He thinks a brain injured person doesnt deserve from him any manners, zero respect, they deserve to be treated like they are always acting badly to justify him doing things such as doing absolutely nothing for me for months on end followed by him launching into verbal assault mode against me simply because to him, a brain injured person doesnt deserve the time of day, or to be cared about in any way at all. He literally claimed me asking for mutual respect and offering to apologize for any bad behavior on my end as long as he returned it to me for his own misdoings as being verbal harassment . Nobody deserves to be treated the way he treats me. If i ask you to apologize that is not verbal harassment you jerk

Jackson is a phenomenal attorney, bottom line! When you are fighting a criminal case in Travis County Or anywhere else for that matter it is very important to be kept in the loop. Communication. Is very easy with Jackson, Gorski. he is not one of those attorneys that you have to call and leave message after message before you get a response. In my opinion, that is priceless. Mr. Gorski. Definitely fights hard to get the best outcome possible period. I had an out of county hold from Caldwell county and multiple felony charges in Travis County. Jackson Gorski was able to get time served on all of my Travis county felonies after me only being incarcerated for 90 days. I am forever in your debt. By far one of the worst attorneys I ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and turn away. Mr. Gorski has been nothing but volatile, resilient, and demeaning through the entirety of my case. When contacted the will wait a month before he replies. And the CAPDS number he gives you say they will investigate but won t allow you to provide information regarding his negligence. He also allows his feelings to get involved too much, and won t allow someone to use their preferred method of correspondence. 2 weeks after being indicted, he still didn t know I was indicted. I will be also contacting the BAR association and doing a formal complaint. QUICK UPDATE: Mr. Gorski did get 2/3 of the charges that I m being falsely accused of dropped. We had an arrangement with the prosecutor and the Prosecutor recanted the initial agreement and that s why this review was made. Mr. Gorski inappropriately reached out to me about this review and tried to give me an ultimatum. After reaching out to me at 2-3am by email, and going back and fourth, NOW I have a new attorney. I highly recommend you do not use Mr. Gorski as he is lazy, problematic, and gives you ultimatums. One of the emails he sent to me said your charge is pending and the review is not helpful to your case . How would a review of Mr. Gorski not be helpful to my case? Steer clear HE DOES NOT PROVIDE RESULTS

I recently had a possible situation arise so today I started seeking an attorney. I contacted several, but have heard nothing from any of the other attorneys. Mr. Gorski called me and reassured me that the probability of me having anything to worry about was minimal. We spoke on the phone for around 20 minutes, and he answered all my questions.. It was refreshing to speak to an attorney that actually seems to care! I must say it was a pleasure speaking with him. So if you re seeking legal advice from someone that will actually listen, and not rush you of the phone. You would be wise to talk with him. Heck he even called me after hours.

If I could rate higher I would. I reached out to Jackson via website, and he promptly called to discuss my situation. He clearly explained everything in detail to me, answered all my concerns and questions, and said he would get to work. He emailed a couple weeks later stating all 3 charges were completely dropped! I was charged with something pretty serious... I was informed that the judge never sides with the respondent and always goes with the victim. Jackson was cleverly able to prove that I was innocent and that the victim is pretty much delusional. He got her to lie under oath multiple times.. showed that they were after me for money and was able to get the prosecutor and victim to get thrown off and on the wrong page. Before we started he was honest with me and said he d do his best.... this guy went above and beyond and got us a HUGE W! So happy I was able to land such an amazing attorney.

Theres not a more caring, yet ferocious defense attorney around. Jackson is a driven guy. He is always on the ball and gives you a sense of confidence when youre under his wing. Hes the man.
