Sunday night 8:00 after the cowboys game. Pretty decent crowd. We ordered right away and our food was brought in 10 minutes. Our server was great and filled my iced tea 3 times. We were in and out of there in 40 minutes. I got the monterrey which was great. This chain of of a variety of food options is well managed.

Service was good, but the food did not match the pricing. Ordered the Camaron Diablo, but the dish overall was a disappointment. The flavor on the 6 shrimp was OK, but they were served shell on, and since it has a sauce, it was not a fun finger food. The beans that came with the meal were hard, and the rice lacked flavor. The serving of guacamole that came on the plate had a big chunk of hard inedible avocado. It was hard enough that at first, i thought they accidentally served a seed. You can see the tortillas are being made in-house, but they didnt feel home made. Im not sure what was missing, but if I hadnt seen the tortilla machine, I wouldnt have guessed they were made there. So this part is just an annoying business practice, not unique here and not factored into rating... They dont sell Jamaica, but instead, they sell a hibiscus based cocktail (alcohol free). Instead of a simple $3 drink with free refills (like ice tea), they have to make it a $6 cocktail with no free refills. I just dislike when they try to nickel and dime you instead of providing a good service or product to get you to spend your money.

So far on this trip to Dallas this was the best place we ate at. Chips and salsa are killer good (& addictive). Between the 4 of us we had beef & chicken fajitas and Diablo shrimp. Food was well season, perfectly cook, and very tasty. Waiter was nice but forgot drink orders a couple of times.

Excellent food (best Pappasitos Ive eaten at!), nice atmosphere (check out the fountains at the entrance; also has plenty of porch seating for cooler months), and Roberto, our waiter, was very attentive and informative! Red snapper tacos were delicious. Also recommend any of the nonalcoholic summery drinks if youre wanting something of that flavor (especially for lunch) but cant or dont drink alcohol. The chicken tinga enchiladas, and the pork-tamale-&-beef-enchilada combo, were great as well. Also a good choice if you are wanting a flavorful but not heavy Mexican meal. Also, and my parents told Roberto, the food was better than some wed even had in Santa Fe. Two thumbs up! (Also, if youre staying at Comfort Suites off Six Flags Road, perhaps to get a medical procedure done in Arlington, this Pappasitos is basically next door.) Parking: We ate about 1:30, when it was a bit busier, but parking was no issue. (The restaurant started to clear out more about an hour later.)

Im at Pappasitos every weekend and I always order the Shrimp fajitas for two with a half rack of ribs. I must say not only was the half rack of ribs awful there wasnt much meat on the ribs as well. Ribs were very dry like they had been sitting out. I understand there was a crowd due to the game, however the customer shouldnt have to suffer and be served awful food.

This place wasnt about the food. It was about the vibe... And the margaritas! They had a seasonal watermelon margarita that was phenomenal! Our server Tyler got us sat down with some chips and salsa. He asked if it was our first time, and when we said yes, he gave us complimentary queso dip, which was nice of him. He was an excellent and friendly waiter. Very easy to get along with and was happy to help at any chance we needed. The quality of the queso was decent with pico on top, but it was yellow and overall tasted like velveta. I had a chicken fajita and a cheese enchilada. The portions made up for the quality when it came to the price, but the chicken was fairly dry, and the refried beans were still hard? Idk how they manage that. I would go again, but mostly just for the service, margs, and vibe.

Our waitress was great despite everything that went wrong and how busy the place was. She had to get her manager due to our food taking a very long time (tables sat after us had gotten their food before us) and then again when I had to have part of my meal remade due to onions (this is an allergy, not a preference). I kept laughing with my husband about how funny it would be if my remake still contained onions. We took the remake home as I was no longer hungry. Went to heat it up and still found onions in the meal. The kitchen staff really needs to take these request seriously. I should have emphasized that this was due to allergies but didnt think that was completely necessary. I just know now to never order chicken enchiladas!

I had a wonderful lunch experience. Our waitress was super friendly, knowledgeable about the food and quick at getting us refills. I have had great service with Gina and Mo so was surprised to have such poor service today around 4:30 cst today. I was seated at a table and after 10 min of no contact by any waiter approached front desk and asked to be seated in a different section with someone who would wait on me. The young female manager then went to a table and apologized. Once I asked her to ask what she was doing she apologized and said she visited the wrong table . I then asked once again for a table where someone would wait on me. They seated me in a different service and I once again waited 10 min then a guy asked what I wanted and immediately waited on another table and talked to them for 10 min. I could see the restaurant manager lol to see what was going on but at no time came to check with me or try to help. Finally A THIRD waiter waited on me and was awesome. Ok first of all, we spent $90 on takeout fajitas right ? I would not have cared about the price but the beef was so chewy and not tender at all, it had little flavor, the chicken was so dry it had the worst texture. The hot sauce had no spice to it whatsoever and was also mostly just liquid in a giant cup. The rice was okay but definitely not made like traditional rice is made. The beans was just okay, nothing special. I ordered sopapillas for dessert and got like 2 out of 12 that had cinnamon and sugar on them so that was another disappointment. Maybe y all should just not do takeout if you re gonna drop your quality of standard this much. Oh and I also got guacamole which was literally just chunks of hard avocado with no flavor. The chips are paper thin and just kept breaking when I tried to use them to scoop anything. And SMH, shame on yall for charging almost $4 for TAKEOUT FLATWARE?!? Charging $90 for takeout fajitas and can t even give your customers utensils. Very expensive and very disappointing overall

I love Pappasitos! The fajitas are amazing and the salsa is great. This time I chose the Beef Fajita Nachos and they didn t disappoint me! It was a nice treat to take my sweet 86 yr old Dad out for lunch and see him enjoy it so much.

Shout out to Mo! Service was phenomenal! The food came out just a few minutes after we ordered. Drinks were always full. Very courteous and checked on us frequently. The food was cooked to perfection! We ordered chicken and beef fajitas, the meat was so tender, fresh and well-seasoned. All the fixings were abundant. We had so much we needed to go box! I got complimented on my dress by 3 different waitresses, super sweet. From the time we walked in to the time we left, we felt like royalty! I really enjoyed our dinner at this location! On June 19th, I planned to enjoy a meal during happy hour at Pappasitos. Upon arrival, I noticed the bar area was open seating, so I selected one of the available tables and sat down. I expected a server to approach me with some chips or to take my drink order, but no server was in sight. Despite the bar being full and staffed with a bartender, there was no visible server in the area. After waiting an additional ten minutes without any acknowledgment, I occupied myself with social media. Twenty more minutes passed, still without any service. Given the busy nature of happy hour, I anticipated that the management would have scheduled more staff to assist in the bar area. Unfortunately, I was thoroughly disappointed and frustrated by the lack of customer service and attention I received. Pappasito s, please address this issue and improve your service standards.

Going to Pappasitos in Arlington? Then go see Cali. Ask to be placed in her section. She will take care of you and your dinner guest. You will never need to ask for a refill or more chips and salsa, and she is always smiling. She was very helpful with suggestions from the menu and had pleasant conversation for us all. Cali is who you want as your server. She made my Fathers Day even extra special, while she handled 4 other tables besides us. Thank You Cali. Go see her soon, by next year she might be managing the place.

These restaurants are usually exceptional in food, service, and atmosphere. The only thing that was exceptional this time was the food itself. The service was way under par. Not blaming the server, either. Waaay too many customers for each server. Our server had his back against the wall with regard to the rationing of freshly made flour tortillas. We had a table of 8 and only received 3 or 4 tortillas at a time. (Means 10-15 minute intervals, FRUSTRATING!). Dont have any idea why it was like this, nor do I really care right now. When you spend $400.00 + For a special meal & drinks, amongst family and friends, you just expect something more. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu was fine. The children liked what they got and had plenty to spare.

Service has went really down at this location, nobody greets you not even the bar employees. Didn t have any help at the bar. Personally the food was just OK, nothing special. Especially for the prices. The appetizer ribs were great, minus the sauce given. Beside the ribs the rest of our meals were just ok.
