Found this place by accident we were trying to get to ninja sushi and almost get out of the place but we decided to give it a shot. now after 3yrs of finding this place we have to come here a least one time a month the food service and atmosphere is so amazing one of our favorite places.

So it was ny first time rely exploring scince I move to arlington but man the creamy chicken ramen and shrimp tempura where soo good, a nice ballance of veggies and protein I highly recommend this place if your are a ramen, poke bowl, or udon lover. And I would imagine there sushi and grill sister location across the street is just as good. Also the royal teea is also to die for you can tell its freshly made daily

All I can say is WOW WOW WOW! The food we ordered was absolutely amazing. We had delivery through door dash and I was so surprised by how fast (and still hot and fresh) it got to us. We ordered several dishes and sides. The three of us tried all the dishes and not one of us had a bad bite. Everything was so flavorful and unique. You can bet your whiskers that we will be repeat customers!

Started with Furikake fries. Perfectly cooked and spiced. If interested in spicy try the Hokkaido Spicy Miso. Really delicious. Generous portions and very reasonably priced. Feeding 3 people some really sublime food with starters and drinks for less than $54 is pretty unheard of these days. Slam dunk recommendation here.

This was by far the worst ramen I have ever had in my life and one of my my recent horrible experiences. I paid to make my ramen spicy and it wasnt. The noodles was all clumped up together like a ball. It wasnt hot only room temp. I asked for sake and never received it. It was so unsettling eating the ramen I couldnt dare to eat it all it was so bad. I paid for my meal without a fuss and will NEVER come back to this establishment. Even if they did offer me a free meal. Its just not worth it. Theres only one ramen shop Im sticking with from here on out and its not this one.

The ramen is so delicious this is a requirement to date me. Like I didnt get the hype about ramen until eating here. Its a must weely the beef udon and shrimp wonton soup are my go to because Im allergic to pork. We ordered Osaka Miso Ramen, custom poke bowl, and takoyaki. Poke was good, takoyaki wasn t hot enough, Ramen was also warm and just okay. There was only one server thus there was delay in service. The only thing I will eat here is the furkake fries and creamy chicken ramen with extra bean sprouts and mushrooms. I tried their pork once and it tastes like floppy cardboard. The chicken is amazing and so is their hot sauce and furkakke fries. Like that they have a tea shop next door too. They give amazing portions for a great price when you dine in but be wary if you order takeout/delivery they really skimp out on you.

I have never been to a restaurant that serves solely Ramen, so I wasnt entirely sure what to expect. Once I finished the appetizer I knew dinner would be tasty, and I was right. We tried several different kinds of Ramen the boba tea, and mochi for dessert it was all delicious. We were pleased with the overall atmosphere and service. We will definitely visit again. Vegetarian options: There were several vegetarian options. Most menu items can be easily tailored to vegetarian needs. Dietary restrictions: Several vegetarian options. Parking: Plenty of parking in the parking lot. Kid-friendliness: We had a picky ten year old that needed plain ramen. They were happy to oblige our request and made the ramen to order. Tried a version of their spicy beef ramen and was not disappointed. Flavor was there, but lacked a little spice personally for me, but others I could see sweating so it just depends on your spice tolerance. My partner and I come in often, probably once or twice a month. We have tried most things on the menu and the food is usually pretty good, thats why we keep coming back. However, I am always disappointed by the service. Everytime we come in we are misgreeted, it takes awhile for someone to even take the drink order, once the drinks make it to the table its just a waiting game until the server remembers we are there and takes our order. Multiple times our appetizers or teas make it to the table with or after our ramen/entree. The last time we went another staff member brought our food and my drink and he just slammed it down in front of one person and walked away, didnt ask if it was ours or if it looked correct. The server never checks on us after we have gotten our food and quite often the food is not right, so rather than waiting 30 minutes for the server we typically just eat the food (fine for me cause Im not picky, not fine for my friend who had an allergy) The next time we ever see a server is long after we have been ready to leave. We can stare down or even wave over a server and they are likely to stay behind the bar, either on their phone or talking to a group of other employees. I have never once while here noticed who I thought may be a manager, even after hearing other tables complain. I work in the food industry and I understand service is difficult to work, however the level of service and hospitality that we receive here is always extremely disappointing. I really really want to love this place

If I could give this place no stars I would.. My husband and I ordered food to go last weekend. He got the seafood Ramen and I got the won ton ramen. My husbands Ramen was good he liked it. However this is where the issue came in... my won ton Ramen was extremely spicy and it does not specify that in the ingredient description on the menu. It was not palletable. We called the restaurant since we live a good 20 minutes away and it was pretty late on the evening around 8 pm. The one who answered the phone was a girl named Ivy she identified herself as the manager so my husband proceeded to tell her the issue to see how we can get this resolved. She had us send her a picture of the soup and the receipt. Ok fine.. once it was verified my husband very calmly said to her that he wanted to be compensated for the gas to get back down there... She proceeded to scream at him at the top of her lungs how am I supposed to give you gas money I cant do that not even addressing the fact that I could not eat my meal and when my husband brought it to her attention again she said repeatedly talking over him Im sorry shes hungry what would like me to do its not my fault. She said to him repeatedly its not spicy ..This went on for 30 minutes with no resolution. He asked to speak to the owner she refused to put them on the phone saying you are going to wait weeks to talk to them because they are out of town and dont come in here often. She refused to give me another food option and infact told him come get your refund and dont ever come back here.... Keep in mind the restaurant was PACKED full not a seat to be had. Shame on you Ivy you lost a good customer for your owners. Please guys go somewhere else and put your money and enjoy good food without this obscene immature manager. When I got to the restaurant to get my refund she proceeded to show me a bowl with wontons in it. I didnt care at that point. She kept saying its in the marinade of the won ton. Moral if all of this stay far far away . Ivy needs to find a new job she clearly abuses her management role and doesnt know how to talk to people I cant stress it enough.

First time checking out Ninja Ramen was a pleasant and fun experience with some fun but well priced menu items that didnt disappoint. The place has a colleagic feel to it mainly due to the younger clientele. Service was a little slow but well worth the wait. Interestingly we didnt eat Ramen noodles, so be prepared for a pleasant surprise.

Ive been to a pretty wide swath of ramen places in Japan, San Francisco, New York City, etc. Ninja Ramen in Arlington is a classic ramen joint with good options, solid quality, and very good value. It doesnt need to be niche or flashy to be great, and they dont sell themselves as that; they have great hours (new late-night hours too!), good food, nice atmosphere, and something for everyone. In addition, they have other izakaya favorites for appetizers, as well as good and reasonably-priced alcohol options (Sapporo draft!). I would definitely go here with friends to enjoy a solid meal and a good place to sit and hang out. IMO the flashy/trendy places are a dime a dozen, and it is so hard to find a reliable ramen joint like this these days anywhere. We will absolutely return, its in a great location with decent enough parking and close to friends I like to visit.

This is our first time at ninja Ramen. Dan was the most amazing server. I guess cause we looked young but that shouldn t be a good reason to make us wait, while others get to sit down and order. After a 30 min wait we finally got seated. The waitress was nice but after getting our order they never checked up on us, not even once. Couldn t even get a refill. It is awesome when managers start to add 18% gratuity without notice. Now the servers stand around and do nothing. The food was wrong, if we wanted a refill you have to go ask as the server does not care and forget about wanting to add anything like a royal tea. Sort of sounds like communism, nobody works, we just pay for nothing. So sad really, as we used to go this place once a week but. No more!!!

I was literally on the verge of getting really sick and I had to get on a plane the next day. I wanted something really nutritious so I got a large miso soup and made my own created my own and it was absolutely delicious it as much as you want in your bowl of soup and you can add more even as you re eating it. That s what I did Needless to say I felt much better after that delicious soup! It s not expensive it s fast and it s right there conveniently on Cooper St., Arlington

It is one of the best Ramen places I have been to. The staff is always friendly and the place is clean all the time. I have not had a bad experience at this place, and I come often at least 4 or 5 times a month. The food tastes authentic with slight differences compared to actual food from Japan. My friend, who is a Japanese native even praised it for it similarities. The food is never cold and is always piping hot. They also have the best prices for their food as compared to other Ramen shops. Overall,it is a 10 out of 10, and I would definitely come back again and again.

i came in on Saturday night asking if i could sit at the bar and a girl with reddish hair just looked at me annoyed and walked away and just left me there with no answer, how disappointing. then another worker came up to me and greeted me and proceeded to sit me at the bar. My friend and I waited for about 10 minutes or so with NO one asking for our drinks until the hostess came up to us asking if we were taken care of yet. GREAT PLACE i really enjoyed it they have great food, the service was really good i was impressed when the waiter remembered our long order and didn t right it down. This place has dim lights and loud music (bad for people who can t tune it out, and good for people who can, the music s good just a bit loud also bc it s a crowded place ) I had a Carmel Frappuccino which was delicious and comes with a cup of water in case you can t take to much caffeine in I loved that , one more thing the soap smells good and the floors are sticky

Walked in on Friday 1/5/24 at exactly 11:30 which is the time they claim theyre open on their website and they werent ready to provide service, wasnt even greeted, instead I was told rudely by a waitress that they are not open while they were still prepping for service, I was seated but the overall first impression just ruined the whole experience, decided to leave. I suggest dont put false business hours or better yet get a responsible staff that are willing to be punctual on time and ready to provide good customer service to the paying customers. unfortunately I had to give them star but in truth zero would have been sufficed.
