What a great sandwich! I love the bread. The decor and the store are nice. Sadly, the AC was not working. I spoke with the staff and the very kind and helpful staff brought out a fan. Tremendous service. Thank you! I wish I had their name.

It s ok. The sandwiches don t look like the photos. They forgot to put lettuce in mine. The potato soup is kind of bland. I miss their old chicken and wild rice soup. It s about $15 a person which is kind of high for a sandwich. They don t keep the lobby clean most times. The drink fountain was down when we visited and we had to ask for drinks from the back.

Ive actually eaten here several times in the last two years. Im usually so hungry, I forget to take pics and do a review, most of my visits to this location was because I had family in the hospital and they wanted something other than hospital food. Ive never been disappointed with them until yesterday. Let me explain: The food was great but the young lady that used to work the drive thru wasnt there, and the guy that took her place, although he wasnt rude, he also wasnt as friendly. He was in work mode though and as an ex supervisor, I would of been proud of him for that. As an aging, disabled woman, who doesnt get out of the house much, I enjoy getting to know people, when I do. So, a little disappointed with the lack of conversation before my food was ready. The last girl, who worked the drive thru, she was in her early twenties, had just moved in with her new beaux, had a bandage wrapped around her hand from a third degree burn she got from work. So she talked to me about the hospital and was genuinely interested in getting to know me too. That was nice, since I have a daughter her age. The only other thing I was disappointed with was when I got home and opened the bag, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The sandwich tasted great as usual, once I pulled it out of that wrapper, which reeked of cigarette smoke. Im allergic to cigarette smoke, so it made me start coughing. Thats never fun. Other than that, the turkey bacon club was delicious, the tea was excellent and the jalapeno chips were awesome! Ive never eaten inside this location, so I couldnt tell you many facts about it, but when I drive by the windows, it looks very clean inside. As hot as it gets in Texas, its rare to find a restaurant, with good tea that hasnt soured. So a good, cold glass of tea, was what keeps me coming back to this location. I do wish they had one closer to my house. Both Schlotzskys near me are over 10 miles from where I live. That dont sound like much, but in Houston traffic, 10 miles could take 45 minutes to drive. It literally took me an hour and 12 minutes to get there and back. That being said, theyre worth the drive. Hope yall enjoy the pics, and have a very blessed day! Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking and a ramp to get up the sidewalk. I dont recall seeing automatic doors, so it would be advisable to bring someone with you to open the door, if youre in a wheelchair.

Employees are so nice. The sandwiches are delicious I can taste every bit of it. I always get the Bacon Smokecheesy with Jalapeno cheese bread, smoked ham, with red onions & black olives & it is always delicious.

Havent been to a Schlotzkys since we left Texas. Now that were back its good to see it hasnt changed. This one is clean, quiet, and with great service. I loved the strawberry chicken salad. It even had two yummy bread sticks with it made of the infamous Schlotzkys bread. Friendly staff too.

First time going in 2 years, and the food was amazing. I got the avocado turkey sandwich, and it was full of flavor and delicious. The only negative thing was that the cinnamon roll was cold and hard. Wasnt impressed with that. Ill definitely be going back, despite the dessert.

The staff needs better training on how to do their job. I dont like standing at the front, which is separate from the back, so that they do not see who comes in. But I do like the food and the staff was friendly once they realized I was there.

These guys could stand to work on their drive-through customer service tone, the female working the drive throughs voice is very dry and unfriendly. And, when you pull up to receive your food, same thing, i.e., no smile, she just seems to want to get you gone.

Used to love this place last few times have been disappointing. Went today for lunch I asked for the meaty pizza with light cheese and it was packed on. Asked for a half lem. And sweet tea they have me unsweetened tea. The star is for the sandwich which was the only thing that was made right.

It was all right I ordered online in the app and again they didnt put my food out I stood around stood around if finally had to ask for it and they had it back in the kitchen they said they dont put it out because people steal it and the whole point of the app is I dont have to come in and go to the counter and wait on anything and the pizza was cold and the flat bread was pretty much overcooked I would get the regular sour dough crust

The sandwiches are great. It was my first time. It is different because the bread is round. The jalapeno cheese bread was delicious. Dont get the cinnabons. They sit in a warmer all day and are not fresh and look gross. Other then friendly Staff, Clean, Fast, Excellent Service, and Good food. Will return.

Great good and great service. Staff went above and beyond. The food was tasty. The bread at schlotzskys is seriously one of a kind and they got it just right at this location. Place was clean too. We will go back. UPDATE: been a fan of coming here for years when we pass through. Unfortunately the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional the last time so pretty sure we wont be back. Its such a shame to see customer service go downhill like this.

This location is always so patient with me. I always take forever ordering because of my indecisiveness, but they stay patient with me and offer suggestions. The food is always amazing and with fresh ingredients. I tend to try a new sandwich each time. Not to mention the M&M cookies go hard, will definitely try the cinnamon rolls next visit.
