It was ok not great but ok I was there to do drug test for a new job I gave my sample to the tech she put sample in a small jar an through out the left over then she tells me she needed more I asked her why she threw the left over I have did enough for both samples and she said she didnt know she needed second one ..I had to drink fountain water tasted horrible...and wait til I had to go again...what an inconvenience..then need to be more careful

5 STARS but I have to point out, the nurse or tech kinda treats you like a criminal. They made me lift up my pants to expose my socks and empty my pockets (like TSA). The only difference is they dont pat you down, they dont stare at you while youre in the bathroom (that would have ruined my experience), you only get 10 minutes to produce your sample (I wish Id known that prior to my visit). I didnt like the feeling of being timed to urinate. (Bring plenty of water). I guess theyre strict/firm because they deal with difficult people all day IDK. The actual lab test was done right in front of me and I liked that aspect. I tested negative for like 10 substances but they wouldnt let me take a picture of my results. Im writing this extensive review to help the next person feel at ease with their experience. BTW, I think you can fail the test if you accidentally flush the toilet or cant urinate within 10 minutes. You may want to call and ask them before you stop by.
