Came to Burger King on 9/23/24. Had ordered ahead on the app. Went through the drive-thru and when I got to the window the Caucasian older chick told me they couldnt give us the shake we ordered because the machine was down. I told her that we had ordered online so how do we go about getting a refund then? She says they can either substitute or I would have to take it up with the app for a refund because they had nothing to do with that (All this being said rudely). Long story short. She had closed the window on me mid-sentence so at that point Im livid. She doesnt want to give me her name so I can complain to corporate about her poor cs skills. Says she legally doesnt have to give me her name. I call BS. She tells the younger white chick to just close the window on me. I sit in the drive-thru waiting. She sends over the manager and he helps me with doing the refund on the app. The whole time this girl child is running her mouth in the background. Even had the manager annoyed and he said theyd write her up and kept apologizing. I dont recommend coming here. Im honestly so done with this place and glad I was able to keep my cool through it all. I have contacted corporate by email to fix this matter. FYI dont bother to call the number that pops up on Google because it doesnt work. I had to email BK through the app to get a response.

The food was good. But not accurate. When we got home the double with bacon was not in the bag. The sandwich was a single pattie. We repeated the order twice because they were having problems hearing. The ticket had the correct burger on it.

So let me start off by saying that these 5 stars are for the staff, particularly a staff member named Sheila (hope I spelled that right). My mom recently finished brain radiation for cancer treatment. Unfortunately that caused her to develop a form of dementia. This has been really heartbreaking for my family and I. On one particularly tough day, I swung by this Burger King to grab food and Sheila was so kind, warm, and sweet. It may sound silly, but that small act of warmth & kindness turned my day around. I have to say that every time she is working she is this way. To the extent that I actually go slightly out of my way to come to this Bk because of her. Burger King, please give this woman a raise!

Asked for everything fresh. Guy at drive thru was very rude. Had to give half of food back. Asked for fresh. Again he is very rude. Pull around to front, very harshly ( we were told ) Practically threw our food to us. Very rude young man. Why is it so hard to do what is Asked of you. Im paying for the food. We pulled in the drive thru at about 6pm. When we ordered they really didn t have anything I had to get another bun for my burger that I couldn t even get a explanation on what kind of bun I would be getting they lady said a potato bun it s what it sound like so me being me I thinking she about to give me a potato for a bun. We get to the front to pay and the lady pass me a drink I said I wanted a medium drink and told her she never asked what size I wanted she closed the window and told me to pay a extra dollar for a mistake they made. Most places I go to they ask what size the question was never asked then I get my sons kids meal that had a pink toy we asked did they have toys for boys they said yes another question that was never asked was it a boy or girl they just gave us a pink toy. Then I get home to what was suppose to be a four piece chicken frie which turned out to be a 3 1/2 piece so they gave him three and a piece of one that don t even count as a four piece. We didn t get napkins or ketchup in the bag lack of communication and customer service. Question they should be asked are not being asked things that should be giving are not. I will never come back to this location.

I went to grab a bite at 9pm on 05/27/24. Hardly anyone in the restaurant to justify precooked burgers. I ordered the bacon melt meal and a whopper for my wife. The bacon melt was microwaved. I could tell because the veggies were wilted and almost disintegrated and the bun was shriveled and rubbery. My experience in the restaurant industry, I know when something has been nuked! I called the store 7 min after I left. (I live right around the corner) I asked speak to manager and she said she was the one working in the kitchen. I said she should be aware of what s coming out of her restaurant and she pretty much told me she didn t care. Lesson learned. This is the first time I have been to Burger King in 15 years. And it will be my last.

Have been here many times but today was one of the best visits ever and actually dined in. The staff was amazing and beyond my daughter and I were greeted with some of the warmest smiles and my daughter whom is 7 and love unicorns was wasted drinks on her unicorn (which is white) and the lady Ms. Grace jumped into action and got it cleaned up as if it never happened like a super hero. The rest of the staff didnt skip a beat as well. Thanks for a wonderful experience

Went through drive-through six months ago to order two impossible burgers. They asked me to wait in parking lot. 20 minutes later no burgers. Had to walk inside. Complaint to manager. They gave me a free meal coupon. Went back 3/3/24 redeem coupon. They would only give me one hamburger coupon. Cashier told me three times. It was only for a meal not to impossible burgers. This is not right. That s what I told him but could not convince him differently. So I waited 15 minutes. And I asked where my hamburgers. He said we had to drop them. So I waited another 15 minutes. Definitely dont Doordash because youll spend nearly 40 bucks for one meal and some old chicken nuggets with no sauces. I used to work for BK and I guess thats why its my sons favorite fast food place. Cant be because of the food. Its nasty. If youre coming here you better bring your own bottle of ketchup. Theyre too stingy with their ketchup packets. Buns a little dry, and they dont follow special order requests, they just ignore it and give you the standard burger anyway. How hard is it to NOT add an ingredient. Having breakfast was very nice Very clean,warm setting.The employee was so pleasant with us as she took our order .We will definitely return to this establishment. Twisted Burger King again today as usual very satisfied with the service it is my favorite place to go when I want to have a lunch or dinner I give them another five star rating just came from Burger King with two of those delicious impossible burgers love them they deserve a five-star rating all around keep up the good work all you people at Burger King
