The appetizer was totally awesome. The only issue was with the burger my husband had and the philly cheesesteak I had. There was no flavor in either of the meats, plus not much cheese on the philly. We do plan on coming back to try some other options on the menu though

My husband and I were traveling and wanted to stop in to watch the football game. The food was great and the restaurant/bar is cute BUT we had the worst server ever!! Brandon was showing way too much attention to my husband to the point it became extremely awkward. He kept trying to get him to take shots and kept touching his arm and shoulder. We ended up leaving due to his inappropriate behavior. Train your staff better!!!!

Beef o Bradys is as American has hot dogs and apple pie. They give you big enough portions to satisfy any hunger. The white staff is incredible, the wait was actually very quick compared to what I expected, the service was good because the waitress was very attentive before we even anticipated leading things like drink refills. If you never eaten at beef o Bradys, come out of the cave youre living in and do yourself a favor and go eat at one of the greatest places you will be glad to say youve ever eaten at

We used the party room and they were so awesome and laid back. I would highly recommend them if you have a get-together! They do not charge for the party room but prefer you to order their food which is reasonably priced. We had a small group of 15 and they still gave us! We will definitely be using them again!

The last time I came to beef, O Brady s, I swore I would never come again. I happened to be in the neighborhood at TJ Maxx today and decided to come in and get some cheese fries for my grandson and a salad for me. The reason I swore I wouldn t come back the last time it s because there is a ditzy waitress that is so busy being an actress believing she is better than she actually is, and flirting with the men, that she doesn t get anything right. I ordered cheese fries and she brought out cheese sticks. So my four-year-old grandson had to wait extra time for his cheese fries. Then she didn t bring out any ranch. Who eats cheese fries without ranch? If you order cheese fries, you have to order ranch dressing extra and it cost $1 for a 2 ounce cup that is half full. She brought the cheese fries out and didn t bother to ask if we needed ranch, my grandson asked for ranch and so I had to go up to the bar to order it because she completely ignored me, she said she would put in the order for the ranch. My grandson sat and waited for over 10 minutes before I finally had to ask how long it would take to get our ranch. She then stated that she had put the order in and that she would bring it out as soon as it was available. Mind you there were maybe four different customers in the whole building. Not like it was busy packed. The quality of the food has really regressed and the service is infuriating. One star is too much.

Been a customer for the past 8 years. This establishment has been disappointing the last few visits. Staff is slow and our food seems to take longer than ever. Its been over cooked and tastes as if the oil is old. Today a man came in looking jittery and just went behind the bar (not any staff member we have ever seen there before) he then came and sat with us and asked what we needed. After waiting 20 minutes for our to go box and ticket we tell him, he then disappeared and never brought anything back. Finally we get our ticket and we are over charged. I then mention it and the customer cashing out says wait and he was over charged as well. Its really sad to see the neglect happening here. Come on Amarillo we can do better.

We went on a bank holiday at dinnertime, and though it was obvious they were short on staff, our servers were great. Emily was one of them, and she was upbeat, funny, and very helpful. Weve visited here many times, but I think this was the most enjoyable, simply because of her. We were sad to hear that she would be leaving for a new job, but we wish her the best in her new career. Food was really good, especially the loaded cheeseburger fries. Best ever! One other comment...why in the world would someone go to a restaurant with literally the word beef in the name, and somehow expect to find a vegan menu option? (See review a short time before this one).

I DONT RECOMMEND I when to eat with my friends and it was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES! they have like a huge menu 5 to 6 pages long and they have NOT ONE VEGAN OPTION! I literally had to eat a salad with nothing on it so it was basically LETTUCE no dressing or anything it was a terrible meal! I had to go to another restaurant to get food to go because I was STARVING after eating here!! its sad that a chef and a restaurant has that big of a menu and doesnt accommodate all of his or her customers! Not a great experience overall. The food was good and I really enjoyed the wings. However, they had some issues handling our large party when we had made arrangements well in advance. Never been here before but my husband told me it was good so we tried it. My husband got a beer and i got a tea and they tasted fine. My husband then ordered the 11 set of mild traditional wings and i ordered a santafe salad. My husbands wings tasted bland and the bones were so brittle that he swallowed a little piece of bone by mistake; very scary choking hazard (my husband is okay). I work in the service industry so I get it. We showed up an hour before close tried to order and get out at a decent time.we felt extremely rushed and the waitress pretty much told us 30 minutes until it was a big deal for her. Update 9/25/21 Not sure whats going on here? First the waitress seemed overly nervous, to the point of her accidently spilling a drink on the guest I was with and almost setting a hot plate on their hand because she would wait for to them to make room for it. On top of that, the owner(?) (He didnt introduce himself but acted either like an owner or manager, almost didnt look professional at all) was extremely rude, but not to us, he was very rude to his workers. He came by our table to ask about our food (and these are his words) make sure none of our food was messed up because the kids in the back are screwballs. On top of that my guest couldnt answer about their food since the was food in their mouth so he assumed my guest didnt like the food and kinda got defensive about it, continually asking them if they were sure the food was good. He then went to the table behind us and in front of one of the waitress he said (again his words) I have no confidence they got any of your orders correct, whose food is messed up? Very negative way to talk about your workers, specially in front of your customers. On a better note the food was quite good, I got the cheesy bacon chicken and it was superb; the rice kinda tasted like it came from a minute rice box but wasnt horrible and the steamed broccoli is exactly that, no seasoning. We got boom boom shrimp for an appetizer which was amazing (however comes on a bed of lettuce which is weird and totally unnecessary). Old review: The pickle chips are amazing!! I also ordered the french dip sandwhich which sadly I wasnt a huge fan of. For me it was to much fat and I forgot to say no horseradish. Im not gonna take any stars off for it because I messed up and Im picky. Our server was exremely nice even offering to remake the french dip after finding out it had the horseradish on it. (Which I turned down because again I messed up)

We enjoyed the Philly Cheese steak sandwiches french fries today. They were delicious. We have had their hamburger and fries on past visits. They were also very good. They have a very extensive menu and we look forward to trying other selections in the future. I can recommend that you do the same. Enjoy. Well, Im conflicted. The burger and fries I had were good. My brother ordered the grilled cheese sandwich. It did not come out grilled, just a cheese sandwich. He politely requested it be grilled. 20 minutes later, it was returned with the cheese melted, like they had put in the microwave for a few seconds. He didnt eat it. There were about 10 of us and we had varying degrees of satisfaction. The manager came out and apologized and gave us all our meals free, giving an explanation for the service. Over all, Ill probably go back and give them another chance. Anyone can have a bad day and Ive been told their service is usually excellent.

We had had a good experience here in the past but this last time was a disappointment. The appetizer was came out cold and tasted like the oil in the fryer needed changed. The burgers were bland and unappealing. We easily tasted that the grill needed cleaning. The bacon on our burgers tasted aweful and had a weird chemical smell. Could not finish our food, left soon as we could. Our server was busy visiting with folks at the bar more so than taking care the only table she had at the time. No wonder they were so quiet at 5pm

Apparently Beef O Brady s are the ones with the concession at Rick Klein Sports Complex, I can not comment on the food, I ve not been able to order anything.......nothing has EVER been ready!!!!! I don t live in Amarillo, I come to watch my grandsons play ball...so one time at 5:30, the foods not ready, today at 1:15, it s not ready & APPARENTLY it was a BOTHER for the RUDE young lady to open the window, she couldn t EVEN put her phone down, opened window, right back to phone!!!!! They have excellent fried pickles and, in my opinion, the best in town. I ve been here many times and never ever had a bad meal, service, or drink. The build your own hamburger on Monday s is one of my absolute favorite meals to get from them. Their boneless chicken wings (Kentucky Bourbon) are outstanding. They have great portion sizes and great prices. I highly recommend this establishment as it s family friendly and clean.

My wife and I went last night and we re not impressed. Waiter was good, but we both got the surf and turf. The steak was OK nothing special. The shrimp though, were bland, cold and I m sure they are fresh water shrimp. Not a BAD place but certainly not anyplace I will be back to!

Fun atmosphere. Quick Service. Great Value on food which included a variety of options. The Whole Lotta Nachos were the best nachos I have had in awhile. The server as well as the manager were friendly A different server overheard us when we went to leave about my son wanting a refill and she came over to take care of it without us even asking. We will definitely be back.
