The management and franchise ownership of this location should take some standardize testing. They may qualify for government assistance. I m not sure how unaware you have to be to run a business like this but I m pretty sure it qualifies as a handicap. Here are my issues. Really salty patties. Every order is wrong Take-out line is disorganized and gross After hours takes way too long Restaurant is dirty Duty managers don t care Employees look depressed Dine-in closed at 7 on a Friday Some things you can t change, but I hope you can at least try.

I am a huge frugal shopper & I was using the McDonalds app & it was not letting me pay with my card. The guy at the window said he would have to do this manually {Im assuming calculate my reward in his head} total for my mocha frappe large was $2.17. I go & sit in the parking lot wipe my cahe & storage of my McDonalds app so I can use another reward of the same thing because I needed 2, and my total was $3.99. I liked it when you did it manually there kid.

They are extremely shortstaffed doesn t seem like they can keep employees. They are taking extremely too long specially on DoorDash orders when a DoorDash or gets the order it takes some time to drive there. It should not take 20 minutes after pick up time drivers can get in trouble because the store is taking too long to make the order.

Cashier was nice. Took order no problem. Probably about 10-15 mins to get order no problem bc I was dining in with granddaughter. The only downfall I really have an issue with is this is the second McDonalds I have been in where I ve seen a homeless person in sleeping in one of the booths. The other location I saw them fighting & throwing drinks on each other from a McDonald cup they either saved or found somewhere just so they could get refills. Does McDonald s allow homeless ppl just to sleep in their eating environment now around ppl who are eating? I don t have any urge ever to go back to McDonald s again. The one sleeping today, when he woke up he went outside long enough to smoke a joint. Yes I know it was one bc I know the smell when he came back passing me. It s over forever!

Do not go at night they are rude to the customers. Josh is the Manager and he does not have any control. I was curse out by a young man at the window because I pull around to the window because the young lady that was taking my order was rude and nasty and she act like she couldnt hear me but shes always rude. Shes on the night shift her and her boyfriend Robert works the night shift. Shes very immature. The whole night shift is horrible and immature. Theyre a poor representation of McDonalds. Ive been going to this McDonalds for over a year and its never the day shift. I Love the day shift employees and managers theyre ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. I know them by name they all have great customer service skills. Geraldine and Connor, Ariona, and Tracy are of great Managers theyre incredible and they know great customer service skills. Please stay away at night because Josh lets the employees run over him and theyre horrible. Theyre are very belligerent. They talk street slang and say whatever they want to you. This has happened to me so many times at night until now Im sick of it. One employee was high one night when I went there and was talking to me very umproffessional. Enough is Enough!!! Beware at Night!!! Go to Whataburger at night. I left McDonalds and went to Whataburger and they heard me very clear at the speaker and made my food hot and fresh.

McDs current formula eliminates necessary touch points between staff and customers so needs cannot be communicated. Like there is no way short of waiting through the whole line to the pick up window to get a straw because they provided two straws with three drinks. No way to order ketchup packets and the condiment counter has been eliminated. At this particular store, every table is filthy and apparently never wiped. The main large bay windows face due west and there are no shades whatsoever so the setting sun blinds everyone in the dining room. McDonalds is awful.

This place is horrible.They never make your order right and they are very rude when you go through the drive through. They park you upfront and when you get your items half the stuff is wrong or somebody else s food. You can t refuse to pull forward or they look at you crazy and when I asked for refund because I didn t want to pull up they started laughing. The Manager came and refunded me the wrong amount and when I brought it to her attention again she was rude saying oh the $2. I don t how much it was. Lets start with the fact that the inside is open, but you can not get a ketchup or napkins without having to ask for them. Refills do not exist, placed a $50 plus order for Dine-In, order was incorrect, repeated back and still not correct. Plenty of employees, yet no help or assistance from the associates. First off, I want to state that the young lady who assisted me was very nice. I upgraded a Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon Quarter Pounder with cheese meal to a large and was upcharged $2.30. I thought that was excessive and downgraded to a medium and was refunded the difference. I had a lemonade, which isnt listed on the menu, but as I saw later was a $1.10 upcharge for a large. I asked a gentleman with dreds for a refill, and he stated that he doesnt think they do refills on Lemonade, but he will check. He never came back. I asked the young lady who originally assisted me and she said yes, but then I could hear someone talking to her behind the counter. I forgot to mention that the refill machines are covered up, and that you had to ask the employees for one. She came back and stated that she could not, and I asked to speak with the manager. The manager stated that Lemonade is a premium drink, and that they do not refill Frappes, etc. I asked How is a customer supposed to know this if it isnt even on the menu? People will assume its a fountain drink.. I asked if I may have a Powerade at least, and was initially told no. She then stated she will this one time, and about 5 minutes later brought me a regular sized Powerade. A gentleman overheard the conversation who needed some sweetener for his coffee, and asked if he needed to pay for it. I wouldve given him the money if they did.

My kids loved the light up table and the projector with the alphabet on the floor. I drove 30 minutes away from home just to give them a new playplace scenery. They loved it. A little difficult for the 1 and 2 year old to climb up though. There is a designated space for 3 and under but it was empty. Employees here actually brought food to the table assigned! No other McDonald s has successfully done that for me so I always use the app for counter pick up. Here, my food was ready right away. Didn t need to wait at the counter. Staff also cleaned as customers left. Great service!

Manager was in a bad mood yelling at an employee to clean dinning area proceeded to demand to verify my phone. Service and food quality are a complete joke. Waited in curb side for 30+ minutes, and when asked about order. I was told the door dash orders are more important and I would have to wait. The lack of customer service is appalling and the franchise owner should be ashamed of the work quality at this location.

I was in a hurry one night so got dinner for me and my son at the drive thru. We get home and my sandwich is correct but my child s (1/4 lb w/cheese) is a chicken sandwich. Mine had mustard so he wouldn t switch and he definitely wasn t eating chicken with mayo. I called McD s and spoke to the manager. He was happy to make it right but I didn t have time to drive back that night. Two days later my husband and I were out and decided we would go ahead and get our son s replacement burger. We went in and I explained where the manager had said it was written down. The cashier got the manager, Travis, and Travis immediately took over and replaced my child s meal including the fries. He was even going to replace the chocolate shake but we declined as my child DID drink his. More importantly, Travis discussed the error and how the mix up happened so he could help his crew to not make that mistake in the future. I am sincerely impressed with his whole attitude!

I never got my order. Employee took my order again. I never got order after waiting 15 more minutes. I never saw any managers. I have worked nearby for years. I have never seen such poor managers. Old managers would give me my order if employees did not do it. Kid-friendliness: Very

Walked inside and started off great with the modern presentation. The service was overall slow just for 2 menu items. However, when I recieved my fries, they were not warm at all and not crispy. Mostly soggy and not as mild. The burger was also not warm at all. I would not come back to this location. Youre better off going to the McD at Will Clayton & W Lake Houston.

I received my via doordash and the bag was sealed. When I opened it my drink was spilled over on top of the burger and the burger was some blue due to the beverage being a frozen blue Fanta. Just bad packaging. Pretty disappointing experience.

The black girl with the butterfly tattoo is so rude she slammed the drive thru window in my face when I told her she needs to work on her attitude. She was being racist acting like she didn t know what salsa verde is, even the whitest people know that. It s green salsa trying to say she don t know what that is girl u work here??? The managers really need to get that employee in check. I come here all the time and never experienced anything like that before very terrible customer service I work in customer service and there s ways you can address things without being rude about it .

It is a lot to say that they are quite irresponsible, they do not give complete things and they are always wrong. They should have a better organization or check the orders Before delivering them, I asked for a happy meal, they gave me only the hamburgers and two potatoes, they couldnt put an apple or something else.

Today had an issue with this girl she had flannel shirt with a piercing on her nose drive thru she very rude the manager didn t do nothing not even fire her at that moment my son was getting a free Big Mac at the app mobile that said he didn t order nothing when he actually did order it he repeat the order twice she was to rude she even put the at us man that McDonald s takes to long to give the orders very rude that girl should get fired

All tables were dirty while staff were standing around talking about personal problems. An argument between staff also because loud enough the whole store could hear what was going on. Also took 20 minutes to get our food when the dinning area was pretty much empty. Every high chair was dirty and we had to search for them because no one was at the counter for us to ask.

Our usual go-to location whereby we ordered 2 McRibs. After waiting 15 minutes (clocking from time on our receipt), my spouse went up to the counter to check. After his inquiry, the employee shoved our order at him in a bag and her comment was rude. The sandwich was not as expected, and despite the fact that so many folks do not like the McRib, it didn t meet our usual standards. That is a shame, and hopefully if this is indeed the farewell tour for McRib, it will go out under the table instead of over the counter. RIP
