Dude. Ill be back lol went to do laundry and this was in the same shopping area as the laundry mat thought my boyfriend and I would try it out. A bit expensive but DARN good. The onion rings are great and the burgers are big ! Wasnt expecting them to bring me the food that was nice. The plate they served on was cute and simple MADE M WANT ONE FOR MY HOUSE lol. And the little flag finish on the burgers is cute lol just overall A+ if you have a 40-45 bucks (for 2 ppl- we customize our own burgers and we each got french fries and onion rings and drinks. We were so full we passed on the BOGO pie lol Well be back

Ooooooh my goodness!!!! These burgers are legit! We had the classic and its huge and fresh and truly classic it was so delicious as the meat was very tasty and the ratio of ingredients were so well balanced. My husband really enjoyed it! This was my first time eating at this restaurant and it was a good experience everything at this restaurant is served separately so I didn t like that I got a chapps classic burger with mushrooms added and sweet potato fries everything was fresh and made to order the food had good flavor the burger was a nice size the customer service was great it wasn t busy in there that day either it looked very clean and sanitized in the restaurant so yeah I would eat here again to try other things on the menu overall it was a great experience

We decided to try Chapps Burgers for the first time, and we loved it!! The burgers are so good that we talked about those burgers all the way home, and we will be back again soon. They were cooked perfectly, and they cook with Nolan Ryan Beef. The best burger I have had in a very long time and will not forget. They even slice their mushrooms thin just how my husband likes it. The best part is that it is right off 360 and on my way home from work.

A co worker and I had to wait approximately 7-10 minutes to have our order taken and no one was ahead of us. We then waited about 15-20 minutes before we received our burgers which were mixed up. Mine was plant based and his was beef. The took burgers back corrected the order quickly. Seemed like they were short staffed or something was going on in the kitchen this day.

I don t eat here enough to be considered a regular customer, but often enough that I know for sure that the food is awesome every time I ve been here. Just fried in oil potatoes honestly super disappointed plus it cost $18 and infect them a tip when I paid my meal. The food was average. Really nothing to right home about. I was okay with the 15 minute wait considering the size of the burger, but I dont know if Id be willing to wait if they were really busy or during the lunch crowd (I was the only one here). I got the bacon burger with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and Mustard. The patty didnt have any seasoning it was juicy and cooked right but tasted bland. The fries werent that great, there was a lot of small pieces and they were over cooked. Would have liked to see a combo meal instead of everything individually priced. The meal was not worth the 17.55 that I spent. Theres some other interesting choices Id like to try like the chicken salad. The clean establishment and friendly staff saved the day.

When someone insists that you try a restaurant what should you do? You try the restaurant. This restaurant is located in a shopping center just off Highway 360 and is easily accessible. The warm welcome at the counter was a bit cold, the restaurant was clean and the experience was just ok. The Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast with grilled onions was tasty, the sweet potato fries not so much. The Turkey Burger not a fan. As exited as I was to eat the burger all that changed when I got home and opened it. The bottom Bun was soaked in juice. I believe it was onion juice or something because the patty was not juicy. It s been a while but luv there burgers. I like the new look up grade very nice & look . Glade there we re able to which many restaurants need to change the looks & etc... now due to COVID.

Didnt eat at this chapps showed up at 8:54 wouldnt take my order because they cant take orders after 8:50 pm...so why are you open till 9pm..
