This is my new favorite restaurant in college station. Its so simple and yet so good. The noodles are fantastic of course. Definitely worth checking out. I have since moved away and I can definitely say that Twisted noodle has ruined Ramen for the rest of my life. They do such a good job and I really miss eating here. No other Ramen establishment Ive been to since even comes close.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Favorite ramen in BCS. The gyoza are great and go to order is the hot and spicy beef ramen soup. It s so good when you re not feeling good or even when you are! Haven t had anything bad here yet, and the owners are super nice with great hospitality. Definitely would recommend giving it a try! Dietary restrictions: If you re allergic to eggs, they have egg-less options! Very accommodating!

The owner is very hands on! She cooks all your dishes. We ordered the chicken wonton, hot and spicy beef ramen, and chicken fried rice. The chicken wonton was good. The dipping sauce had a weird after taste to it. You can tell it s frozen, but not bad. The hot and spicy beef ramen was decent. The wide noodle was amazing! You can tell it s fresh and very bouncy in texture! However, the broth lacked flavor and the dish had very little beef and too much cilantro. The chicken fried rice was average. You could tell the fried rice was fresh and had some as Chinese would say good fiery wok technique . The seasoning was a little bland but some of the sauce made up for it. Overall, this would be a good place to dine once a week if you need a quick noodle fix.

I went in for a late lunch yesterday with my wife. We used to live in CS, and would frequent the TNC often. Great food, service, etc was spectacular. Yesterday was a HUGE disappointment. The server (who also was the cook) was on the phone from the moment we came in to the moment we left! Rude doesnt even begin to cover it. The food was mediocre this time (no chicken in the Ramen, sparse veggies, very oily), and she had ZERO interest in doing anything other than throw 2 mediocre plates of food at us while she was talking incessantly. Her tip reflected her service, which was a zero. She had zero I dont think I will patronize this restaurant any more. Its sad, as we have had literally 50 or more great experiences here.

The noodles are homemade and fresh. I ve been here a few times and I can say the beef ramen soup was my over all favorite. The drinks are also really good they have many options such as taro and strawberry. The place is small and can get very busy sometimes but the waitress will come to you as soon as possible. I recommend coming early so the you wouldn t have to wait long, but over all the noodles, appetizers, and drinks are great!

Ive been coming here for 7 years since i moved to brazos county, less so lately but this has always been one of my favorite places in town to eat. I took a friend here today and it it had been my first time back at twisted in about six months and was surprised to see they brought me what appeared to be a bowl of overcooked and mushy round spaghetti noodles, not the square much firmer hand made ramen noodles theyve served me every single other time ive gone. The noodles were simply not very good and an obvious downgrade considering theyve raised all their prices a good 3 or 4 dollars. I actually was so surprised by this I asked the girl working and she simply denied that they had changed anything which was CLEARLY not true. Maybe they werent but both me and the guy I brought agreed these appeared to just be off the shelf grocery store spaghetti noodles. I hope this is not a permanent change as I will probably stop coming if it is.

My dish: Spicy Hot Beef Ramen Portion: A nice portion based on the price, at the other ramen place, you will get 30% less for a couple more dollars! The Broth: Really good, not too mild, not too spicy! The Noodles: Tasty noodles made in house, no complaints on the flavor, but not enough noodles to compliment the broth. The Meat: The Beef was Tender, and there was a nice amount compared to the other aspects of the dish. The Greens: It comes with Spinach, Green Onions, and Cilantro, personally not a fan of green onions, so I ignored them, The spinach ratio to the beef was perfect, but by God there was way too much cilantro, it seemed to overpower every aspect of the dish. That is the reason for my 4 stars. Other Dish: We got the combination fried rice, and it was excellent, better than most fried rice dishes in the area! Interior: Very nice and clean interior, the tables have everything you would need as well. TLDR: I recommend Twisted Noodle, especially the Spicy Hot Beef Ramen, the only reason I rate 4/5 was the overpowering amount of Cilantro that seemed to completely overtake the dish.

I was a big fan of their food. But today I m totally disappointed. The young waitress has no manners. She is just leaving the food at the end of table with food hanging over the plate. None of them wear caps and I had hair in my food. When I showed it to them, they made a grumpy face and said we are not charging you for that. No apology! So disappointed. Felt like I was in China streets where street food vendors keep on yelling at each other.

The dish is mainly just broth now, so unfortunately we wont come back until the quality is returned to previous standards. Chilled out atmosphere and wonderful hand pulled noodles. 2 stars - I got the hot & spicy ramen but w/ lamb. There was literally 4 very very small pieces lamb that all couldve fit on the spoon together for 1 bite. The soup was the most empty soup Ive ever seen in my life, it was literally just green onions and cilantro and that was it! The waitress didnt even say 1 single word when she came to take our order, she just stood there, then she didnt even ask if we wanted any additional toppings on the ramen, which I did because I had no clue what was in the soup because they dont say so on the menu either! Ive been to about 15 different Ramen restaurants before and this was easily the worst Ive ever had. The ONLY reason Im giving it 2 stars is because when I asked for more lamb, they gave me some and didnt charge me and apologized for the inconvenience. My friend who ate w/ me who also eats ramen all the time was severely unimpressed and thought it was very bland, boring and dull as well.

Everything was fine, nice people, relatively clean place. Fast service. I ordered the chicken ramen soup. It was not what I expected, I should have read more reviews or looked at pictures. The broth was more like pho, the noodles reminded me of spaghetti, the chicken was very sweet. I didn t personally love it. My son liked it a lot (broth & noodles, not the chicken). I m used to authentic Japanese ramen & bargain noodle ramen lol so it wasn t close to either imo. But decent quiet small place.

The stir fry portion was very small compared to the portion size of the ramen soup. We were told when ordering that they were out of rice noodles, but a few minutes later someone else came in and ordered rice noodles to go and received rice noodles, so Im not sure if there was a miscommunication with us or if they just didnt want to cook what we originally ordered. The flavor of the food was okay, but I felt like the ramen soup was heavy on lemon/citrus flavor and it took away from the taste of anything else in the dish. We probably wont be back - it just wasnt good enough to spend $40 on food that didnt fill us up and didnt really taste good.

Im very picky when it comes to this type of food but I am soooooo glad I took my chance! After sitting in my car in front of restaurant, reading reviews, I decided it was good enough for me! Then I mentioned to another customer that this was my 1st time here and he glorified on how gooood the food was! I bought the chicken and beef rice noodles, stir fried, and it was AMAZING! I live in Cameron but I think once a month imma have to make a trip here ( find something for me to do lol) just so I can eat their food! ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!

The food is delicious, and prepared quite speedily! Their website mentions that the noodles are homemade and they use fresh, healthy ingredients and it shows. I can t wait to come back and try more of their menu!

The noodles are perfect, the rest of the ramen can be hit or miss. My first time here was delicious and has the right level of spicy - it was great. The second time, my broth was a little lacking in flavor. The atmosphere is simple and quiet. Good place to talk with friends or have a chill date night. Still a decent ramen place for the price, and their gyoza is delicious!

Food was good, but the woman behind the counter did not wear a mask and in was standing room only, all of the tables were In use with 4-6 people dining at most with just enough room to barely move between the tables. What happened to 50% capacityand social distancing

Best noodles and cheese puffs in town. I had the pork chop ramen this time. It was very good. Be aware thier ramen broth is more like a pho broth and the chili oil at the table is the good stuff, use it sparingly.

Easily one of the best places to get ramen in College Station. It s not as good as 555, but better than Tanaka Ramen. But also cheaper than both. It s also a boba tea gem. You can t go wrong with Spicy Beef Ramen and Earl Gray Boba.

Too much MSG in the noodle soup!! My boyfriend and I had the lamb and beef noodle soup today. The soups were super salty and had excessive MSG which made both of us sick. If you are allergic to MSG, please avoid this restaurant!!

We wanted to try this place but the waitress was so rude. She just throw the menu, drinks n food on the table. No customer service skills at all. We will not ever come back. Hopefully, the food is better than her service.

The service is great for both dine in and carry out. You receive good portions for the amount you pay. It is cheaper and better tasting than other local ramen joints. I recommend the vegetable ramen & add a little spice.

The food was delicious! Im from Houston and I usually go to Jinya for my ramen but I wanted to try a more authentic version. I ordered fried calamari as an appetizer that comes with a sweet sajce that really compliments the calamari. My friend ordered Gyazo as an app (might have misspelled that) and that came with what looks like soy sauce but its kind of sweet too! Very good, either are great apps. My friend got stir fry ramen and I got hot and spicy beef and its was so gooooood. Slightly fragrant but not overwhelming. I added some extra spice because I like spicy food but the spice was perfect!! The noodles are made by hand so if you notice and inconsistency in the shape of the noodles thats why! That major detail makes me love this place even more :)

We enjoyed the Twisted noodle! It was a little bit salty but thats the nature of that type of food. I had stir fried chicken. I thought the noodles were really nice! I wouldnt say it had a huge amount of chicken, but it did have some celery nice things to have a little bit of crunch in there too and I thought that it tasted delicious! I walked out there full and happy.
