I had to deal with a 1st degree felony for almost 2 years, it was devastating towards my friends and family, especially since the state was forcing evidence as vaguely as they could to force a trial. From removing dates of the crime so I cant have an alibi despite being out of the country for many months. To drug and alcohol abuse when I tried to submit as many drug test samples to show Ive never even drank in my life much less anything else. I honestly lost absolute hope even though my family, friends, boss and Co workers have all been understanding and supportive of this and tried to brace myself for trial. In the end when I was supposed to go to trial Mr. Lewis was able to get it dismissed. He can be strict at times because he needs to be. He knows what he is doing, you need to trust him and let him work, but you must also fight for yourself so he has more tools to help you. Everytime I had to do anything related to this charge I froze like a deer in headlights and Mr.Lewis would remind me to fight for my freedom. While I am absolutely disappointed in the legal system, Mr.Lewis, Mr.Wiggins and the rest of their team were angels that were able to guide me out of this nightmare.

Lost and discombobulated I didn t know where to go but from the first day I walked into Shane s office and I started explaining the subject of my visit, he explained to me what the process would look like and reassured me he will secure a full dismissal of my case. I m not sure where to begin however I will start with how quickly I was able to get my consultation scheduled. I researched many firms and decided to retain Shane Lewis due to his organization, knowledge, and transparency. Shane Lewis and his staff handled every aspect of the case From appointment/hearing reminders to how to obtain my occupational license so that I could drive while working through everything. Sometimes things were quite, however Anna or Laurel were just a call away - they weren t overly (unrealistically) comforting however they were there when you needed them and that was enough. I don t know how many times I called in tears. In April 2021, I came to Shane s office with a serious felony charge. For those that know anything about felony charges, it can be an uphill battle or impossible However, due to Shane s knowledge of the law, commitment, negotiation skills, and perseverance I left with a misdemeanor and an opportunity to bounce back.
