I don t normally review fast food, but this location deserves my recommendation due to their outstanding service. They messed up my order and were extremely professional and kind in correcting their mistake. It truly was shocking and a breath of fresh air. I did not catch the manager s name but the entire restaurant staff was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate the quality service very much, thank you!

Today, 8/30/24, I drove thru to the speaker and was told by the female window worker that the drive-thru system is being updated, and she would love seeing me inside at the counter. I explained that I did not feel up to coming inside. Rather than ringing up the order on the counter register and asking me to drive around to the door and someone will bring my order out, she simply said: Have a good day. So much for concern about customer care at this Golden Chick location. Your loss!

This Golden Chick is fantastic! I came in 10 minutes after opening and ordered a party pack of 60 tenders, rolls, potatoes, and mac n cheese to feed my automotive shop crew. They were super sweet & had the food out in less than 10 minutes!! They even packaged it up in spare boxes to make it easier for me. Would absolutely recommend coming in.

First, I tried to order three pieces of fish individually through the drive thru. I was informed it cant be sold like that; although Ive purchased fish individually at other establishments. Next, Mom and I ordered the fish combo. We agreed to the ten minute wait and pulled around front. Two other cars were waiting on their order and pulled around front. They received their order and we was still waiting. After entering the restaurant, the manager informed me the fish just dropped. She claimed the cook did not hear them state to drop the fish. I dont believe her. As the manager, she and the employees could see from the window we was still waiting out front. Plus, they brought the other two cars their food. She made no attempt to update us on our order until I came inside and was offered a refund. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! A good manager is aware of the orders that appear on the computer and when they are filled. This manager seemed ignorant of the process or intentionally gave our fish away to the cars behind us to make us wait in the hot sun. And the fact she had the audacity to laugh when I ask for her name and her managers name/phone number tells me shes unfit to manage a team. My attempt to reach Ms. Ephraim last night was unsuccessful. As long as shes the manager of that store, I wouldnt patronize there again.

We went here last week to try their new sweet hot chicken tenders and were pleasantly surprised! First, the service was fast and efficient. The tenders were exactly as advertised, sweet, spicy, and still crunchy under the delicious sauce. Paired with their yummy side dishes made this a great fast food meal. I recently had an appalling experience at this golden chicken due to the shocking behavior of one of the staff members, Kierra. I came through the drive-through, and from the moment I placed my order, Kierras attitude was abrasive and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome. However, the worst part of my visit was when she handed me my tea with a bug floating in it. To my utter disbelief, Kierra noticed the bug before serving the tea and decided to give it to me anyway. When I pointed it out, she offered no apology and acted as if it was no big deal. This level of negligence and disregard for customer health and satisfaction is unacceptable. I strongly advise against visiting this location. if you want to avoid such a dreadful experience. Also to mention not one team member was wearing gloves. The lady at the front with hair beads lied to and said she was the only manager there at the moment. She decided to get a manager after I said that corporate will be involved. Purchased was made at 4:44 pm. Cameras need to be ran back immediately by corporate. I m going to strongly suggest cameras be made back. The whole staff had a nasty attitude. If you not a person of color. DON T COME HERE!

Don t exactly remember who it is but except for a guy. All the others have an attitude. Same with dine in and drive thru. They see people with cross eyed like they don t want to serve you. No greetings, even after you greet them no response back. Just yesterday I was in drive thru and ordered an item and was about to order more. The lady didn t want to hear and asked me to come to window just after I ordered the first item. Gotta have some patience. I hope the management looks into this. I used to love this location. The chicken use to be hot and fresh and the service was okay (there has always been a wait but it was worth it). Now the service is terrible, the wait is always long and they never have what I want. They must have changed something because the chicken and tenders are different in a weird what am I eating way. I will have to get my chicken elsewhere.

As these Wicked wings keep me coming back. The Extremely clean store & Great customer service provided with my fresh & delicious food will most definitely make me a returning customer to this location. Idk if there is a new manager or management team but keep up the good work & clean store. You ll forever have a customer in me.

Yall must have changed chicken venders, this chicken is not what it used to be last time i went before. The breading is not real anymore, its like it came to the store frozen with the breading on it. It was DISGUSTING. To chicken express i go.

Lady at the intercom very rude . Asked her for a second to look she said okay. One min later she saying hello hello.. then proceeded to rush us making the order after we asked for one moment. Then we couldn t hear what she was saying . She really rude we didn t even want to eat there anymore disgusted with her attitude.

Very friendly staff cook the best chicken. I go here because the employees seem to get along. Laughter in the work place is a GOOD THING. To me, there s not many things worse than going into a food establishment where it seems the employees are part of a prison chain gang. I thank enthusiastically all the people who work here.

It s one thing to be unattractive but when you re grouchy rushing people through orders mad at the world because you re the ugly duckling of the crew don t be ugly to customers because a non listener gas lighting customers to engage in intentional alterations is not a good look I asked for one side on two chicken tenders meals yet the ugly duckling charged me for 4 sides made one of my drinks large and the other medium being messy holding up the line because I decided to check my meal for sauce that I knew she also failed to put in my bag even after I agreed to pay extra Either way the ugly duck at the windows caused you guys to lose a 40 dollar customer. I will never eat here again. What an ugly experience 0 stars

Last Friday, I went to get 2 fish combos. Now I understand it s cooked only when ordered but we waited for almost 40 minutes. We ordered at 3:50 and got our food at 4:25 when I walked in to get it. Because of this, I was late to work. I hope this can get fixed, because it s a simple job of frying the fish. You don t have to go out and catch it and skin it and take out the bones you know?

I had to update my review. Im giving this location a one star review since for the past 5 times that Ive ordered a family meal online, theyve made me wait 30 more minutes after I have gotten there on the pickup time. I am not over exaggerating. Im someone that gives places the benefit of the doubt but this has consistently been happening in the span of the past year that Ive come here and Id much rather drive somewhere else.

Ordered a family dinner was told oh really thats going to be a big long wait. Told them that was fine. Not knowing it would be 40 minutes at 7pm on a Monday. Then when we did get the food it was only warm after that long a wait it should have been hot. Music was too loud couldnt even talk to my companion and the staff blocked the door with the booths and tables to sweep. This location used to be so good. Not anymore. Wont be back.

We went to the location about an hour before closing last night. The service started out fine. They were out of a few things but that s to be expected at a busy location, an hour before closing. So no big deal. The issue came when we received our food. We were given nothing to eat with and no straws. I honked my horn and even got out of the car and knocked on the window. A worker walked past the window with headphones on. As I was standing in the window. She still didn t see me so I knocked harder and eventually she opened. She gave us utensils and then we left and began to eat. First, the rolls were hard and stale. Then I went to the Mac and cheese. It tasted like dishwater. Like they d cleaned the serving dish with a dirty dish rag or old dishwater, then poured the Mac n cheese right in. I opened my gravy. It looked like mashed potatoes (which they were out of at the time. I d asked for them as my side). The gravy was chunky and tasted old as well. The chicken tasted as though it was old and sat under a lamp all day. Wether it s the first hour or the last hour, food that is paid for should not be that poorly made. I m disappointed and do not recommend patronizing this location. There are plenty more throughout the city with better food and service. If I could leave zero stars I definitely would.

Took forever and paid for extra rolls and didnt get them. Online order. Placed the order for pickup at 3:15 left at 3:30 they forgot our drinks and had to come back in for them and I didnt get gravy.
