One of the best TX roadhouse experiences Ive ever had! Food was exceptionally good and service from bartender, Raven was outstanding! She was personable, friendly and considerate. I will be sure to make this a standard stop everytime I come to Amarillo from now on- instead of Saltgrass!

Saturday evening, 30 minutes of waiting time was completely ok. We were pleasantly surprised at how warm the food was, the steaks were medium rare and the staff was totally relaxed. As a little highlight, you can choose your steak from the fresh food counter. absolutely recommended!!!

Not the happiest experience we ve had at the Amarillo Location. Our waiter couldn t be found forever, the food took forever to come out and then was undercooked. No way we were sending back. The bar was slow with drinks and my husband witnessed not 1 but 2 employees walk out without washing their hands gross. Never saw a manager or would ve told them.

Great food and service, atmosphere way to loud. Way to tight between tables and main passageways. Wheelchair able to navigate, but really tight. Hostess kept asking us questions while walking and turning back to listen, however we would have had to scream any answers at her for her to hear us. Great server and food!!!

We placed our order, it arrived without one of the sides we ordered. My husband and I both ordered the green beans. We told the server (not our main server) who delivered our meals that we didnt get our green beans. He said that theyll be right up. After five minites, we tracked down our server and told her that we are still waiting on our green beans. She went to the kitchen and came back and said that they are out of green beans, and would we like something else. I said sure, how about salad. We were done with our meals when the freezing cold, frozen bits of lettuce salad arrived. They also arrived with croutons, which we specified we didnt want because we are gluten free. We dont live near that location, which is good because we wouldnt go back.

The server (I think her name was Tayrn) was at our table as soon as we sat down and had our drink orders to us promptly. Within 5 minutes of arrival we had our drinks and our food order was taken. My brother had the New York strip and wife had herb crusted chicken. Both were perfect. I had a Pittsburgh blue rare sirloin which was a little overdone but that is a hard one to get right. Tayrn offered to have the steak redone but it was close enough for me. Tayrn came by at least 6 times to check on us and refill our drinks during the meal. Glasses were never empty. Highly recommend this Roadhouse and this server.

Found out my brother is the problem cuz witnessed spit out gum in a urinal once. Customer Service: 5/5 Server quay was the earthquayke shake cuz he was so energetic. Even refilled our bread rolls and drinks before needing to even ask. Ambiance: 5/5 Felt like a true Texan here. Yeeeehawwww Food: 3.75/5 The bread rolls was heaven. Ugh. Sides were great. This is an above average Texas Roadhouse. On this visit we both had chicken. The Herb Crusted chicken and BBQ Chicken were both seasoned well and well cooked. The side salad was fresh and crisp. The Tater Skins were cooked well and had plenty of cheese and bacon. Ill definitely stop here again if Im in the area.

When we walked in and seen the hostess we asked if we could get our rolls toasted. We were told they would toast them and bring them to our Table when they were ready. A little later we asked our waiter and he went to check on it. He came back confused and asked questions about what we ment. He then stated that they could cut the rolls in half and toast them that way. We said that was fine. A little later he came back with more questions about our rolls. After the 3rd time of him returned with no toasted bread we just said forget it. When we were done with our meal we were cracking jokes about the bread. He then let us know that the manager told him to tell us we could get toasted rolls for a dollar per slice. I dont understand the big deal about the rolls being toasted when they are complimentary anyway. My sister got her country fried steak and it was so small. We love texas roadhouse and went to celebrate my sons birthday and received a lot of disappointment tonight. Its not hard to toast bread but to come to our booth 4 time with questions and then learning about the upcharge if we would have received the bread is a bit ridiculous.

If I could give less I would, simply for the customer service. Food being wrong or not tasting right can be forgiven and fixed but poor ownership (Rebecca Romero) gets passed down to your staff. We had a party of 5 and 4 ordered steaks, all rare or blue rare all came out dry, chewy, and 2 were overcooked due to the amount of time they sat under the heat lamp. We didnt complain as we were tired and hungry and still had hours to drive but the manager came to the table and asked How was everything? We were honest, not rude, but honest. After we told the manager how we felt, the manager gave a curt response and walked away, we finished our meal, paid our bill, topped out server and went to leave. Someone from the party talked to the manager when leaving and said If you did not want honest feedback you should not have asked. To which the manager replied I didnt know you were going to be so blunt. The person in our party was treated to the owner and manager being rude, disrespectful and giving misinformation about basic food knowledge. Bad food can be forgiven, horrible customer service and ownership cannot, we will never frequent another Texas Roadhouse.

I would warn anyone with kids to request a ground highchair if you have a squirmy kid that wants to grab everything on the table. One of my favorite places to eat. My steak was cooked exactly how I like it but it got to my table just warm. After a couple of bites, it was cool. My sweet potato was really good. My family and I went to celebrate my daughters graduation. Worst place ever to do this. We were a party of 21 Could not accommodate. We had a waitress and a waiter. They both were rude! AJ was one of them, I dont remember the girls name. A family member asked AJ if he had like some kind of salsa and his answer was NO! very rude, quick loud answer and walked away. The girl waitress gave a hassle about ordering more alcohol beverages. Than turned around and went to say something to AJ, so here he comes rude as heck asking who the drinks were for? At this point as enough of him. So I asked for manger, she came and was very nice I asked that AJ not come back. She was fine with that. They took awhile to get all our tickets in order, between the 3 of them. All to find out while we were outside said saying our goodbyes and taking pictures the manger comes out as if WE were the ones who were trying to dine and dash. She came out being just as rude as her workers, saying we needed to pay his bill someone didnt pay this bill. I tried to explain to her That my husband had paid two bills and I had the receipts. She refused to hear it kept stating that it was my bill and that I had to pay it. When everybody pulled their receipts out to find out the three of them messed up somehow gave me someone elses bill. Before this day we Loved roadhouse, we will never be back ever! Like I told the manger, the 3 of yall picked yalls job. You put in the application if you dont like your job then find another one. If youre having a bad day dont come in and take it out on your customers thats just unprofessional! DO BETTER ROADHOUSE FOR OTHERS WHO WILL BE BACK! this experience was a bad way to end a beautiful day. Thanks for screwing that up.

It was very crowded the day we dined there with graduation of 3 colleges and high schools in the area. Called with reservations for a set for time to be notified when ready. 6 was a wait of 40 minutes for a table to be seated. Wait staff was friendly and helpful in seating our group, taking drink orders and appetitzers. Giving us time to look over the menu to make selections and ask questions for choices of food based on dietary restrictions. Food was delivered in a time based on crowded conditions of the day. My food was not done as requested, and it was handled in a very professional manner by a management team member. Dietary restrictions: Salt restrictions and other dietary needs for food. Our waitress worked with each of us to have our food prepared to how we could eat. Asking questions to help ensure our food was done to our needs. We had a small problem with the preparation of my food, and it had to be sent back for more grill time. Management was on top of the situation and worked to correct it so I could eat. Parking: Parking is limited to the area of business, which is surrounded by other restaurants and fast food business. Kid-friendliness: The kids menu has smaller portions of the samel menu as for adults of steak, chicken, seafood, and vegetables. Drinks are served in cups with lids. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is in front and to the side of the building with built-in ramps to access the front entrance of the building. If crowded as the day we chose, to eat there accessibility was difficult getting to the we were seated in and very little space for a wheelchair or other mobility device.

Big steak! Very satisfying with their beef and service! Got energy for a long drive. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also very cool. Got inspiration by eating good steak for creating my Texas art!

A great location with wonderful staff and delicious food! Vegetarian options: Menu has a few vegetarian salads. Dietary restrictions: Can customize your meal as needed. We lost our home in the wild fires on Feb 27 24 its now April 18 and were still living in the motel. We have been eating here a lot and I mean al ot. They have a great selection and we have not once had a bad experience. We arent eating the same thing every day and everything they have cooked has been perfect. In our opinion it is the best steajhouse in town. We have not dined in its always been take out. So I can say if they put that much in to take out the dine in must be off the charts. Thanks Texas Roadhouse! Kid-friendliness: We have a 6yo who like most kids is picky. But he loves the. Country fried steak and just about everything else he has had off the menus.. and cant get enough of the cheesecake..
