I want to love this place because I m impressed with the concept. My smoothie was impressive because it contains no added sweeteners and I can order smoothies from no where else because of this. However I ordered 2 salmon bowls and the salmon was too salty to consume but the concept was good. My son enjoyed his bison bowl. Also the gentleman who rung me up was really friendly.

I passed this place so many times never tried it today I tried it and let me just say the next times I drive by this place it won t be me passing it will be me stopping every time there delicious! And on top of that not to pricey the food to me is portion for you pretty good . 5 stars for me !!!

Just left the one in Mesquite for the first and last time! My husband and I walked in and was never greeted by the staff. I should have walked out but I chose to order. I ordered the veggie wrap with beyond meat. The added price on the menu for $1.99 extra for the wrap. After paying, I noticed they charged me $2.99 for the beyond meat. I asked the staff why i was charged $2.99. The first kid said that its the way it rang up. The menu clearly states $1.99. I then ask an older man and he stated that its because the wrap does not come with beyond meat. Its clear that it does not come with meat but extra for $1.99. He then stated his boss told him it wad $2.99 instead of $1.99 as it is on the menu! Never will I patronize that place again! I will also let others know since a couple of friends wanted to know how the food taste. They are racking up by not honoring the menu prices and inflating the price once an order is placed! Never again!!

Came here to grab some quick lunch. I had the ChocoLatte and the Grilled Chicken bowl. The smoothie was alright - not the biggest fan of the after taste but it wasn t awful like other people make it seem. The chicken was really good. I did ask them to make sure it was well seasoned. The portion was enough for 2 lunches for me (eating for loss, not gains) but I also don t eat very big portions. I took my food to go because the location is inside a gym. A little awkward if you re just trying to have a quiet lunch. I can t wait to go back and try something else on the menu. I ll keep trying the smoothies, maybe there s some with better flavor

They started hiring new people and now my orders never have everything Ive paid extra to add on, or have super tiny portions. I ordered the salmon bowl today and got a tiny piece of fish with a few pieces of broccoli. Its advertised with broccoli and mushrooms at least. The bowls arent as full anymore and Im tired of paying for add ons that get skipped. I usually get the bison bowl and have ordered extra mushrooms the last three or four times only to get four or five small slices. I brushed it off as a busy day or a mistake but its every time now.... Done here for a good while until they quality control their new employees.

This place is underrated because of its location inside Fitness Connection but let me tell you. Smoothies 10/10 Food 10/10 Staff is fast. They do meal preps! It s just great I ve sat in there 3hrs after a workout before.

Do yourself a favor and just cook and make your smoothies at home, or try Fit Juice in Dallas off Lemmon Ave. Their food is wayyyyy more flavorful and their smoothies are scrumptious. Fit Factory food is a prime example of boring healthy food . No creativity with their bowls and their smoothies have an after taste.

Tried this place Monday and have been back everyday. Today most of the office ordered with them we are all thrilled. Food is fresh, good serving size and filling. Teriyaki Chicken Bowl is my favorite so far.

I might not look like most of your customers but I eat healthy. I ordered a salmon bowl to go, close to closing. When I got to my hotel to eat it, I was kicking myself for not ordering more than 1. It was delicious and just enough in portion that I was satisfied not stuffed. Thank you for an awesome experience and Im sure Ill return before I leave tomorrow.

I bought a gift card for somebody and when they went to try to use it they were told they needed a pin when I bought it I was not given a pin number so I don t understand how they can t use the gift card with out a pin that I was never given!!! I was only given the receipt and the gift card. Edit: they actually didn t run the gift card correctly and I was able to use the gift card for future purchases.

I love the food. Not a huge fan of the smoothies though. Thats probably more on me than it is them. If you actually enjoy smoothies, they are probably great. But, this is one of the few places I can actually go out and eat at anymore with my dietary restrictions, so thats pretty sweet. You cant go wrong with the chicken salad.

I tend to have low expectations for places like this but I have to say all expectations have been blown away. The flavors are great, the rice is wonderful and the avocado was fresh as if I had just cut it myself at home. The guys behind the counter were as great as the food. Would recommend 100%

Thank you Fit Factory Grill(and smoothies). My daughter & I for the first time enjoyed our bowls, mine a Salmon bowl (brown rice & broccoli) & my daughter s Chicken(brown rice & broccoli). Besides a delicious bowl your team is so polite & considerate, meaning, when I explain my daughter has a fish allergy, they clean the grill and redid her order with such a sweet spirit. Meal Prep review: The first time I tried them was when they had a black friday sale on meal preps. Highly dissatisfied, chicken was dry unseasoned, and broccoli was almost raw (very firm). HOWEVER, I have recently tried them again and lawd have mercy! They mustve hired a new cook. The chicken was seasoned , broccoli was cooked and rice was fresh. Thanks for making a drastic improvement. I even turned my brother and mother onto your guys meal prep.

Tried for the first time this morning. Smoothie are really good and its a great way to start the morning with a healthier option than eating fast food for breakfast. Staff is amazing and very professional from customer service to knowledge about meal options. Would recommend highly especially after an intense workout to refuel body. 10 stars!
