying on Mary to put us on track. Her dedication, communication, and most certainly trial preparation and trial performance are unparalleled. Mary s ability to evaluate every option and (I cannot express this enough) tenacity for driving results through honesty and core values, has exceeded my expectations and reunited a beautiful baby boy with his loving father.
