Im writng this review while staying in this hotel. This place is disgusting for the price we paid. Room has weird smell, carperts are very dirty to walk without slippers and stained.beds are not comfortable at all pillows are shrinked.Everything looks very very old and dirt everywhere. Im not recommend this hotel to anybody and never ever going to stay in here. Disgusting experience ever had !!!!

So the place was under renovation and it looks awful. My room was not worth the $ buy any means. First pic is the shower in our room and look at the shower rod. Then the 3rd pic is of the dirt or scum accumulated on the shower head. Then the room and all the things wrong with it. Then the pics of outside was my view from the 2nd floor of the Wingate by Wyndham. Personnel was perfect and I dont like giving a 2 star but the rooms were gross and I had to lay down there.

My wife checked in for a week on 22 May. The following day the room was not made up. The front desk informed her that they only do cleaning every other day... Despite the web page for the hotel clearly stating that there is Daily Housekeeping. Corporate stated that these hotels are franchises and theres nothing they can do about it. Keep this in mind while searching for a hotel. Honesty??

The hotel is a bit run down, the vending machines and ice maker on our floor didn t work, the rooms seemed clean but had a musty smell. The pool area was very messy from the night the before, wet towels everywhere even in the pool. The rest of the pool area seems run down rusty racks and signs falling apart. It does look like they might be updating some things like one day we saw furniture being moved in. They had a nice breakfast set up also.

WARNING: Proprietors charged me for stay that I cancelled 2 weeks before travel (flexible reservation). Wyndham refused to help me out even though I booked with their system. The owners are despicable creatures who tried to say I called to confirm my reservation when I was trying to understand why I was getting notifications about a stay I cancelled. Real shame as I have been a long time wyndham customer and now will be switching to a new chain.

We have stayed at this hotel 4xs in the last 12 months visiting a family member who is very ill. This past stay our family had 2 rooms as all the brothers and sisters came to visit. Our rooms were not prepared for customers, they were lacking cups, Soaps, TP and that was just the supplies that should always come with a hotel. Our room had filthy carpet I mean it was sticky and very stained up, we didn t have a phone, our shower drain plug would not stay up, the wall light fixture was literally hanging off the wall and the other lamp shade was broken and hanging off the lamp, we had to ask for service to get fresh towels and more TP and bar soap and shampoo. The room wreaked of Pot from the moment we got there. The place was fully booked so there were no rooms to change to. My in laws room also didn t have cups, or soaps, they had a phone but it didn t work, the shower didn t have a curtain and the plug to make the shower come on wouldn t stay up to make the water come out so they had to take a bath. Their lamp shades were broken too and the carpet had seen better days. However they had a new chair in their room, ours was the old arm chair with stains all over it. The real kicker was both the beds in that room had sheets that were horribly stained with either BM or chocolate the sheets should never had been in circulation and put in a fresh room. The pool is so dirty it s green, it really needs a professional pool cleaner to come and fix the Ph etc and get it cleaned. Like I said we ve stayed there 4 times, each time something has been off or missing but this was by far the worst. We won t be staying there again. They apparently are trying to do some upgrades or remodeling but it subpar at best and the person is not a professional. The faucets are hard to turn on and off the fixtures aren t in proper condition. They housekeeping staff are not all great, a few are and you can tell which ones actually do a good job. Also for goodness sakes take down the dead tree trunks in the front of the hotel it makes it look even worse, or leave them up at least you get a sense of what it is you will get inside when you stay there. 100+ bucks a night is way and I mean way too much for this place.

Just ok. It smelled a little funny in the rooms, so I actually had to spray the spray out of my bag and spray the room so that it wasnt as strong. Some stains on the carpet in the room we stayed in. The front desk was very friendly and helped us out when a few people got locked out of a different room. Service is good, just not the greatest accommodations. Rooms: Had a double. One week ago I stayed here in room 330 for Cheerleading competition at the First Star. My room was unspeakable. The carpet was nasty. Big red stain in middle of floor. Chairs look like someone urinated in both of them. Shower curtain rod put up wrong so all the water goes all over the floor. Lamp in wall doesnt work and lamp shades are busted and stained. Front desk clerk told me the red stain was not blood. The addasity of the clerk. I needed to mail a card but they told me they dont have mail service except Fed Ex. The hotel is quiet and a good location for the things we needed to do in Frisco. However there were questionable stain on the sitting chairs in the rooms. Also, breakfast was not good. The food quality was not acceptable (not because of the staff just because it was cheap quality). I truly don t expect a Michelin experience but enough food for all staying and for it to be edible. There was a homeless couple who took food one morning but other mornings the boys basketball tournament took most of the food. (No shade toward either - just reporting what happened.)

Booked a roomy by phone on Dec 29. Got there on the 29th and they did not have a reservation. Had to pay at desk. One month later, they used my credit card to charge me for $100.19 twice for two rooms THEY booked on the wrong date, Jan 22. Spoke with both the onsite manager and online booking. Neither will process the credit for their mistake. I have no email confirmations of the booking. They know that the rooms were not used but refuse to issue credit. Cheating, stealing group of people. Just know they wanted your money more that they want your business. Oh, by the way, the rooms were nasty and the shower in disrepair.

Good for the short visit while crossing Frisco or plano or if you plan for a 2/3day trip. Frisco downtown and Louisville is easily accessible from the hotel. Breakfast served from 6am. Bed was comfortable. Parking available infront of the hotel with wheelchair accessible parking. Staffs are accommodating and ensured quick check-in/checkout process. Have a happy stay while in here.

Perfect location to stay the night when leaving the city. Our room was clean except a few stains on the carpet. I checked the mattress as I always do first thing and they were in excellent shape, no stains or anything else alarming. The amenities were nice. The back of the coffee pot had been used for milk or formula so I couldnt use it. The lobby had plenty of coffee for breakfast. The breakfast was a good variety with hot and cold food including fruits, cereal, and juices. Overall it was a great quick stay. We will definitely stay again when in the area. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, great value, safe parking. Rooms: Everything felt clean except a few stains on the carpet. Everything worked as expected. Safety: The parking lot and halls felt very safe. We never worried about our belongings. Food and drinks: Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold foods. MOLD and BED BUGS! First room we walked into smelled like mold, so they moved us into another room. When we woke up the whole family had bites. We checked the sheets and found lots of bed bugs! My significant other and I stayed here for 5 days, 4 nights. I would like to state that we decided to stay here specifically because of the free breakfast. Before actually booking I read the reviews on the breakfast and we knew it wouldn t be anything extravagant and that was ok. We figured it would be the usual free breakfast like eggs, sausage, pancakes/waffles and biscuits etc as some stated on the reviews/pictures. We walk in and it is so hot inside you could definitely tell the ac was not on. We checked in and that was an average experience, I asked the front desk guy if we could have a room with a stand up shower with a handheld shower head as I saw on their pictures online. The guy shook his head and said yes that is what you have. We get to our room and nope that is not what we got. The elevators smelled nasty like cigarettes and both the hallways and room had a weird smell/odor to them, even after leaving I could smell that odor on my clothes. The chairs and couch were disgusting and dirty, I had to set a towel down before sitting on them. Some pillows had no pillowcases. The sheets didn t even fit the bed right they kept coming off and it was annoying. The ice machine and vending machine were both out of order which also was annoying and inconvenient. 2 hours after checking out my significant other realized he left 2 items at the hotel, yes that was on us. He left his windbreaker in the closet and his skullcandy headphones. We called and they found the windbreaker but not the headphones that were left in clear view on the lamp table. I don t know but I think it s weird that one was found but the other wasn t. Oh and the breakfast they had was stale toast and bagels with mini muffins and coffee that was it. If we would have known we would have went with another hotel preferably one that was cleaner. In conclusion, we would never stay there again and next time will do better research. I can t say I would recommend this place to anyone but I guess I did learn that you get what you pay for. I will definitely not look for cheaper next time due to this experience.

We came to check in and we waited at least 30 minutes while the rude clerk Dan spoke with IT because their card reader was broken. I repeatedly asked him to check me in and handle his machine later! I was told no. My husband had to leave and find an ATM in a city that we were visiting. Dan was no help with that either. When we asked to get a refund so we could go to another hotel we were told no. The ice machine was broken, the floors in our room was dirty. If I could I would post the pictures! Do NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!! Any ratings that say this hotel is nice are either a friend or family member of the owner or they were paid! When I stepped in the air conditioning was off once I got to my room I noticed that there were stains everywhere on the carpet on the floor in the bathroom. Management doesnt care how pleasant your stay was! Stayed her bcz my niece was airlifted to a hospital not far from this location. This was a 3 hour drive from home. I was awakened by arguing & door slamming from 2-5 am. Didnt call front desk bcz I didnt want to wake the rest of my family nor did I want anymore drama! The next morning mentioned this to management & advised him of everything I had witnessed & heard. He looked at me crazy! Told me its nothing he could do about it because I didnt call at 2am. Do not stay at this hotel ! Worst hotel I ve ever stayed at & I ve worked in hotels for almost three years . The lobby is nice but once you get to your floor it goes downhill . The hallways smell like pure cigarette it s terrible!! They require a $50 deposit to still allow people who smell like cigarettes in their hotel . The carpet in the room is stained & the restroom floor wasn t mopped you can literally see shoe dirt marks from whoever was previously in there . The toilet paper was halfway finished but still on the roll. Tv was glitching and tiny for a billion dollar company they need to do better ! Furniture is old and tacky . 0/10 would not recommend. Checked in on a friday. Toilet didnt work so front desk sent the maintenance man up to try and fix it. The maintenance guy said I dont if its fixed or not but Ill check it monday. We decided to leave and grab food when we got back to the hotel the entire room was flooded from TOILET WATER. All of our bags where soaking wet, clothes and electrics. Went to the night clerk and he did apologize profusely and set us up in another room and told us that we should talk to the manager in the day. The next day we spent several hours rewashing our clothes at a laundry mat in clothes we wore the day before and I had to go to apple to get my computer fixed from the water damage, missing our plans we had for the weekend . When we went to talk to the manager all he had to say was at least you got another room I can give you corporate number but theres nothing he can do. If we didnt have kids we would tried to find another hotel. Stay away from this hotel!

Not the hotels fault, but the place looks greasy and I had a weird feeling upon parking and walking to check in that this place could be a magnet for thieves. Horrible customer service representation. Not accommodating in the least, despite their very vocal in house issues. I was repetitively informed to call the Wyndham customer service, instead of dealing with the person in front of me for my reservations of two days. Pushed out of my room early after an agreeed upon late (12pm) checkout. All fees are being reviewed for recompensation, after going through customer service and being charged higher rates to my cards. The pool was down, my reserved room was missappropriated due to in house lack of staff. Charges were 15% higher when completed at the desk, even after my rate was significantly reduced using all of my available loyalty points . Steer clear of this location by all means, I only stopped due to necessity, and anything close was booked up. I know it is what it is, but Ive stayed in Hotels with Mild Roach issues for handling things better than this place. Worst experience in a Hospitality Setting, to date, in my whole life of 40 years and many travel stays. I wont stay here again, even if my life depended on it.

The hotel looks old and tired. The rooms are dark and poorly furnished. The mattresses are old, soft, and totally concave. The level of service you receive at the front desk can be hit or miss, with some staff members appearing professional and courteous, and others seeming disinterested in their jobs. The breakfast served is lacking compared to other nearby hotels in the same category. The final straw for us was discovering a damp carpet near the AC unit, which caused an unpleasant moldy smell in the room. When we requested a room change, we were informed that there were no other available rooms. Upon returning to our room, we found a loud fan running to dry the carpet, making it difficult to relax or sleep. The noise level was around 70 dBA at a distance of 5 feet. Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel and would only give it one star.

My family and I where traveling made a head reservation at the this hotel due to the location right off highway, we arrived very late at night close to midnight after an exhausting long drive. the check in process was fast, got the room on the 3rd floor 305 me and my family closed all 3 curtains at the window to make sure the early morning light does not disturb us, we all crashed in cozy comfortable beds, but right before 7 am we woke up to a very loud fire alarm going off inside the room. Immediately we exited the room running in the hallway looking for a way out, the doors that leads to elevators where closed which is understandable, few other guests get out of the room and said they have contacted the front desk and they are testing the fire alarm system. Confuse and disoriented we got in the car and left returned at 9:30am to gather our stuff, I went to front desk and asked the to speak to a manager while I m waiting the fire alarm went off again, a lady walked to the desk did not introduced her self, said that they are inspecting the fire alarm, I said but 7:00 am is little too early for inspection, if I knew that the hotel will be conducting a fire test early morning I would have booked at a different hotel. she rudely replied you must have done something to set it off so early we are now conducting the inspection. excuse me, we all where asleep when alarm went off at 7:00 am another customer confirmed the same thing, that the fire alarm went off in her room as well early morning. Asked to speak to a manager she replied there is nothing we can do. I replied yes! you could inform your guest about the test or post something on the counter at check in, this is not a way to treat a customer. Be aware Before you book a room make sure to call the hotel for any surprises inspections going on in early morning hours. Or just book at a different hotel.

We stayed in the room 212 and 307. After first night in room 212 my relative was bit by a bedbugs in the room. I went to change the room and they had no rooms available. I had to stay at other hotel because of that and spend another $600 for 2 nights in the area. Rooms are feathly too. have stain on carpet and furniture. Safety: Room was infested with bed bugs. UPDATE: Being treated for bed bug bites. Stayed in Room 218 from 5/26-5/28. Initially thought it was an allergic reaction to the soap. My first Wyndham visit was in 1996. It was amazing. Wyndham became my goto place stay when traveling, until now. The price lowest in the area, we found out why. The location is perfect. Breakfast spread is good. Room cleanliness poor. Pillows appeared to be stuffed with something, not sure what. Some were flat others overstuffed. Gum in carpet not cleaned up. Toilet ran all night. Bathtub spout about fall off wall. No working ATM. One of five working soda machines was in working order. One of four working ice machines worked, 4th floor. Young fellow at checkin was more interested in his phone than customers. Almost slipped in the shower. Nothing to grip your feet on. Very slippery when wet. Both phones in the room did not work. Security safe cannot open. The staff was super friendly. I got a bunch of stuff from Amazon and they didnt complain about the shipment. Basic hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal. There is a small indoor pool. Ample parking. In-room refrigerator and microwave. Only downside: the carpet in the room (129) was kind of gross and needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. I recently stayed at the Wingate hotel and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom door had a big hole that was hidden with duct tape. This was a major concern for me, as it made me question the overall hygiene of the room. I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, but they did not seem to take it seriously. I was disappointed by the lack of effort on their part to rectify the situation. As a paying customer, I expect to stay in a clean and safe environment, and unfortunately, that was not the case at the Wingate hotel. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to others. The lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance of the rooms is unacceptable. I hope that the management takes note of these concerns and takes steps to improve the quality of their facilities.

Rooms are not very updated. AC units are too small. TVs are small. Beds are firm spring mattresses. Sheets feel like 100 thread hay. Towels are small and not very absorbent. Water temp and pressure fluctuate regularly. Continental breakfast is disheartening and not regularly stocked. Coffee is sad. God help you if youre booked near the elevator doors. Best kept secret for an inexpensive night. four stars because the ice machine only worked on one floor. and wouldnt you know it? it was that last floor i checked. is there a pattern here? that aside, great staff, always helpful. true story, about 10 days ago, after spending the night. got up had breakfast. packed and ran out so quick, I forgot to pick up my car/house key ring. was getting picked up at the entrance, and JUST before I shut the car door, one of the attendants came running out of the front door, waving my keys in her hands. Horrible! Felt like a Motel 6. Will NOT stay here again. We travel quite a bit and this place was a mistake! The staff never once picked up the phone when we called from our room with a question. As soon as I walked into my room (129) I saw hit in the face with the smell of a plugin airwhick air freshener. SUPER toxic and gives me headaches. Had to wrap it in a towel and throw it in a drawer to survive two nights. My toilet leaked into the trashcan for two days. I had to empty it several times so it wouldn t flood my room. The tub was slow to drain during showers. The only working ice machine was on the 4th floor. The hairdryer was rusty af and of course didn t work. Someone punched a hole in neighbors (127) bathroom door and the front desk just put them in that room like it was NBD and said that s all we have . We came in today for a 2 night stay. The room was absolutely disgusting. The bed and sheets had stains on it that looked like blood. There was a stool in the room that had a huge piece of dried food on it that just flaked off. The furniture had heavy stains all over it. The lamps were stained and broken. We went to the front desk and requested another room. The man at the desk was short with me but ended up putting us in another room. Upon entering the second room it was equally nasty. My wife and 6 year old daughter were with me and I was not going to make them stay in a nasty hotel like that. We went back to the front desk and told them that we were just going to cancel our reservation and go somewhere else due to the cleanliness of the rooms. He said that was fine and to contact Expedia. We did. The rep at Expedia was awesome. She informed us the man at the front desk told her they would not refund our money because the rooms were not dirty. Luckily we took pics of both rooms. (Which I will happily be posting) and Expedia gave us a $250 credit to use towards another hotel. All I can say is Frisco is great, Expedia is great, and this hotel is terrible. The man at the front desk is a liar and their hotel is completely dirty. Do yourself a favor, save your time, save your money, and stay elsewhere.

We just had the worst experience at this hotel. Since we arrived the person on the front desk looked so unhappy and offer terrible costumer service. They gave us a room with a strong smell that we had to request a change. In this process we found several clients complaining that there was hot water and in fact there was not. The dirty room with the edges that have not been vacuumed in a few years, dirty in the corridors and not counting what happened at my check out with who says is the manager (Shiriti). We couldnt wake up on time because my wife spent the night with asthma thanks to the dirtyness of the room and her employee called in a bad tone saying that she had 5 minutes to leave and of course she charged us extra because we stayed until 11:25 A.M. We didn t have time to pack and left some items on the room (hopefully we can recover them). We stayed at the same hotel in 2021 and it was a really good experience. I understand that management has changed and with that the staff. Say thats really the manager (which she admitted was rude we cant expect more from the hotel in general.

The location was in a nice area and felt safe. The staff was welcoming. The down side was that the pool it was not heated. It felt super cold unbearable at that. The jacuzzi was warm not hot at all. The carpet in the room was stained there was trash under the sofa and foreign hair near the pillows like if the sheets werent changed. The positive is at least the little jacuzzi was able to be enjoyed, the bed was super duper comfortable. I slept like a baby. The breakfast had the usuals and my picky children enjoyed it so that was a plus that they ate. Would I be back? Probably not if Im looking for a pool but if I want just comfort and food that everyone will enjoy. I sure will.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days and two nights and my daughter forgot one of her stuffed animals on the bed and I contacted the front office and he said there was nothing there when they cleaned the room when my daughter knows it was forgotten. I had the displeasure of staying here on Jan 16. 23 and it was by far the worst hotel I have ever been in. I didn t stick around to see any amenities since our room spoke for itself. In the many things wrong with this place I was shocked to see that the comforter on the bed was literally RIPPED with the inside stuffing just falling out. But I digress and that s not the real issue of this place. The real issue is the people that work there. The sheer lack of brain cells in the employees is utterly shocking and will leave you speechless like it did me. Theft is all these people know. I just so happened to leave my Apple Watch in our room shortly before checkout at 8. At 10 am the same day I realized it and called the hotel. After calling SEVEN TIMES I finally had someone pick up to tell me that my room HAD NOT been cleaned and I was able to go up there and get it. I arrived and the front lady said the exact thing and that the room should still be unlocked since again it HADNT been cleaned, that if it was locked to get housekeeping. I return to the room to find it locked and the cleaner telling me they already cleaned it. I make the trip downstairs to inform the front desk lady. She proceeds to take me to the room to show me a clean room and my watch gone. Her FIRST words out of her mouth to me were just file a police report we don t care now here is where I was left speechless at the complete disregard for customer service or empathy. I asked the woman if she was serious and that it didn t need to go that far because I simply wanted MY watch. Upon arriving downstairs I asked her to check lost and found, that request was refused and I was told I will not check because there s no point. The room was cleaned and if there was anything found I would know already at this point I m speechless because I can t believe this is happening. Her next words were my employees would never lose their job over a watch something that doesn t just come straight to the tongue without prior incidents like this. In the end I ended up having to call the police and file a report. The front desk lady lied to the police and said she never refused to look and actually did, additionally she said she checked with housekeeping. Had she actually did I would have my watch back and it wouldn t be stolen. This place is by far the worst place to stay between the insolent staff and the literal stealing by them, do not waste your money or energy. I know it was stolen because your watch pings at locations. Tell me how they are going to say it wasn t stolen when it s literally pinging in an employee s residence. Like come on.. DO NOT STAY HERE. The people are literally the dumbest bunch of people in society and genuinely need to be fired.

I am not sure how I got into this situation as I looked up reviews and more....its not the price because the Hilton is the same price per night it was location to where we were going and not ever hearing of this hotel before. I thought I read all reviews but I was so wrong. Everything the previous reviewers in January 2023 mentioned is true. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY NOTHING WORKS. ROOMS SMELL LIKE CIGERETTES. They switched us once already. Everything is stained and old. The bed sheets are stained and there is other peoples hair everywhere. Windows are not clean and can barely see out of them... breakfast is 1 hot box with round processed eggs that look like pancakes, round sausage and microwaved potatoes. No juice for the kids...toast and bagels thats it. dont be fooled by hot breakfast. I have nothing else to say other than owners you should be ashamed of yourselves. I will be reporting this experience and no response from Sophia is going to help unless you refund us or come clean the room you are charging 150+ for a night!!!!! AWFUL! We stay here every year the last 10 years the first week of January. Every year has been fantastic until this year. Carpet in rooms was dirty and stained. Chair was dirty. Elevators were dirty. Vending machines/ice machines were out of order on some floors. Breakfast had no variety as in the past. Hostess was rude a couple of days. Lady at the desk during the day was rude, men in the afternoon were polite and helpful. It took forever to get hot water. We heard others complain about these same things at breakfast. One lady even asked at the desk about getting hot water and was told to let it run 10-20 minutes. We will not be staying here again!

Yes, our card was swiped twice for the full charge. I do not care that our friends were that we skipped out of paying for our room! It was paid for for that first night at check in. Weve been reserving rooms here at the Wingate by Wyndham Frisco almost every 1st week of January since 2012. This place was well maintained and well managed up until new ownership and management happened. This year we requested to have 4 rooms reserved together on the same floor. We got rooms #401, #402, & #404. The 4th room didnt get reserved on the 4th floor with our other rooms. Some how the guy at the desk lost the reservation for the 4th room and set up a reservation for room #216 on the 2nd floor. And bcuz this happened they wanted to charge us $190 a night for room #216. Tried talking to the manager but she was very rude and not helpful at all! Also go into rooms #401, 402, & 404. The carpet isnt clean. Theres stains on the carpet and the comfort chair in the corner. The lamp shades are damaged. Worst of all THERES NO HOT WATER!! Dont even bother talking to the manager. Theyll tell you Oh, you just need to let it run for 5 minutes. I let mine run for 15 minutes and still.......NO Frickin HOT WATER!! I wish management would listen to the customer and actually get all of this stuff fixed and cleaned asap but they just dont want to seem to care. Total maintenance neglect if ya ask me.

Next day the maid showed up first thing in the morning and insisted on making our room first and immediately even when we told her I had not taken shower and we were not ready yet. I never had such a rude service at any other hotels in the past I recommend staying elsewhere as there are plenty of nice hotels in the area.

no hot water. the pizzas in the vending machine were 4 months expired and when i told the front desk and requested a refund she just said ew and charged me for the rest of my items from the shop. it kinda hurt my feelings. gotta grow thick skin i suppose!

Horrible experience. The guy who checked us in was new and didnt charge our card but instead put on the sales receipt it was cash. Well when shift change happened and they ran an audit they came to our room banging on the door and the manager called the cops.

Very disappointed in our room in this hotel. Had no hangers in our closet, small sliver of soap for bathing, missing lightbulbs in our bathroom, ice machines broken on three out of four floors, carpet and furniture, very dingy and well worn. Water not available for breakfast, overall I am very poor stay. Will not return.

We selected this hotel because it had a pool and jacuzzi listed on the website . Most hotels don t have jacuzzis. We knew we had days with a lot of downtime and figured the pool area would be nice for the kids. When we went down we were told the jacuzzi hasn t worked in months and the pool was ice cold. That was a major disappointment as we picked this hotel specifically for that amenity. The ice machines didn t work, my key card kept deactivating. Every time we came in we had to go back down to the front desk, and there was no hot water at night. There were 2 evenings I tried to take a shower and had to wait till the morning.. overall the rooms were spacious and the free breakfast was great for traveling with kids. But I would have selected a hotel closer to family had I known about pool area ..

This was the worst experience staying here . 1)dirty sheets 2) very small pillows and uncomfortable bed 3) all the soda machines are broken 4) no ice in any machines all ice makers out of order 5) manager didn t care when I ask for a bottle of water they refused 6) last but not least they broke window in my truck and vandalized my truck 7) sad to say they didn t care So this is the worst experience ever .. don t stay here anymore

The area was nice when we first arrived at the hotel it was very nice but upon inspection of the room there was a dirty pad behind a chair and there was a mens t-shirt shoved behind the bed when we told the office about it they basically told us that they couldnt do anything about it they would switch us rooms but that was extremely of gross. We stayed three days two nights the first night was great the second night is whenever we lost our eye mask and when we were looking for it thats when we found the pad and the T-shirt really gross. Ice machine and pop machine on the third level did not work the second level did work they did have a breakfast but it was so busy downstairs that you couldnt even get to get anything it was very busy but they were refilling the food I mean it was just a bunch of kids though I think there was a football game so I mean there was really nothing they could do about that but Nearby activities: Lots of wonderful shopping we love Sam Moons that is an awesome store we loved Ikea and of course coming into Frisco we went by Melissa and went to Buckys and of course that was amazing. Also went to the mall which was really fun we went to JCPenney a few TJ Maxx Hobby Lobby we had a good time other than the one problem we had with the room and that was just that it was not clean Safety: The parking lot was well lit there was staff 24 hours a day it felt very safe there Food and drinks: Lots of food options obviously and we went to Godfathers Pizza one night it was amazing we went to the wall Chinese buffet and that was really good we went to In-N-Out Burgers and it was extremely busy but it was good not my favorite but it was okay the Chick-fil-A was really hot and we went there and of course QuikTrip was the best breakfast we had which was really weird but they had hot coffee and a great breakfast

The smell upon entering was not a fresh one. All staff encountered were pleasant. Great location for me and my trip. Rooms: Could use a tech upgrade (no usb on lamps) and a deep cleaning (ex: carpet)

Air wasn t working in the room and receptionist didn t change our room despite half of the hotel was empty instead he says to open the windows he doesn t even realize that windows can t be open Very rude staff his co worker told me next day he is inexperienced but how can you let someone work there by himself I think whole management is corrupt I left my number for manager to call back But he never did Will never go back there and you guy s don t waste money there

The price shouldve been dropped especially since the toilet in our room leaked so much that the carpet developed wet spots in between the beds (Room 323) (Room 321 had the same issue__Father in family had to fix his own toilet!). Mentioned this fact 3 TIMES to various staff members...no maintenance was done. Could not regulate the AC well to ac ommadate family overnight.The heater for the inside pools were not working....pool was too cold to actually enjoy. Although breakfast was enjoyable....staff did not keep prep stations wiped down & free of rubbish (language barrrier btw English speaking guests & Spanish speaking just dreadful). The location of the hotel was fine. They do offer a guest laundry area on each floor, this was nice seeing as my familys clorhes were saturated in toilet water when they chaged clothes & dropped onto the wet floor. Really the nicest parts of the stay was the friendliness of the three overnight front desk personal & the usage of the luggage rack. Bed was comfortable...no visible proof of bedbugs either- which is a good sign. Safety: Hotel provides a safe in the closet for your valuables. Food and drinks: Has a Sundry area if you are hungry or thristy overnight...also an ice machine is supposed to be working on EACH floor + a vending machine for drinks if you dont want to go downstairs to the Sundry. On my floor the drink machine was out of order the ENTIRE 4 day stay & so was the ice machine. In close walking distance to several restaurants which all close btw 8 & 9 PM....EVEN on the weekends!

They have no hot water, not even warm water. ONLY COLD WATER!!! My husband went to the front desk to let them know there was no hot water, the person at the front desk responded we had to let it run a while to get the hot water. After running the water for half an hour the temperature remained the same COLD! If you like hot showers DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

This hotel is conveniently located near tollway. Rooms are quiet. Lobby and guest rooms are older with soiled furniture, greasy surfaces, poorly functioning wall unit air conditioner. Mattresses sagging but soft. Front desk staff unhelpful with most basic questions, unable to provide extra blanket, extra washcloths, directions to Starbucks nearby.

On book advisor and another site we used it said there was an outdoor hotel and and indoor hotel but not there is no outdoor pool and the indoor pool hater is broken and in the spa to so its not swimmable unless you can really stand the cold even after sitting in it for 30 minutes and swimming back and forth its to cold and we even called before hand to make sure it was useable also my daughter Brought her service animal because she has heart issues and we informed them before hand and they didnt believe her .
