I Started 10 Months Ago With This Lawyer. First It Was A Wait Till I Get An Appointment Cause At That Time There Was I High Demand. I Waited Almost I Month And Half For My First Appointment. I Talked To Mr. Read G. Him Self. Very Informative And Well Knowledge About Immigration Laws. My Case Got Resolved In A Little less Then A Year By Multiple Lawyers In This Firm. And INS Then Took Another Two Months To Review My Case And Send Me My Resident Card. Keep This In Mind Every Ones Case Is Not The Same. Everyone Is Different And File Different Papers To Get The Case Started. For Immigration Cases You Need To Have patience Immigration Have So Much Paper Work To Handle. This Is One Reson You Hardly Hear Anything From The Lawyers For Week Or Even Months. But When Lawyers Get New News About Your Case They Will Contact You. I Went Almost 5-6 Months Without No Answer What So Ever. Then Immigration Judge Took My Case. Read Gonzales Law Firm Are Well Knowledge. All This People On Here Saying This And That Are The Ones That Have No patience And Expect To Resolve Everything Quickly. No It Dont Work That Way With Homeland Security. Yes They Might Be A Little Over Price But The results Are Very Worth Waiting. I Highly Recommend This Place . Thank You Mr. Read And Your Team Off Staff .

I had my case with them and I had to find another lawyer after paying an initial payment and making some monthly payments. I stopped making payments because years passed and there were no results. They lost papers all the time and asked me to resend them over and over again. They gave us wrong information which cost us 1 year of stopping the process. I dont recommend them at all.

I called in to make an appointment with Raed G. end of January got an appointment until May 23rd unfortunately I was not able to attend the appointment. On May 23rd I was informed that I could talk to his assistant if I didn t mind instead of waiting till September for an appointment with Raed G. I told them perfect and I was thankfully just to talk to someone who could possibly tell me if they can help me with my husband s case or not. The lady took my email and said they would emailed the assistant with my case and said the assistant was going to be contacting me on May 24th by email or phone call but if she didn t reach out to me they said for me to call back to the office. I waited all day today. Around 1:30pm I called in spoke to someone who said there is nothing in system only could see we missed our appointment. I explained everything that happen and he tells me I will send an email to the assistant letting her know it s urgent and I am sure she will call you today. If not I will check and give you call later today. After not getting any call or email I decided to call back again. I get transferred to front desk supervisor. She is not trying to hear anything I say. And informes Lawyer Raed has no appointments till September. I was like I know that s why I am trying to talk to his assistant. She is like no you can talk to another lawyer. Another Lawyer!!!! why didn t you tell me I could talk to another lawyer in January instead of waiting 4 months for an appointment. I only waited for Mr. Raed because he helped my sister and brother in law. But no one ever mention that there were other lawyers I could have talked to. The supervisor was very rude she needs to get a refresher course in customer service. 4 months wasted so sad.

Sad and disappointed because my father-in-law has been trying to resolve his case for 4 years and has paid and paid for different processes according to the recommendations of the lawyers from his office who have received him, he is always attended to by different assistants and told different things, it is still a date that has not they solve it. It is a shame that the lawyer is so popular and famous and does not have the time to take charge of his own office. My father-in-law has been asking for an appointment with him and he is never there, so he is always preparing and doing important things. The saddest thing is that The staff does not last long and there is no follow-up on your case if you do not go or call, they are always changing staff. The lawyer is an expert but the people who assist you leave a lot to say, it may be due to the excess of cases they handle due to the publicity he provides. Praying that despite the delays due to the pandemic my father-in-law can receive professional treatment from his office.
