Non fake review. I also have paperwork I can load with pictures that I was a client if this were to get denied. I should have placed this review long time ago. They dropped the ball on my case I paid a lot of money for them to only lose the evidence on court day. They simply said there s nothing we can do. In his video he explains how he likes to get people and court while there defenses are low. That is an accurate description of how they act when they can t/ couldn t win against the court. they take the same approach to their customers after that. If they re willing to fix this problem without additional cost to myself I d be glad to change the review.

I have listened extensively to Mr. Looney discuss his criminal defense trial strategy and dedication to clients online. Wow! The man is absolutely brilliant, bold, and dedicated. Without going into too much detail, a defendants entire life was at stake against a formidable accuser with unlimited tax-payer-funded resources to railroad them. Mr. Looney stood up, undaunted, like a fearless, quick-witted lion with a razor-sharp tongue to these false accusers and the entire state to ensure that truth prevailed even where odds were bleak and the deck was overwhelmingly stacked against the defendant. If I could choose a single defense attorney, in the world, to stand up for me to unscrupulous false accusers and morally apathetic prosecutors, it would be Mr. Looney. The world desperately needs more fierce warriors for truth and justice such as Mr. Looney. I highly recommend Mr. Looney if you seek nothing less than the best, boldest, toughest and smartest. Very rude receptionist. I called to find out how to schedule a consult for a family member s case. I don t know what the quality of the legal services are but the person who answered the phone made me feel like they were disinterested.

My review was removed some how trust me when I say get a attorney out of Houston. I had another attorney to look over the same case he told me I was railroaded by my attorney. It was my first probation for info and I didnt violate my probation your law sent me down a one way street without fighting for me at all. Go back in my case file an look at the evidence and police report.

Paul Looney and colleagues and staff are nothing short of amazing!!!! They take their time with you, they work with you while working for you. When Paul says give it to me and don t worry about it , that s exactly what you should do. He and his staff are brilliant, creative fighters who will stop at nothing to help you. They turned my case from indictment to dismissal. Not a plea, straight up dismissal! They work tirelessly, relentlessly, and carefully, leaving no stone unturned. When there is something for you to do or for you to know, they will tell you. Otherwise, hire these guys and live your life! They have your back. They own your case. The case doesn t own you! Don t say they are too expensive . Say what do I do to come up with the money to hire them then figure it out and do it. Paul is commanding in a courtroom. He reads everybody like a book and then fixes whatever the issue is!

After watching my daughter s previous attorney do absolutely nothing except take her money, I reached out to Trey Duhon for some friendly advise as I could not sit and watch my daughter and grand baby go thru this horrible nightmare any longer. Trey had recommended I contact Noah. So I spoke with my daughter and we scheduled appt to go see Noah and see what he could do. After discussing the case with Noah and he states he would take the case for a fee of $ . Expensive well let s see, get charged with wrong doing, be sentenced to double the normal time, lose custody of your baby over lies, be stuck at the mercy of others because you wanted a cheaper attorney. If you want an Experienced attorney that will fight for what s right for you and go the extra mile then no he is not expensive he is experienced and you pay for the knowledge, the know how to, the let s getter done the right way, the fair way, not the wrong way. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Every single penny! He doesn t stop working. I know I can call him day or night. He is very matter of fact. He is very explanatory about the law and how it applies to your case. He cares about his clients. You aren t just a check to him. He is going to ask tough questions. He has to in order to help you. If you want someone to fight you call Paul. I asked him so what do I do? His response was do what my smart clients do. Give it to me and don t worry about it. And I haven t. With Paul and his team protecting you, you can relax and know that they have your situation well in hand. He s not going to stop until he achieves what he believes is success in your case.

I went with my daughter to see Paul Looney today. This was our first visit with him and I can tell that he s going to be the right man for the job ! At first he s very serious and matter of fact but he eventually began to loosen up once he heard all of the information that he needed to hear to work on her case. We spent about 30 minutes with him and then he wanted to see his Paralegal, Diana Islas. She was also really nice and helpful. She allowed us to elaborate on what happened the night my daughter was arrested. I don t know what other attorneys charge but we re going to have to some up with $7500 between Aug 17th and December 17th.of 2018. How we re going to come up with the funds in 4 short months.. I have no clue. All in all, I m very thankful that a friend of mine referred him to us.
