Bar was empty, only 10-15 people there. My wife and I were the only ones at the bar and she played a song on the touch tunes. The owner didn t like the Dixie chicks song she played and loudly asked what derogatory term played this song. We ll never ever go back to this awful bar

Some of the clientele already there were,, how should I say?; somewhat, just a little bit? anti-social.! (Probably regulars! ) But The rest of the staff and bartender was pleasantly accommodating nice & friendly,but also very- busy!!? Another young lady arrived shortly after Me, Very polite, social, & cultured, with a highly refined sense of etiquette, Incredibly refreshing & very pleasant conversation. The rest of the clientele seem to be with their own personal groups . Or somewhat, preoccupied with their cellular devices ! It is certainly not, like the same place that it was back in the middle 70s,, and early 80s..,,, and thats probably a good thing.?

We frequent this establishment often, and the food is usually really good. However, this past Sunday night, my wife and I stopped in for a pizza and a beer. When it was delivered, the crust looked burnt. I tried a slice, and it was hard. I told the waitress. She asked if we wanted another one. I explained to her that normally, I would have said yes, except it was late, and it took them 40 minutes to get the pizza to us. She told the cook, and we were rewarded with a sorry. Hmmm, it seems like more could have been done. I should also add that the waitress stated the cook told her that its a new pizza dough, and he was worried the cheese didnt fully melt. Thats why he left it in there longer. So the cook knew he burnt it.

new staff is terrible. shot pours are about half of what other bars in area pour, its not cheap either. and the door guy locks the door so he can get his big butt home asap, i get off work at 1:30 am most of the time so its always been troublesome to make it to any bar before last call. til i found mccullars, i went here anough that they understood and threw me a break on the time now and then. but tonight is the 3rd time ive gotten there before 1:45a and door was locked. im tired of wasting my gas to try to get there before last call just so employees can take the easy/lazy road and not earn my regular business as ive been a regular for over a year now. wont happen again. mccullars irish pub wont be getting another dime from me. this place used to be great, no wonder they are empty now days on days that usually would be a packed parking lot. damn shame. dont see this location lastibg much longer tbh

Ive been there 3 times to pick up meals to eat at home. Ive tried different items each time and each selection has been excellent. Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped parking spaces and a ramp for wheelchairs to go up to the sidewalk. Its a bit tight for a chair to enter but I opened and held the door for a couple in wheelchairs to enter, and they made it in on their own through the open door. A staff member carried their order out and held the door open for them.

Bad service.. Bartenders are more worried about eating and smoking than customer service. I asked to get the channel changed to the NBA Jess flat out refused to try. The male bartender tried twice between eating his pizza and complaining about Halloween decorations. Then went to smoke his cigarette. I was gonna order food but the focus seemed to be on flirting with each other and regulars so I paid for my half beer that I drank and left. The place looks like it has potential but the service is horrendous.

Love this spot. Generally always clean and staff is chill. Cannot go wrong with $1 pool games to the left. Heads up. If you take a date here, make sure you sit in the center or the right side of the venue because the music volume is lower and youll be able to hear each other talk. The left side (where the $1 pool is) is much much louder so its super hard to hear without yelling

Good staff that can make you a drink based on the parameters you specify. Food isnt bad for the price. Fries are decent. Not phenomenal. You will need your Id at the door. Bouncer will tell you like 1 warning before saying youre out so that kinda harshes the mood. Plenty of pool tables. Some arcade games surround the walls if you dont want to play billiards. I like that they give you your card back near immediately when you open a tab. Theyll turn the lights at 1:45 am for closing time.

The general manager/owner needs to be on top of his venue, customer service still does exist but not at this location. Rain your staf properly before you leave them alone without guidance. Went there at 11pm with the wife and daughter and was told that after 9pm they would not serve food to a minor. We were not there to drink and the guy that stopped us didnt even ask. After we left and the door closed that when you see on the window at waist height they no one under 21 is allowed which I doesnt state that on there webpage. I took my money else where. Went for a group gathering. The waitress was very attentive and quick for such a large group. Unfortunately we were there to watch a sporting event and some in the group had their kids with them. We were informed that those with kids would have to leave because at a certain time no one under legal age is allowed after that time. So that pretty much broke up the group and everyone left. They lost a lot more business because of that.

The waitress steal your card. I ordered food at the bar, gave the waitress my card for payment and waited at the bar. 15 mins passed and she still hadnt come back with my card. An hour passed and nothing, so I asked another waitress at the bar, and she tells me that the other one is looking for me. My response is, Ive been standing right here. The manager was notified and every employee there looked for her and she was no where to be found. Keep in mind, I havent gotten my food or my card it had been 2 hours at that point. She finally appeared and tell me she gave me back my card, and instead of keep going back and forth, I asked her where was I when she gave me my card and her response was, she didnt remember. All that to say, she stole my card and I had to cancel it. I will never host another event or anything there again. They steal and will lie about it. I was not drunk because I dont drink.

Nice spacious bar, clean with many things to do... Pool, darts, basketball and air hockey, electronic games and claw machines. Full menu and tons of drink options. The food was delicious, the bar can make basically anything you ask for. The staff was amazing! The girls walking the floor are super friendly and attentive and the bartenders kept their guests smiling and drinks full. Im pretty sure this place is somewhat new, check it out! This Pub is right down the street, so I was really hopeful that it would be a great place to grab a bite, a few drinks and play games with friends. Went for the 4th time the other night with 2 friends, hoping it would be better. Bartender didnt even put olives in a dirty martini.I returned it, as I couldnt drink it. We ordered an Irish Pizza which was supposed to have corned beef on it.. there may have been 4 little pieces of meat on it, and a frozen pizza from home would have been much better. It was soggy and really bad. Every time I go, there is a new server, who is just learning the ropes. There is a security guy at the door. But I wasnt worried about anything happening as there were so few people there, on a Saturday night. Sadly, I will not be going back. I was so hoping this would be the place to go for Good Food and Great Drinks. Please change things up!

This was definitely not a great experience. The server was great but the pizza and drinks were lacking flavor and uniqueness. The pizza tasted like a chef boyardee pizza kit with less than a quarter of a pound of meat in the Irish pizza. We were excited to it, nothing I would have again. The other complaint was the dirty Grey Goose martini. Fake olive juice is never a good idea, NEVER. It tasted awful. And olives had to be asked for. That was extremely odd. This place was great as the Fix and the Hound but the new owner is cutting too many corners. Oh, lastly, the sound system.

My go-to pub! Established, recognized and welcomed every time. 8ft hourly tables and 7ft bar boxes, plus other arcades. Never a dull moment at North! Still a hot spot for dancing and a solid DJ! Downside, is that when sht happens there is no real, obvious security. Cameras? Oh but this is my fams and I solid location to chill, to shoot pool, dance, jam to the DJ and meet great people with positive spirits!

First lets talk about the bar aspect, this bar does not have the ingredients to mix and old fashioned (simple syrup, bitters and whisky). At no point in my adult life has that ever been a problem. FOOD, I ordered fish and chips(how can that get messed up); well the fried fish was HORRID only way to describe it, I ordered extra shrimp which were mushy some how. Fries were almost stone cold. Any expectations I had for this establishment were dashed, I will never entertain friends here.

Cheap eats that are just OK. Cheap drinks. Friendly staff that kept our drinks filled and were great! The music was cool when we first got there, but at some point, they cranked it up so loud that conversation became impossible, and it stayed that way for the rest of the night. Im OK with loud music, but it was like at a club level, and this is no club. I would say its a good place to have a couple drinks and some apps. I really enjoyed the wings tonight Pool tables , shuffle board , darts and good amount of TVs. I was able to catch an NBA game during my visit tonight. A UFC fight was on too so maybe they show fights here..? Not 100% sure on that one. Good service and good vibes. If you buy 3 beers here they may charge you $50 dollars. I was WAY over charged here. Never had any issues till now. I talk with someone early Tuesday about the over charge and gave them all my info about the charge and where to reach me. It is now Thursday and i went by the establisment twice with no answers or no solution. All the ladies working there were looking at me like a deer in the heads lights. Lost. Didnt what to do.Wanting to help but not sure what to do. Waiting for a manager to respond to all of their messages. So who is this manager? Is this how how you run a business?

Great food with a fun atmosphere! The staff was very friendly. Had a blast playing pool and darts. We will definitely be back!
