This restaurant gave me food poisoning. The manager Israel didn t seem to care. Contact with me was extremely poor. I came into the restaurant for a refund the manager didn t even seem like he wanted to talk to me. He wouldn t even give me a full refund for their overpriced burgers! I drove an hour from where I live to come get a refund. This man lacks professionalism and empathy. I will never be stepping inside this establishment again.

I ve been picking up from this location for quite some time and I ve never had an issue with getting a small complimentary cup of water. But when I came in today Jeffery refused to give me a complimentary cup of water stating that management told them to not give out water cups to people that are not customers. As a courier for the delivery apps I am an extension of a customer. I work with a company that contracts with this business to deliver food to their customers, I work very hard and it s been extremely hot so I don t understand the harm in giving couriers cups of water. I don t always ask for one. If this directive has indeed come from management it s shameful. I came in the store this evening.

I have hated 5 Guys for a VERY long time. I could not for the life of me understand the hype. The first time I tried it I had a double cheeseburger with the works, and Cajun fries. The burger was bland, and soggy. Not even the condiments could save it. HOWEVER! I recently visited this 5 Guys and got a bacon double with cheese, and the works in a lettuce wrap. They made me a believer. The patty was flavorful and CLEARLY seasoned. The condiments complimented, and the lettuce was fresh. Paired with a Minute Maid light Lemonade? It was perfect. I will definitely be back.

This has happened multiple times when ordering for delivery through Uber eats and this Five Guys restaurant where Uber eats does not allow a request for condiments, so I call into the store personally and request condiments and they double check they repeat my order information and they say no problem well do it for you, but when the food gets here no condiments such as ketchup and vinegar, etc., are added. I am finally posting about this now and about this specific store because during this power outage due to Hurricane Beryl, we literally have no condiments in a refrigerator as weve lost everything on day 7 of the power outage here in the Spring/Woodlands area and I called in imploring our situation that its really important we receive at least some ketchup and some vinegar for our +$40 order, they were very nice and said yes of course well add it --and yet, once again, when the order got to us of course it did not include any of the condiments but more than that the milkshake was completely melted and the fries for both orders were soggy and undercooked, so we are stuck with $40 worth of food with poor quality and not even condiments to save it. When I called back to this Five Guys store I was placed on a very long hold talk to the manager and he was just like look, what do you want me to do? and I was like you really need to talk to your staff, this was not just a basic miscommunication given how many times this happens at your specific restaurant... and he had no response, no way of making it right, basically not even the common courtesy of sorry ... So, basically, if you are eating here just go in person make sure you have everything you need and that the quality is as expected do not try to order out from this restaurant specifically

We had the little burger x 2. We ordered 1 drink and small fries. It was perfect. If you dont over indulge then it wont break the bank and save yourself sticker shock. We still paid $ 28 for our order. $14 per person average. No value but the burgers were great.

5/4/24 7:30pm Stopped by tonight, thought we would give it a try. Burgers are plentiful and there are lots of toppings tochoosee from. Do NOT recommend the LARGE fries as it is far too much, (unless your a family of 4), and the fries are loaded down with salt. Other than the salty fries, food was ok 7.5 out of 10 (Prefer Jacks Burgers over this) I give 4 stars because of the atmosphere in the restaurant, namely the cooks and kitchen help behind the counter. They were very loud, arguing with each other over nothing and very distracting.

Usually they are very good. Today the fries were soggy and not good. They happily remade them and the result was only slightly better but still not good. My experience at this location included terrible service. Being ignored. Not even looked at when trying to pick up a to go order. I also didn t like someone on the grill asking customers what they are ordering. I don t want to yell my order and I really don t want to hear others yell theirs. Possibly understaffed but they weren t very busy. And nobody smiled.

I love me some 5Guys little bacon cheese burgers. They always grill the green peppers & jalapenos for me with the onions & mushrooms. Its not priced for fast food, but its OH so worth it. The atmosphere is 1950s open style kitchen and I adore being able to see the employees in action & how clean everything is. I also like that theyve free peanuts & always put where the potatoes were sourced. This location could wipe down tables more regularly, but they will if you ask. Bathrooms are clean, too.

His pleasent attitude and willingness to be helpful really made this visit special. Not the cheapest place but was an above average quality. Had a standard burger and a medium fries which I shared with my wife. Came to $20. The burger was nice with a good char and a large assortment of free toppings such as fresh jalapenos, grilled fresh mushrooms and grilled onions. Now the fries were outstanding. A large portion (next time I will share a smaller size with my wife) of fresh cut potatoes. And they were crispy, and stayed crispy down to the last one! The best fries anywhere!

Food was great! Staff was top notch! Pricing... Absurd and not necessary. Payroll for a business owner IS the greatest expense. However, the owner is only employing 3 individuals for the shift. So, that overhead isnt that high. Potatoes are half the meal for the consumer here and arent that expensive for the buyer. My question is, why maintain the prices so high? I got a cheeseburger and small fry with a free water cup for $18.06 after tax. Unfortunately, I wont be dining at any Five Guys chain restaurants in my future.

Is this how its done in HOUSTON! This is a less than a star review. Terrible experience. I am new to the area from another stat. On Saturday evening I visited this location to get myself some dinner. I stood in line as the lady was assisting someone and there was another person standing on the side. I wasnt sure if she was waiting to order or for her order. The cashier which seemed like a manager went to handle what seemed to be something in the kitchen. I waited patiently as no one said hello or acknowledged me as a customer. Another customer stepped to the register to order and the cashier walked over to assist him. I say to her Ive been waiting to order she responded your picking up an order? Here it was 20.00 for burger and fries. With that being said you wont be disappointed with the goodness of the food. The fries are tasty and the burgers juicy. Theres always an abundance of fries.

You re better off going to Pappas for the quality and quantity . The customer service was also subpar. I wasn t even greeted when I walked in . I just left restaurant and I have to say the 3 people working in that place did a phenomenal job kicking out orders. Totally under staffed they worked every order. Had a black curly hair in my fries. Went in and workers were not required to wear hair nets or beard nets! Bought through Uber eats.
