Great facility however poor customer service from the director of the facility. She never knew our names and had to be reminded of our event date several times after several in person meetings and phone calls (and often times DURING these in person meeting and phone calls). Even the day of our event the sound person showed up late which caused us to lose over an hour of our live band performance and delayed the start of our vow renewal ceremony. They both blamed each other on why he was late. For the type of money to rent the facility along with money to host an event, you would think you would receive better customer service and attention. We will NEVER host another event there after this experience unless MAJOR changes take place. We did give the director this feedback and an opportunity to make amends and still no resolution several months later. Be careful! You ve been warned!!

Beautiful venue and facility. CAUTION: bring at least 500.00 dollars for any event. Starting at 80.00 to park and 30 at the door. Well worth it though.

I recently attended a wedding here. The wedding itself was great the event space was solid. It s a giant open concept room. So you can put tables / chairs / decorations as you desire. However, there is not nearly enough parking for this size of an event venue. The lot fills up fast and all of the surrounding businesses have no parking signs. So you re forced to park in the neighborhood. Beyond that it s a great space!

I would give it a zero star rating. As one of the students who go to the school by this place they are yelling at us to get off private property. You dont own the whole area. Today someone in the building called the cops AGAIN to tell all students to get off the property. The lady that called the cops told me to get off the property or she will drag me to the cop car by us. Im minding my own business lady. The first time everyone encountered these people the same lady took picture of us without OUR CONSENT! TAKE THIS PLACE DOWN! All the kids are doing whatever after school then this man and lady come yelling at us to get off. This lady also be saying its private property if it was private have a sign out or something how to we know its private property. On the side of the building a man flip me and my friends off and cursed at us for no reason at all. 0 STARS! ARLINGTON TAKE THIS PLACE DOWN! SHUT IT DOWN!

My sister had a wedding here. Wedding planner quit which left us in a lurch. Then they did not contact the bride about what had happened. Bride crying and no one willing to help her that day. Had to postpone walk-thru. Stressful. The actual day was great.

*HOSTILE OWNERS YELLING AT DISABLED SCHOOL CHILDREN* The people who work for this event center or own it condone yelling at small disabled children because your business is near a school campus? Kids are forced off the school campus after 30 mins of waiting for parents and have to make their way to a parking lot to find their parents The people that work here obviously do not have an understanding that the school says any child waiting after that time have to wait off campus! Even though this school uses this center for graduations so you make money off of them but yet you treat small children with ZERO RESPECT screaming at every child age ranging from kindergarten to teenage children who are parent less on your property waiting for their parents Thats a shame But children and parents using this event center dont get yelled at as when we use this building What a smart marketing tactic for using a building that is near an elementry school, middle school and high school which is no ones fault but your own but parents who have their children attend this campus love the rigorous curriculum and some parents drive from pretty far to give their children the opportunity to get a better education rather than being in ARLINGTON ISD because their curriculum is a joke This is extremely sad I wish you guys would scream at us parents instead of a disabled child whos in kinder SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN THIS REVIEW WILL ALSO GO TOTHE BETTER BUSINESS Bureau THE CITY of Arlington should shutthis place down Im tired of dealing with such a HOSTILE BUISNESS OWNER

Get a lawyer. If you decide to back out, even 5 months before the event, they will keep your refundable deposit. Get everything in writing and dont give them a dime until you both agree on the paperwork. They only want you to rent the place for 10k and YOU to hire your own EVERYTHING. If they try to negotiate an all inclusive package of any kind, RUN! P.S. They may or may not answer your phone calls or emails after the deposit is paid. To get anything done, you will have to constantly go to the venue. Good luck out there.

My first time at this venue and I was impressed. The main room can seat 300+ for dinner with an additional large room for networking, snacks and photos before dinner. You can hire your own caterer which can keep the cost down.

Had my wedding here 5/21/2022. As a bride this venue really stressed me and wedding planner out. For the amount we paid the unprofessionalism was very disappointing! James the manager was very unresponsive. The venue it self was dirty and needed better care in cleanliness. We were appointed a day of venue Cordinator Deborah and she was nowhere to be found.

Let me start off by saying the facility itself is very nice and spacious however the general manager James is what I will call unprofessional when discussing details with James he seems to be scatterbrain and all over the place it takes his assistant Deborah to have to clean up behind him and try and get everything facilitate it not to mention the night of our event things were partly put together we had to put table LInen on tables while he continue to entertain potential clients prior to ensuring that our event was good and ready to go the thing I would say that s irritating the most is the combative nature and which James conducts business when trying to voice any concerns that we found would I go back noThat will be the last time that we host an event there or refer anyone there

Great location, various vendors & unique vibe for the event we attended #dallasVICE but disappointed in the customer service. VIP wasnt worth it & we end up paying for more when we got there. Food nor drinks nor the bottle we requested was included. We were told we had to pay extra for a rsvp section which should have came with those who were asked to help promote the event. DJ was good in the beginning. Didnt stay long since the creators or mgmt of the event were rude N killed our vibe. Photo booth was cool, and lemon pepper wings delicious. The lady photographer was awesome. Everything else mediocre, doubt we will attend future events or promote for them again.

Visited here for a meeting.I did not know this space was located here! I hope they get some better signage for people to find them. The place was nice and spacious with nice decorations up so that people can get a visual of what it would like. I can see this as a nice party venue.
