The food is amazing but we sat at the bar, it was pretty quiet and it still took a while to get service. There were people sitting close to us already eating so I dont think we were easy to miss. But once we got waited on everything was good. Just took a while at first.

I have dine in and ordered out from here many many times. But this time when I ordered my combination pho and got home my soup broth was cold. I called because I was disappointed, and apparently the manager, Kyle doesn t care too much to keep me as a customer, and came up with Erik in the book instead of trying to find a suitable solution. I don t know about you but being served a cold soup is unacceptable.

I thought the food was not good, I got the lo-mein. It was just regular spaghetti noodles, it was really bland and expensive to top it off, I do not recommend. However the atmosphere was nice and the girls that worked there were really nice.

Very nice place, I have been there several times and the food is delicious, but it bothered me a lot that I have gone there twice and they told me that the kitchen closes at 9:45 pm, more than an hour before the restaurant closes, and they should inform them in some way because they make you drive there. After all, the map says it is open, but it doesnt say that you can no longer buy food and you waste time and gas for nothing, and they dont realize that it is a problem for the consumer.

Ive been to this restaurant 4-5 times now. My experiences have always been great, the bartenders are extremely efficient, very nice, and very accommodating. I spoke to the female manager very harshly on my last visit. I thought that she was reprimanding one of the bartenders right in front of me. After speaking with both bartenders, this was not the case. With the music, and ambient background noise, I mistook the situation completely. My apologies to the manager in question. This is a great restaurant to visit, incredible beer list, and the food is on point. Top notch service as well... I highly recommend...

My friend and I were visiting Arlington to see a Texas Rangers game and after the game we needed somewhere to eat. So we decided on BFF Asian Grill and we were not disappointed. The food was ROCK SOLID. I was quite impressed with how many options there were for food. Also the fact they they had pretty much all the classic items from almost every Asian cuisine, oohh baby! My friend decided to go the Japanese route and had the miso, edamame and two of the sushi rolls (I forget which ones). Doesnt matter really because they both were delicious! One was deep fried and the other one had avocado and tuna on top. Both, delectable. As for me, I went the Vietnamese route and had the spring rolls and wings with the Vietnamese sauce. The spring rolls were bouncy, soft, fresh and rolled perfectly! Came with two sauces, nuoc cham and peanut sauce, both complimented the rolls wonderfully. The wings were just how I like them, crunchy and crispy! I caught myself lickin my fingers with the salty umami sauce. Oh! And the caramel cheesecake was yummy as well! Emily our waitress answered all our questions well and was very friendly. Prices also reasonable. Would recommend and come again if in the area!

Due to our location in the Metroplex we have not been over to BFF in several years. We decided to meet my parents there for lunch yesterday. The food was as amazing as we remembered. We started with the crab rangoons, which are the best we have ever had. We also had edamame which was very good. My wife had the shrimp fried rice and I had the beef fried rice and both entrees were fresh and delicious. My parents had the Kung Pao chicken and the Orange chicken and they both enjoyed their meals as well. The lunch portions left plenty leftover for dinner that evening. Our server Angel was amazing and attentive and did an excellent job. The only downside is that we live so far away now and cannot regularly visit this location. Keep up the great work!!!

I stopped in for a midweek lunch and ordered the Pho Combination Seafood. It was really good, although its a bit pricey. The menu has a lot of Vietnamese dishes with pho, banh mi, rolls, vermicelli, and rice dishes. They also have a large sushi menu with 50+ items to choose from.

First time trying BFF. We enjoyed everything, Calamari, Coconut Shrimp, Vietnamese wings, and fried rice. All dishes were well seasoned, and large portions. Wife enjoyed her ocean breeze drink, and my avocado milkshake with boba was good too. We will definitely be coming back to try more.

I came BFF, I was sat at a table and no one came and even spoke! I ended up moving myself and my daughter to the bar to get service! I ordered a mango cart beer and a shot of cognac. I got my shot but the bartender forgot my beer, I had to remind her which is fine ! My daughter ordered 10 lemon pepper wings she only received 5 and after our order came no one came backed and checked on us but I have Caucasian to the right of me and the left of me and they keep getting asked if they are ok by the manager Mike but he never asked if we were good. I ve been waiting 20 minutes just to ask for a to go box and to pay my bill, this is just ridiculous!!! If I could give a 0 star for service I would!!!

The food is great here which is why we visit it. However, the place is not being looked after well. The restrooms are dirty and dingy looking with uninviting lighting which just adds to the poor state of the restrooms. There were towels on the floor which look like were put there to contain a leak on the hallway to the restrooms. The floors feel sticky and not cleaned well. The tables also feel wiped with dirty rags and make them feel sticky and unsanitary. Our server, though efficient, but did not smile and seemed so tired to be working there. The lack the customer service to make the patrons feel welcomed. The door to the kitchen seems to be falling off and is just left open. I just wish the management take care of the maintenance of the place and make the place decent and take care of the little things. When the place was first opened it was very nice. Now it looks and feels aged falling apart. However, food and drinks are always great.

First time here, very friendly and attentive staff, huge place with plenty of seating. I came to try the bahn mi, and ended up getting the Lemmongrass beef topped with an egg over easy and some avocado. Never had this option anywhere else before, but I ll tell you what, it is the absolute best bahn mi I have had in a very long time. The lemmongrass beef was very flavorful and cooked to perfection, melted in my mouth! The bun was just right, and the veggies were on point and perfectly marinated. As for the rating, I d give it a 10/10 ! I will definitely be back for it again! I also had the grilled pork spring rolls. They add crunchy wonton into them which was a happy change and great addition to a great treat. I would also rate these 10/10!! The peanut sauce was just right! Creamy and flavorful. Parking: It s in a big shopping center so there are plenty of parking sports in the front sides and back, as well as plenty of seating and tables inside and out. This place is our favorite place to visit when we pass by or visit Arlington. However the management is really not taking care of the place. The bathrooms are disgusting, dark and not all welcoming. The floors are sticky and wet and the place is not clean. There were towels in the corner on hallway to the bathrooms. Floor was wet not sure if this from leaks. The restaurant floor and tables are not clean as expected. Everything seems sticky. The servers seem not friendly. A smile and cheerful demeanor would go a long way to make it a pleasant experience. Our server just seemed not happy at her job. Great food but a bad experience.

I was invited out And this was an option chosen by my suitor as he said it had great vibes, food and drinks. I will agree with him. The atmosphere was good for a meetup. They had a lot of great choices on the drink menu and the food menu. It actually was challenging for me to decide. I cant remember what the gentleman had but it looked good. I had the tuna tower and it was a pleasant surprise, very fresh. I had a watermelon margarita and he had some mix with tequila HE said it was good. The major thing that I would say needs attention is the restrooms. It needs a detail cleaning, especially the air vents. It needs regular attention as well, especially on a Friday night. Overall. I enjoyed myself and could see myself returning.

We were recommended to come here, there was good choice on the menu. I really enjoyed the sushi however some of the other dishes were what we expected. There was a lot of cheese in the wontons which overpowered the other flavours. The pad Thai was good but not the best Ive had. Service was great. This place was nice and open. First the menu had lots of great options to choose from. The menu had something for every person. Also the servers had the nicest tone and were very patient. We got our food quickly. The food was so good, it was sweet, salty, savory, and easy. The decorations in the room included twinkle lights, awesome wallpaper, and the coolest chairs. Surprisingly good! My husband and I are in town for the Cowboys game and wanted to go to a walking distance restaurant from our hotel. The BFF restaurant has a bar side with high tables and a restaurant side with low tables. We sat in the bar side so we could watch the Playoff game on the TVs. The food was pretty good! I had the teriyaki chicken and shrimp with fried rice. My husband had the rolls as well as sashimi and nigiri. The rice plate was decent but the sushi rolls were amazing! BFF is great for a quick family get-together, especially everyone loves the food. We had no problem getting seated with our party of 7 and had very attentive waitstaff. I have been coming here for years, and by far my favorite place to get pho and enjoy friends. They have an amazing selection of beer wine and alcohol, Their menu selection is huge and they have something for everyone. The place was not busy when we arrived. We were seated as soon as we got there. The table was dirty, so they cleaned it before we sat down. The rag used was dirty, made the table smell. I feel like they were slow enough to keep the place cleaner. Our server was excellent, she check in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered green tea to drink. It was great, not too sweet. The sampler was delicious. The serving sizes were quite large. We got full before finishing out meals. The food was good but not the best I have had. The menu here is extensive, with regular Vietnamese food options, such as pho and vermicelli bowls to Japanese sushi and even a few Thai dishes. Great place to eat or drink or better yet, eat and drink. BFF offers a casual vibe with a large bar and lounge area just beyond the host stand. Ive been here half a dozen times and had knowledgeable and attentive servers each time, sample many of the apps and entrees, and partaken of many drink specials. Today my wife and I split the calamari (unique approach - ask for extra jalepenos!) which I somehow forgot to picture. She then had the bánh mì while I chose the beef bird nest noodles (which came with a surprising quantity of beef!). Well be back again soon.

This is a frequent work lunch haunt. The menu is ridiculously extensive. Like, novel-length. But that means theres something here for everyone - everything from pho, to stir fries, to sushi. If its vaguely Asian and not from India, theyve probably got some version of it. The vegetarian options are solid but not extensive - do be aware that the Vegetarian section of the menu isnt all there is if youre going the plant-based route. The vegan pho, veggie sushi rolls, and tofu pad Thai are elsewhere. Theyll also work with substitutions and the quality is quite good - not the absolute best of anything, but really solid offerings of everything. I recommend the Buddhas Monday with lemongrass tofu, doused in the various delicious condiments they have on the table. The veggie tempura roll is also quite tasty. Theres no lunch menu, and the portions are quite generous, so if youre here for lunch, either bring an appetite or prepare to have some leftovers. Theyve also got a great draft beer selection and an excellent cocktail menu for those of you who arent returning to productivity after your meal. The service is also on point - Ive never had an order come out wrong, and the waiters have even good sports when an obnoxious friend gleefully quizzes them on how well they know the massive menu (we have been impressed on multiple occasions). They clearly know their stuff. Ambiance is bright, airy, and rather noisy. Think the classier end of giant murals and mirrors and TVs. Very Western, though - this is not your standard Chinese restaurant decor. Theyre definitely rocking the sports bar vibe, and it gets *quite* noisy during dinner hours. This would be a terrific place to watch whatever game youre planning to watch this weekend. Lots o TVs, and the bar area is quite nice. Theres also a very pleasant outdoor patio with a nice fountain for days when the weather isnt gross. Just be aware that the patio chairs have a pretty impressive recline (Laid back. Literally.), and if you sit right beside the fountain youll probably get sprinkled on occasionally. Sushi seemed a bit expensive but was very good. Happy hour specials were very affordable. Bar had many beers on tap and full liquor stock. I got the Korean BBQ beef that included a dozen pieces of bone with nothing but a little gristle on them. Not what youd expect at $25 for the plate. Crab rangoon appetizer was good. The server seemed bothered we were there. No pre-bus or refill without asking.

Vegetable Pho The vegan pho broth is simmered with charred onions, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, dried shiitakes, carrots, daikon, star anise, cinnamon, peppercorns, fennel & coriander seeds! Garnished with green onion, red onion & cilantro!! This Veggie Pho was soooo amazingly flavorful!! I am coming back sooner than soon! They also have weekly specials that I want to take advantage of too! Finally got to try out @bff_lamar & was not disappointed whatsoever! Great Veggie options! Absolutely outstanding service to start. We wanted to get takeout but still sit for a drink, which I know is unusual and not liked for a couple reasons. They were very friendly from the hostess to the server, let us sit in dining room too. Food came out faster than expected and was amazing when we ate it at our hotel. Great service, great food, fair prices for the portions.

The food here is amazing. Great tasting, generous portions, a huge selection of food, fast, and amazing service. The fact that everything is amazing and the choices almost endless, it keeps you coming back to try them all. The menu is at least 10 pages and resembles a book, so theres something for everyone. The price is a little steep but not overpriced because you definitely get what you pay for.
