Got my food late, called numerous times before they answered, then when they did I was told they cant give me a refund for the food that was missing from my order. That they can offer me a credit, even though Im not living here at the time. Manager didnt even talk to me had worker Jesus do it, not his fault the manger sucks.

Sushi isnt what it was 15 years ago. If you wanna eat a rolls with 98% cream cheese and tiny bits of meat.eat at makis. The sushi was poor quality and I thought kumori was bad. This took the cake. I ended up throwing up for 4 hours after digesting the sushi. I wont be returning here again.

We called ahead and ordered a Maki Box which comes with 4 rolls, rice, and wings. We were told it would take 40 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant at the indicated time, they told me it would be out shortly, I waited an additional 20 minutes, total of one hour! The food was decent, but the wait time is crazy! I would come here very often a few years back but now that we re rediscovering it, the place looks rundown and the service isn t all that great. We also attempted to go during our lunch hour a few weeks back, but they took too long just to take our drink order so we ended up having to pick up some food elsewhere. Like I said, the food is good, the service is mediocre, but the wait time is too long

Dont waste your time here. We placed a carry-out order at 2:29 PM on a Saturday afternoon. We were told it would be ready in 40 minutes. So we show up at 3:10 PM to pick up the food. Still not ready. They charged us, and we had to wait another 20 minutes. A total of 60 minutes to wait for the food. This place used to be a decent spot back in 2009, but the management and owners of this place clearly dont care about it anymore.

I eat sushi about 3-4 times a week and have always been to the same place, my friends took me here and absolutely fell in love. I ve been here about 3 times now and I d say the price is fair not expensive not too cheap. The mixed bowl of rice is really good, and not too sticky like other places. Really recommend the fiery roll which has Hot Cheetos, and the shrimp crunchy roll.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst place to eat, just take out time, 1 hour wait, tables waiting for food. Sanitation boats with dirty water. What is the excuse for lack of workers to maintain a business? As an owner, you have to give order and keep the business clean. The wait is horrible, only one Sushi Man, everything comes out slowly. Biased review. Sushi is my favorite guilty pleasure. I mainly order take out now and each time, things have gone smoothly. They call back when your order is almost done, they also have a system so they know your name and the vehicle you drive. Its really organized. All the sushi rolls have been consistent and I rate it in my top 3 sushi places.

You guys, for the price, this is the best sushi bar around. Modest atmosphere with great service and portions. The sushi was fresh and the mixed rice delicious. I love that they give little bottles of eel sauce, spicy mayo, and Sriracha on your table. Definitely going back

Really great sushi. I had low expectations but I was surprised with the explosion of flavors once myvwife and I we tasted one,, we ended up finishing them all. RUDEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I literally call. And call. & call. And WHEN THEY FINALLY DO ANSWER, they place me on hold. Okay, whatever, I can wait. The issue here is when you have me on hold for 5 mins, answer the phone hello? And when I respond yes? You proceed TO HANG UP ON ME. Either 1) don t answer the phone. 2) ever since last year, the place has gone to complete ***. The phone service get disconnected, they hang up on you, place you hold forever or just ignore you 3) if they do answer, prepare to WAIT. Long.I ve waited 1 hour and a half for two rolls. 4) they never give you your correct change back. They pocket it. And when you do ask, they get upset. 5) I ve heard the chef pick and chose if he wants to have an order placed or not. I ve also heard him say how long to make them wait depending how he feels 6) I once ordered a sushi roll that was made completely wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt time and time again. But screw this place and the mediocre staff that has been hired and the owners who lack the competency to understand how bad this will affect them in the long run. Nice maki, you just lost a long time customer over the woman in the counter with the accent who hung on me. I was polite. Stick it where it hurts

I took one personal box that included one roll, five boneless chicken and fries. I choose the shrimp roll, it was really yummy with the bread crumbs on top of it, kinda sweet. My husband and I love the sushi from this place. We have never had any sushi so delicious; however, the service is questionable. Late post, been a little busy lately. Its been almost 4yrs since Ive been here. This is probably my favorite local sushi restaurant. My favorite roll from Maki is the Fire Cracker Roll. The crushed Hot Cheetos on top and the cream cheese in the middle is the perfect match. Now this time I wanted to try some new. As I was looking over the menu, I came across a section called Hot Maki. The Rockefeller sounds so good that I had to try it. Dont let the picture discourage you from trying it. It was in a to go tray, because the lobby is closed. This roll is superb roll.

we ordered 2 rolls only , we waited outside in our truck for an hour and half . we called them several times and try it kept saying they would come out with food but yet again we had to call . Did not leave since wife wanted to try the food , but never again , when asked what took too long all they said there was a delayed . this place sucks do not recommend , ruined our day .

Sushi isnt sushi unless its from Maki sushi bar. The special they have during the week is amazing. Any roll. Any way. All at a price thats affordable. The Maki rice makes it even better. My wife and I try to go as often as possible. I eat sushi at other locations but Maki sushi bar is always top notch. Its my first choice for sushi. Staff is always friendly and prompt.

Hate Hate Hate it here...customer service is horrible waited 2 hrs for food that was sitting on counter..asked 4x on ETA NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME. Dont waist your hard earned money with them. Family Company...& manager..only cared for them. Zero stars

Sushi is good, but service is Horrible!!!! Takes 30-40 min for food to be ready, then takes 15-20 minutes to get through to someone by phone once your there to pick up, and theyll put you on hold if your unlucky.. Basically if you got an hour or so to spare go for it.

Order was supposed to be ready at 110 pm and its now 140 pm and Im still here waiting. I placed the order at 12 since they stated it would appx 45-50. Sitting in my car for 30 plus minutes is a waste of time.

Terrible service. They told me it would be an 45 minutes. I called An hour and half later and they told me they were putting the rolls in the box I ordered. Still here waiting and it s been an hour and 45 minutes. Never again.

Over 2 HOURS to get our food!!!!! They jept saying 20 more munites 10 more minites. Not offered a discount or apology. Only reason we waited was because we had other people waiting on it. Apparently they have issues with time management and have done nothing to fix this problem. Super disappointing.
