My daughter just had her quinceañera, oh my. Everything was going very well until I found out that the owner was very rude to my people, but he never approached me or my husband (with my husband only once). He did not want to give a glass of water to the people who brought the food and scolded a 3-year-old girl for playing with a plastic fork while her father was taking care of her. And he also made fun of the DJ I brought for having different equipment than him (twice). But those who cleaned the room were very kind to us.

First and foremost, the management was incredibly rude. The restrooms were also in terrible condition they were dirty and clearly hadn t been cleaned properly. To top it off, the sodas were watered down to the point that they were barely drinkable. Overall, I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. With rude staff, unclean facilities, and poor-quality beverages.

I recently visited this stunning venue, which truly offers a beautiful atmosphere. However, I was disappointed by the rudeness of the staff, which detracted from the experience. While the setting is perfect for events, I believe addressing the customer service would ultimately enhance the overall experience. I hope to see improvements in this area in the future.

This place was so pretty but the staff was not great. Day one they were nice offering things left and right and if they are not in the contact they won t give them to you. Make sure you ask a lot of questions as they can be rude and get away with things. They only do reception for 1 hour, I had a lot of food left and they didn t want to keep serving although it was barely 8. The dj did not follow the events as I wanted and was very rude to the courts when requesting music. He played what he wanted. The serves were literally taking plates and cups from people s hands so rude. Would not book again.

It was OK until they started packing every thing 2 hours before the end of the party and until i saw the bartender wasted from my 250 dollar tequila bottle , and then they said that everything was gone. Also Theyll keep all personal items left by accident at the tables. Not so honest people .....

Decour was good Food was below wedding standards Soda all night was watered down with ice The alcohol we provided was awfully made a lot of pure display furniture Poor management and unsaviory social interactions with the owners staff was completely unsocial, congrats to my aunt for decorating It, no snacks/expensive ahh chips ad popcorn Edit: forgot to mention guest expectancy was not met, we bought extra plates and still, food ran out people were not served???

We had my daughters quinceañera here and everything was amazing. The food and the cake were delicious. The staff was super attentive and get professional and friendly. From day one there was always great communication with us as to what to expect next. Her pictures came out beautiful and she loved her how the event turned out. We were very satisfied with the entire event and staff. From the wait start to the security guard, highly recommend them for your next event. I highly recommend the king package. Thats what we got and it was worth every penny. Thank you to you and your family and staff David, for making this a day filled with amazing memories.

Wowwww. Splendid place to spend Sunday afternoons dancing in the evenings (from 4 to 9 pm). Very elegant, clean, pleasant place, with good weather, beautiful decoration. Music of different genres live, very good. The people are mostly elderly, always very well presented, very well dressed. Very good environment, very healthy. They allow you to bring your own drinks and snacks or food, however, there are drinks for sale on site, as well as snacks for sale at a very good price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE.

We came to celebrate a Quinceanera here and as we entered the doors the decorations just blew us away. As we looked around we saw pillars beautifully disguised. The chandeliers were amazing. The ball room was on the smaller size) to places Ive been to but it made up for it in style. The DJ booth was behind a hidden wall. The catering service was on point. There was a dressing room so my niece could change to preform a dance routine. Needless to say,we had a very good time, because we ended up dancing the nightaway... Im thinking of having my daughters birthday there.

This place is very elegantly decorated and its a nice venue for a large event but get everything in writing. *We were told a keg and cake were included but then it wasnt *They will try to dictate your event itinerary to match their staff working hours *Table settings are set ONLY for food purchased with their own catering. No photos or tasting offered. *$10 fee for each bottle you plan to bring into building *You pay for all the alcohol drinks at the bar *DJ was nowhere to be found when I need to play a specific song. They will not lend you their equipment or microphone for other musicians. *Beware if your food, drinks and cake is being taken to the back of the bar.....it will disappear. (We took our left over food and cake in time!) We lost our 2 trays of biscochos. :-( *DEnchanted Ballroom will start cleaning up tables at exactly the time it ends just to keep in mind. Recommendation: Save your money and uncertainty by outsourcing your photos/video, music, cake, food and alcohol beverages. The decision to outsource everything was not received well for DEnchanted Ballroom, but then again its not their party! :-| Some tips: 1. Venue Rates - Friday rates 7pm-10pm are better than Saturday 2. Get everything in writing so there are no misunderstandings 3. Be clear about your itinerary and each hour

Very rude service and food portion was very small..some of our guest did not even receive a piece of cake when it was a 4 tier cake. We were told the cake had finished but I have claims from multiple people who saw the staff take the full bottom tier to the back at the end of the party. We had also brought our own champagne bottles to pass out for the toast but couldn t not because we were told they would charge us $10 a bottle to open and pour for us. This place was very shady and scammed my family big time. I m not local but if I was and would ve been with them when they were looking for halls I would ve told them to stay the hell away from this one. Beware..

Staff is very rude and confrontational. They argued with the bride and groom about the alcohol they paid for that was on their contract. He made the groom go get his contract to prove that he paid for a keg of beer. Instead of going to check the contract himself. Very unprofessional.

The hall was very nice, but my friends and I (who were part of the court) were having a conversation in the VIP room, because there wasn t music that we wanted to dance to, and then the owner comes into the room yelling at us about how we should be out there instead of being in the room which upset me because we were all just relaxing, and isn t what VIP room is for?

I was invited to an event there and I thought the place was nice, but the service was terrible. The owner did not want to turn on the heating and all of us guests were very cold, in addition to the ladies who served the food and soft drinks, very rude and talking on the cell phone instead of serving the guests. I DO NOT recommend it at all. Look for better places.
