This is a cool place for the fellas. Like a hooters or twin peaks but Mexican themed. Cold beer. Good food. Pretty ladies. Not a kid friendly environment what so ever. First time at this location, pleasantly surprised due to all the recent reviews. Went during week 1 dallas cowboys game and sat with a group of 7 people no problems there. Server came to me asked me what i would like to drink and eat. Kept checking up and bringing me a new beer. I ordered the wings not bad a little too hard, but good. At the end she came and told me since we were a big group she has to include gratuity in my check which I had to agree due to our group size. No problems will try again.

I have NEVER been FORCED to pay 18% of a tip. Estefanía took care of us. Came to our table 4-5 times and two for those times I got someone with an ugly face bring my drink (didnt get her name). We never asked for much or anything complicated. She was nice when she took care of us. The reason our ticket was high was bc we had 3 buckets which we asked for to not bother anyone much. When it came to paying she Forced us to pay 18% of tip from $272 bc of the total. We had given $30 bc of the service (took a bit ) and she stood next to my husband asking for more tip. She said there was only one bar tender attending the whole bar and that is why they took a while. I nicely told her to look for a better job if it wasnt fulfilling her needs. To my understanding TIPS consist of what you would like to give for the service you received. FYI my husband did end up paying her more than 18% as she would not leave. Never coming back. We wanted to try something new and it didnt go as expected.

service wasn t the best, she disappeared for a good minute after dropping off our meals & at the end she didn t give the change back to my friend & literally stood there while I was going through my purse and that was weird as hell so I just gave her whatever to get her to walk off. I was going to end up leaving more on the table but then she comes back around asking why didn t I give her more money and now that made me mad bc as a server , you don t ask or even bring it up. I have to say I am sorry to a place called Bombones. I said in a review for there that a gringo could have a good time at a Ojos Locos. Boy was u wrong. I could barely get any attention from anyone at this place. It took my server almost 10 minutes to approach me. The food came out incorrectly the first time around. I just didnt feel welcome here. I was here about 10 months ago and it was different. It was fun. That is why I came back. I dont think I will come back again.

I order the 3 tacos as per the menu the waitress asked me if I wanted rice and beans with it, i told her i dont want since I watch my carbs due to diabetes. She goes and rung the 3 tacos separately since i didnt want the supplements according to her. Then I proceed to ask her to then add the complements and ring that like it is supposed to be. She come back and tells me she cant do it cause I already ordered it and if I wanted the compliments it would be extra. Pay for my order and let the manager know how I felt. Will never see me again at this place again.

I really dont recommend this place, the security in the parking lot is terrible, they broke the glass of my car and stole a lot of things and the security people went crazy like it wasnt their problem and my truck was in front of crazy eyes and then the police said They didnt mess with that place, I dont know why. But I couldnt solve anything. Trout there, you have to take care of your cars because security doesnt care more than being in the air conditioning.

A perfect place to watch the game. Multiple tvs and views no matter where you re sitting. The food was great. I gave a four star because my mango habenero wings tasted like spicy water but they were fried to perfection and accommodated my all flats order with no issue. The street tacos platter was really good. I didn t care for the fajita chicken much but once I put the sauce and rice on top I was satisfied. The fajita beef and shrimp tacos were really good. They seasoned their rice and charro beans really well. I almost wanted to take a side order of just that home. I got the sangria margarita it tasted like syrup so I didn t like it but they have a full bar and I ll be sure to order something different next time that s less sweet.

I really like coming here but last night our waitress was a MESS! Either she was drunk her self or high i don t know but at the end of the night my bill was $437.88 she over charge us 7 shots & for 2 ranch waters $45 manager said drinks on me next time because he knew the waitress over charged us what a mess of management!! & i knew something wasn t right with her because she did bring 2 more beer buckets and she didn t even put it on the tab or even order it ! My mother was robbed at gunpoint right outside the restaurant and the staff disrespected her by laughing at her while she was in distress. They also so happened to not have security cameras at the front of the restaurant. Before the whole incident, she was PUSHED OUT of the restaurant by one of the security guards when she wasn t even arguing back or escalating the situation in any way. Don t support this business. Good place to watch sport events but really poor service, since I walked in the place, the DJ was just next to the entrance, stumbled a little with his table and his reaction was aggressive, I offered an apology and the guy just keep telling me to watch out and to walk around his work space . Then the service was inefficient, unfriendly and to top things they charge you a 20% gratuity for a poor service. They also don t tell you about it, just hand you your check and expect you to tip them on top of that. There s no wonder why some of their staff act so arrogant. A tip should be earned and not charged obligatory, they seriously need to change things around there. I won t be coming back and definitely don t recommend this place.

Overall one of the only spots Ive been to that they will charge you automatically 20% gratuity for under 6 people. I been here before and this time wasnt packed since it was cold outside and few people inside so I ordered wings instead of food like always. I truly only have one complaint - the volume of the music was extreme . I went very late on a Thursday night. I hope you can read lips and/or use sign language bc you definitely wont be talking much. Maybe mgmt would rather you just drink since you wont be doing much real talking/connecting. I understand creating a nice vibe/atmosphere with music, but the volume ruined most of my experience. This is the second OL Ive been to. The other one on Technology Blvd in Dallas has much tamer volume levels, and Ive been there during the day and night probably 10 times. Other than the volume at this location, the food was great and came out very fast. The server was also great and checked on me multiple times. The place was clean. Plenty of TVs. Came to this location to have some drinks and just relax. Our waitress was great and beer was ice cold. Our party was in deep conversation and our waitress read that perfect. Be careful with your car getting damaged in the parking lot. Manager was useless in helping my dad obtain camera footage in locating the person that damaged his car. This is a new location so we stopped in to check it out. I usually stick with their tacos when coming here. They have a very flavorful fajita beef and I also get tacos al pastor. I love charro beans and theirs here are very flavorful with that little bit of heat at the end. The beer mugs are frozen cold along with the draft that s barely over freezing, so you get that great frosty beer that goes down so great. They have TVs everywhere and a large projector on the back wall. Our server was attentive and quick to bring us a new drink. The management here was also accommodating. We were headed to a concert when stopping here for some dinner. It was a fight night so they were charging a cover. After talking with the manager at the front he let us in without a cover since we weren t staying for the fight. Overall a great spot to grab ice cold drinks, good food, and watch some sports.

Overall, it was a good vibe here on Toxica Thursday. Went with coworkers for happy hour. The mango habañero wings were really good but not as hot as I expected. Friend pickles were good, as were the $3.50 frozen margaritas. How I could I forget, the women were beautiful.

So this is not fair since waiter told us beer tower 60 ounces for two people only and we saw this guys got 90 ounces THAT IS FOR 4 PEOPLE. We asked for 90 ounces and they said no because we are two people . So it s not fair . We been 6 locations and they told me same thing that we couldn t get 90 ounces because we only are two people! This is first time on our own eyes we saw 90 ounces for freaking two people! Soooo not fair!! It s against LAW! Just because their friend is working at ojos locos! That s ain t not right. It suppose to be business! So business IS BUSINESS!

Me and my girlfriend went. She guessed that it was shift change and all the bathroom stalls were occupied by employees getting ready for their shifts and customers waiting and. Doing the pipi dance waiting to do their toilet business. Not a good thing with new building and all and no employee locker room. Smh

The food was very good. the yukatan burger was excellent as was the tortilla soup. The atmosphere is pure sports bar with a touch of gentlemens club. Service was fast and efficient although their uniforms showed more buns than a bakery.

First time at this location. Last time at this location. Sat at the bar. Ordered food and drinks. Not a single piece of smoke on the fajitas. Had to listen to the bartender complain about everything she hates about the job and how management shows favoritism. Not to mention the two guys using racial slurs every other word. Went in after work during happy hour to relax but that was a dummy mission.
