This place is a dump. The bathrooms are disgusting. Smells like urine, found blood on sink when I went to wash my hands. I brought this up to some teen employees at front desk and they rolled their eyes at me and said we have sanitizer . You pay for your kids to play for an hour or two and you re giving these hard uncomfortable benches mind you I m pregnant, otherwise your forced to sit in these massage chairs that don t even work or accept card. Pretty sure they can do better making 20/hr off one kid jumping while the place facilitates a couple hundred kids at a time.

We recently hosted my daughters birthday party here. The kiddos had a great time, but its hard to stomach paying over $200 for a birthday party and have the absolute cheapest white plates/napkins provided, along with a small chalk sign which they just erase and put the new kiddos name on. If you are going to advertise that all eating supplies are provided as part of the party, some themed or moderate-tiered items would make a big difference to the parents paying triple digits for your services. The staff was helpful; however there were spilled drinks on the play floor right by our table, which was not cleaned up in the ~ 3 hours that we spent there (on a weekday, not busy). Due to the underwhelming birthday amenities and the potential safety concerns, I dont think that well be back.

Last time I went one of my friend broke his leg and this time I went, we say a kid getting pulled out in a stretcher. I think overall it s a fun place but they don t have many dodge balls to play with and some areas of the park are closed. But overall it s a good place to go and have a good jump!!!

This place is great, I took my 8 kids Buford, Natasha, Trayvian, Rokuel, David, Guel, Juanisha, and Dayquirious. They all had a wonderful time with just one minor issue, the worker (Edrick) mispronounced my sons (Dayquirous) name wrong numerous times even even after being corrected. Other then that slight issue everything else was great and the park was very clean with workers diligently working and checking in. I highly recomend this park as it was a great time and all 8 of my kids (Buford, Natasha, Trayvian, Rokuel, David, Guel, Juanisha, and Dayquirious) loved it! :)

This place is terrible and so are the workers, especially the cop who was on his phone the whole time who should really do his job, the employees around did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING when my kids were being surrounded by people, my children yelled and needed help but really these relentless people looked and did nothing to help, instead they told my children and their friends multiple to leave when the people trying to attack my child and when they left, they were chasing my child and friends and they had to literally hide from them, this place is a joke and children should not be left alone here by their self because this is completely unacceptable for the employees, the security guard, and the police officer to just ignore my kids and kick them out and they didnt even let them explain their side of their story and when they could explain they would give them one second and start telling the same thing over and over you need to leave this is unacceptable behavior and the employees need to learn how to do their job properly because i know for a fact being on their phone the whole time is not their job, they are with kids and they should look out for them, literally their job but no they all think its okay not to do their job, these workers should fired. DO NOT COME HERE ITS THE WORST.

Beware! We got so sick from this place that we had to visit the ER for severe stomach virus. The whole place is filthy, as in health code violation filthy. The bathrooms had feces smeared on seats, walls and flush handles. No towels or dryer to dry hands. Womens also had blood smeared and smelled like an outhouse with rotting fish due to overflowing feminine product receptacles. Every trash can in the place was overflowing. The staff of teens is horribly rude. They were playing explicit rap. When I nicely asked if it could be changed, the teen worker stared me down like he wanted a fight, said yeah and stood there glaring but did not change it. I finally said, then do it, he scoffed and ignored me. Very racist vibe. Im stunned by any good reviews. Looking through the bad reviews, its clear all these problems have been ongoing for years, obviously not being addressed and corrected. Such a shame that business owners do not care to make this kid-centered place a safe and clean place, just want $$. Should be inspected and shut down. Go to urban air instead, or anywhere, really. Also note the many broken bones mentioned in other reviews.

False advertising. My family normally enjoys Altitude Trampoline Park, but we just learned this afternoon that even though Toddler Time is featured on their pricing menu, Altitude Trampoline does not honor Toddler Time during the summer. If the menu is digital, why not simply update the verbiage to clarify that? Or simply remove the misleading Toddler Time offering at least in the summer? Really disappointed because weve enjoyed Altitude with both of our young children otherwise.

There is one working toilet in the joint. The sign in the front of the place says use the one in the back and the restroom in the back has three stalls 2 filled with S, and the one stall that works has an out of order sign on it. The amount of money this place takes in, they can afford to get a plumber out to fix

Update! We just went back and the bathroom was VERY clean! Also everything looked well set up and old things were replaced. Old post: I want to love this but the bathroom was absolutely repulsive. Smelled TERRIBLE, messy, only one stall had toilet paper. So I highly recommend if you don t need a bathroom.

Lots of fun. Place seems overpriced though- $50 for one adult/one kid @ 1 1/2 hours of jumping. Plus they demand ALL of your personal info and you are required to sign all of your rights away before entering. But otherwise, we had a great time.

My grandsons are super excited every time I plan a jump! Its clean & they have plenty of staff watching over everything. They provide ice packs for little minor sprains. Its organized & consistently an easy trip for a Nana to do. Its a great birthday with pizza & icees & candy. No dark corners. Its all open except for a down (2 steps) arcade area. I can pretty much see the boys from the front & I love that! Massage chairs too.

They force you to buy their Altitude trampoline socks even though we had pretty much the exact same socks (with rubber grip bottoms) from another trampoline place. Little bit of a scam which I didnt like... Our 3 year old had to pay full price as an adult which didnt seem right either. Other than that kids had fun. Wanted some ice but they dont sell it (missed opportunity to sell some bags of ice). Couple spots were closed for renos. Not sure well be back with the socks/toddler pricing.

What kinda place ask for ID . I took my niece for her 3rd bday and the 2 workers asked me for ID to go inside if not I wasn t allowed and that big fat dude said There s nothing we can do without your ID . But they didn t even bother asking other people for theirs , they was just paying . At this point I m already frustrated . Fun trampoline park for the whole family. A variety of standard trampoline park equipment. Fairly large sized so it doesn t feel crowded. You can get various passes based on duration. You can also get a family pass for 4 for more value. You have to buy their socks. They have a few workers helping with the trapeze or the dodgeball area. Seems like a decent place to have birthday parties because there were a handful going on. They kick you out of the dodgeball area when it s time for a birthday party s slot. They seem to have a lock down on overpriced food, snacks and drinks. They don t let you bring outside food or drinks so they have sell their marked up ICEEs to jumpers, but that s kinda par for the course at most trampoline parks.

Fun location I actually had a great time with my son, however the staff are awful. My son lost his straw and we needed another one, we went to the front and before I could open my mouth a short skinny young lady in a purple shirt put her hand up to my face and walked away. Not cool but not surprising, thats customer service nowadays. I dont fully blame the staff, their money goes less and less farther everyday, its not easy working around kids and their snobby parents all day. The other thing was that I found a wallet on a bench, I gave it to a young lady at the front and she looked at it like it was a rubix cube. Announce the name on the DL and give it to your supervisor DUH! I mean come on why have all this staff if they are so incompetent, you could get rid of half save some money and it would not be any worse.

Had my sons 7th birthday party there and 2 kids including my 3 year old left with a broken leg. The local ER said they get a steady stream of injured kids from there and our ortho doctor said he was one of 3 hes treating today for broken bones from this park. Unashamedly nasty! A mediocre and unclean place to jump This place was very dirty. I arrived at 6:20. Immediately, I noticed trash all over the floor and a green puddle of spilled drink nearby. I was really taken aback. I asked a staff was this normal and did they clean up regularly. I did ask nicely. He told me that they clean at the beginning and end of the day and not throughout. I asked another worker about 30 minutes later and she essentially said they arent trained to clean, they allow whatever trash, spills, dirt, etc. that accumulates throughout the day to stay until cleanup at close. The play areas were worn as unattended to as the rest of the building. I get these places can be cesspool of sorts but Altitude was begging to be one with the lack of attention to cleanliness. I will drive to UrbanAir moving forward. This was my first and last time here.

This is the rainy day capital of South Austin, Texas for parents. If you come here on the weekend or when it s drizzling or raining, it is absolutely packed to the gills of kids. It s Poppin seems to be at least two or three kids birthday parties every single time I go there and my kids a 3 1/2 year-old and a one and a half year-old Seem to always find little pockets of kids, their age who just wanna jump and bounce and adventure with them. One amenity that everybody sleeps on there s a massage chairs. If there s two parents, you can take turns sitting in that chair and get a massage top to bottom one of the chairs has a certain knob that rubs you in just the most private place you can imagine, it s a running joke with me and my wife to see which person sits in a chair and figures it out. great business model so much fun

I feel super disappointed in the lack of humanity of this facility. There was no pizza available to buy while we were there. I brought in a couple of pizzas for my sons birthday as he does not like cake, and we were told that we couldnt have the pizza in the facility. We were told that we couldnt even leave the pizza unopenned and wait for the kids to be done jumping. We had to leave with the offensive pizza immediately. My son spent his 9th birthday eating pizza in the parking lot. Wow. Thanks for a memorable birthday. What kind of establishment treats people this way? One that simple doesnt care about people. After speaking with workers, all we received was a robotic reply that we have no control over this. What? You cannot simply let some people sit and eat the pizza they brought for a childs birthday? Its a sad day when people have lost the ability to use common sense and think for themselves on how to treat a customer, especially a child. Uncaring management and workers. You all can do better.

I get the appeal - these places are super fun for kids. But I feel like Altitude needs to do WAY more to keep kids safe. When we went, there were hundreds of kids. Shouldnt there be a capacity limit? There were at least 10 birthday parties going on. Not a single place to sit or even stand without being within arms length of another person. I couldnt tell who was staff and who was a kid playing. The staff were not wearing branded shirts or anything official. They just had a whistle. Unfortunately, my daughter broke her ankle. I reported the injury onsite. They knew we were going to get x-rays. As of two days later, not a single phone call asking if my daughter was ok.

We hosted my sons 8th birthday party here and it was so fun and EASY! We had a table party for 10. First of all, our party host, Ava was great! She was kind and helpful. The table is already set up with a table cloth, plates, and a little chalkboard sign with my sons name on it and a schedule of the party on the back. Ava was prepared with plates, napkins, water bottles and served the pizza and cake for us. It was one of the easiest birthday parties weve ever had and the best thing was that the kids had soooo much fun! Thanks!

A great idea plagued by deeply unsafe, nearly invisible supervision by staff. Today I spotted only a single staff person for the entire trampoline area, standing there while kids ran around, played tag, tackle other kids etc. See if you can spot any supervision in the entirety of my photo, at 430 on a Saturday. Nope? Bingo. I did find three staffers chatting by the dodgeball pit, paying zero attention to anything going on. Kids are kids, but the teenage staff s super hands off approach to safety is something I see on every visit (we ve been here seven times at least). Fun for kids but there will be tears and you will wonder if anyone is in charge.

My children, ages 4 and 2, had a wonderful time at Altitude this evening! The check-in/waiver process was easy, and the hourly cost was totally reasonable. I appreciate the friendly front desk staff, park staff, and management. I called ahead to get a better understanding for pricing (spoke to Mike, very helpful), and Im grateful there were no surprises on our familys first experience today. The indoor trampoline park was adequately staffed, and the staff was attentive and very helpful. Facilities were awesome. Trampolines EVERYWHERE as you can imagine. Lots of variety, including a rope swing, rock climbing, and dodge ball! Fun for kids of all ages. What a fun way to beat the summer heat! We will definitely be back!

We live down the street and come here often because it is an affordable option amd good alternative to being at a park in the blazing hot sun in summer time. We usually come during the week as it is less crowded so if you have littles thatvia the best time to come. The staff is friendly and helpful and everything is clean and well-maintained. Arcade games are hit or miss some dont work or will take.your money bit not allow you to play BUT the staff is quick to correct the issue. Also, we had my sons 6th birthday here last weekend and it was affordable and very fun. Would definitely recommend visiting!!

A bit dangerous, my little man had a blast tho. If you have a young child youll have your work cut out for you keeping them from getting jumped on by the older kids. Also a bit pricey, for me, my wife and my 5 year old son it was about 80 bucks for 2 hours. Totally worth it though. Theres quite a lot to do and literally everything in between is covered in trampoline. Definitely recommend.

First time visited and me and my gf daughter enjoyed so much our 2 hour visiting. Id definitely suggest this place and very enjoyable for kids even adults can have a great time!

Looked like a lot of fun. My friend tried to jump but his bakers cyst acted up so he only got to jump a few min. The kids were having a great time. There was a bithday party.

Came on a Friday mid day. Place was empty. Got charged double what ive ever paid and the girl at the counter seemed uninterested in figuring out why. Then the lockers were broken. In the past Ive been offered to keep my purse behind the counter when the lockers were broken....which is often. She said no. I get it, they dont want to be responsible for other peoples things. But have a place to store valuables then. Or at least do more than fake smile and say sorry as you turn your back to me. The girl behind the counter was enough to make me not want to come back, but add to it the insane overcharge out of nowhere and having to choose between storing my wallet and keys in my car to be stolen in this shady parking lot, or carrying it around with me (the option I chose), I think Ill drive the few extra miles and give urban air my business from now on.

So this was my first time there, ever. So it was a pretty key experience I had there. I had an amazing time. I initially went to do something for my younger sibling, but I ended up just as involved as he was. There are many areas for one person or even groups to hangout. Not a fan of jumping around? Thats fine, theres an arcade to keep yourself preoccupied. Lastly, but certainly not least. The employees were two things. Very helpful and very laid back. Not once while I was there did I not have questions unanswered, nor was I anxious to approach the staff. All in all, Id say that this place is definitely at least worth one try.

This place is very good, as when community rennaisance market was not very good before it was altitude, altitude is very fun trampoline experience, one of the best trampolines I ever visited, first time I been here was very fun. And I will go there again and often.

We lasted 7 hours but even at 7 hours $30 seems a lot of money to pay. We really like the different obstacle courses that involve using trampolines or foam cube pits.

Had my sons birthday party here. For 10 adults and 10 kids, we were told we would have two tables. I requested one against the rails, they gave me one against the wall. They moved me then had to move me again because I was at someone elses table. We ordered 6 pizzas, they brought out 4. The party host was basically non existent. They are too understaffed to be booking as many parties as they do. Dont bother reserving your party space online. Save yourself the money and just get there early and hold the tables yourself. The kids had fun on the trampolines of course. Thats why I gave 2 stars.
