The lanes need maintenance. The machine that places the bowling pins kept malfunctioning. They charged around $25 for a single game. Half the arcade games were out of order. Two of them ate my credits without letting me play. They have three areas. One for buying a game of bowling, one for buying food, and one for the arcade section to cash out prizes... Mind you that there is only one cashier box in the bowling area, yet almost all of the employees were just standing around behind the counter. I waited fifteen minutes at the arcade desk for someone to show up so I could get some prizes... They just ignored me. Im never going to this place again and may it go out of business soon.

Very poor lanes. The wooden lanes are old, unoiled, lumpy, and malfunctioning. Not worth it if youre looking to practice bowling or even improve. Ball is bouncing down the lane on some lanes, ugly house balls. The lane reset buttons do not work, the keypads dont work, pins fall out of the rack, and mess with scoring. This is definitely just for children and parties. The bowling needs immediate refurbishment.

Absolutely amazing customer service, whenever my party needed anything it was always done in an exceptional manner. It is a great environment and the workers operate under excellent leadership! The batting cages were fun, and bowling was great. Would recommend the burgers for sure. 10/10 overall experience, if you re looking for a place to hang out and have some fun Incredibowl is definitely the place for you!

We had a church team outing here and it was an amazing place for team building! The manager was beyond helpful. Everything went smoothly. They all gave great service from beginning to end and it was very organized. We highly recommend incredibowl for any occasion. We bowled, hit the batting cages and had alittle fun at the arcade, the food was also great. Thank you for an amazing time! We will be back very soon.

Not a LGBT+ friendly place to go to. As pride month approaches i would advise my LGBT+ community not to waste their time or money here. Wednesday is Ladies night (for free) i understand fully that i am not a WOMAN at all and i am a MAN who looks feminine but it is not my fault that they didn t charge me to play bowling with my girlfriends. The old lady who i believe is the manager was getting after the girl who didn t charge me and gave me nothing but ugly looks all night.. making me feel uncomfortable for her employee s mistake. PUT A SIGN UP THAT TRANSWOMEN/FEMININE MEN will pay on Ladies night so they don t FEEL uncomfortable like i did & maybe not get after innocent employees!

We were helped quickly. The cashier even entered our names for us. We were given shoes and a lane quickly. Our machines worked perfectly. Though we didnt order any, the food selections looked yummy. As expected, the house shoes were a bit dirty on the bottom but the new styles were comfortable. There was a good selection of well-marked house balls. Despite the signs asking patrons to return those to the shelves. All the returns were full of them, even empty lanes. I hope to visit again.

Today is my nephews birthday party, he just turned 7 and his party has just been ruined . Management did not allow for him to play with the bumpers up due to him being tall for his age. This is the last time my family and anyone at this party will ever spend money at this place. Bowling for kids is about the joy of knocking over the pins whether you have the skill , or not, and management has taken that away from our youth. Do yourself a favor and take you party to flamingo bowl.

Worst Place Ever! If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager Sulema refused to make accommodations to my brother. My brother has cerebral palsy and all we asked for were for them to turn on the bumpers for the lane so he could have fun. One would think they would allow it because 1. We re paying for the lane & 2. Because they should have accommodations for those with disability s. Instead they use some height rule, saying he s to tall to use them. Ridiculous. Based off of several other reviews it seems like they don t care for those with disability s. I ll be filing a complaint with the BBB.

The food was Delicious but what I m more appalled was the staffing. Tell me why when I was eating my freshly served wings about to eat something amazing when I heard something so putrid and sour that I completely lost my appetite. The Manager yelling at one of her employees. I COULDNT believe my ears, the mouth on that woman. Saying she didn t care what their excuses , how apparently it was their fault for not putting in the proper order. Excuse me? A manager should guide their staff, not yell like some tyrant. Worst of all my daughter heard every word and started crying. We couldn t even enjoy our time here without hearing a raging adult antagonizing some teen. Unbelievable. If I ever hear this again I will say something in person. Treat your employees with kindness, they re the foundation of your establishment. Without them you wouldn t even be functioning at the impressive pace you do.

I been to this place two times before and this is what I have to say about this awful place First getting in it s not that bad but it smells kinda weird and it s kinda messy it looks unsanitary Bowling alleys The bowling alleys are okay but it takes forever to switch to the another person and the bowling ball holes were u put ur fingers are kinda dirty Arcade There isn t really a lot of light where the arcades are , mostly broken and the bumper cars area is pretty small and if u ask to go it s most likely unavailable Restroom The restrooms there are pretty small so are the stall there also dirty on the walls and everywhere Food I ve only gotten the pizza here and it s very undercook I ve gone here for field trips and most of my class mates have gotten food poisoning from them eating the dough cause I had ate some and my stomach hurted as well Vending machines The vending machines eat ur money if u want a candy bar it s 2-3 dollars then water is probably 2-3-4 dollars or chips it s 2 dollars and most of it is broken so they eat it money but they don t give it back Staff The staff look like they don t wanna be there also most of the times they are rude and they will only do a little bit of effort for things and most of the people working there mostly look like there at the age of 15-17 and they don t do anything they re mostly behind the counter or just walking around while on there phones Overall Overall I give this place a 1 star cause it s very unsanitary no one cares food if disgusting and it s not the best in general I don t know how people love to come here everyday and spend most of there time here and I don t know how most people give this place 5 stars more than 1 you could read other comment probably saying the same thing as I just said but look at reveiws before you come here tot to other place I general

I give this place a 1 star This place is very dirty when you walk in it has a very weird smell then bowling place is ok but when you play and put you re fingers in the holes it s gray and feels weird and when you play bowling they have fan there s but when you wanna play in the arcade area it s very hot there then the vending machines are broken and very expensive to get a tiny bag of chips is 2 dollars Then when you get pizza is very under cook I went to this place 2 times before last time I got the pizza it was very undercook and I got a stomach ache cause of it and same goes for the 2nd times food was very undercooked Then when you go to the restroom it s very dirty and smelly and when you get a card to start playing the games the games are broken and disgusting and it takes most of the credit away from the card the staff are also very rude I saw a bunch of kids trying to get a card and one of the staff yelled at them and gave them a dirty look The food takes forever to come out and the staff there doesn t even look like an adult they look like 16 or 17 year old running the place and only very little people who actually look like adults

We were the only ones in there bowling!! I agree with some of the reviews the lanes are like bowling off-road!! I was using a black widow hybrid 2.0 and it would NOT HOOK AT ALL!! Not one ball we rolled would hook, not our custom ball or a house ball !! Yes the place needs a lot better better cleaning.!! The amount you pay also to be more clear.!! The customer service was on par with the place and yes the girl working was very polite and helpful. Definitely cheaper than Main Event but..(read above)!!! Not my first choice by a long shot but not my last one either.. Incredibowl definitely needs an INCREDIBLE RENOVATION AND REMODEL!!

Worst experience ever as a customer. They charged me wrong after i had told them they under charged me. Then they cut my game up half ways thru and the evening manager accused me of playing without paying after i had just gone to pay for the game and the girl refused to take my payment. She said i was good for 1 more game. He told me i was 1000 % wrong and spoke to me with so much disrespect infront of many people. He then realized that he had wrongly accused me and never apologized. I returned the same disrespect and he kicked all my family out. I was a weekly bowler. Never going back. This place is in need of an overhaul. Looks old and it is pretty dirty to say the least. I clean all my equipment after each use and my ball and shoes were filthy after using these lanes for 3 games. I ll post pics because my gear never comes out this dirty over at Flamingo Bowl! The picture with the dirty paper towel is after one swipe of my ball and well yea I think the shoes are self explanatory .only place I walked with them were on the lanes! Not to mention the actual surface of the lanes are pretty beat up .if you re a serious bowler I would avoid this place .if you re just going to have to fun with fam and friends then I guess this place would suffice since this is one of two bowling alleys in the valley.

This place feels like a place to come out and enjoy your friends and family and drink some cold beverages and enjoy some bowling. I have been bowling at Incredibowl for a while now and also belong on the Thursday night league. Everyone that participates with our bowling league know each other by our names. Very awesome place because it s all about having a good time with family and friends. This place and the people that bowl with me on Thursday nights have become my family. Don t go. Our first visit approximately a month ago was fantastic (was on a Monday). Today (Saturday) the ladies behind the counter are rude, and just chat to each other while you re standing in front of the desk waiting to get a lane. She then put our kids names in wrong but won t fix them. Another note, you need 12 ppl to rent more than one lane this is when more than half of there lanes were open (including the lanes to the right and left of us XD) I mean, are you kidding me?! Went to order pizza, but drinks weren t included this is odd since the first time we can, each pizza came with a drink. We initially purchased two games per person; however, since it took us 2 hours to play a game, we asked for a refund. They refused the refund and gave us a voucher for a free game. All in all, I m never coming back here. There is no customer service and the employees act like they do not want to be here. We came only to celebrate my older son s birthday We left with a really bad experience

Went here for a birthday party about a week ago with my daughter and son. My daughter isnt the best at bowling so I asked the ladies at the desk if my 11 year old could get the bumpers and they told my that there was a STRICT policy that you must be 42 or shorter for the bumpers. After that my daughter had NO interest in bowling. Im not sure why this would ever be a policy at a small buisness bowling alley. And I have looked at other reviews statting the same issues and it doesnt seem like INCREDIBOWL or any one in charge is able to give a response or answer...... my family will NOT be going back

Came here for a birthday party for a 9 year old. Many of the kids cant bowl. We ask to have the bumpers raised..but they refused. Apparently if you are taller than the average 5 year old, they refuse to raise them for you. With the kids mostly making gutter balls, they got discouraged. My granddaughter stopped bowling and started playing on her phone. When the manager (Sulema) was asked about the bumpers she shrugged her shoulders and had an o-well attitude. Was looking forward to a fun evening with my family. One member being my 14yr old special needs niece. My neice who is obviously physically incapable of rolling the heavy ball was not trying to abuse the rules of our very relaxed game. After I was noticeably upset I was offered a rolling ramp for her, but was told with a rude tone if I catch anyone else using it - I will take it away. Very disappointment with this treatment. I would not recommend nor be coming back to Incredibowl.

This is my absolute favorite bowling alley in McAllen/Mission area. Bowling alleys at places like Main Event & Bass Pro are the bane of my existence. I prefer an old school - hole in the wall like I grew up at bowling at BOWL77 in San Benito,TX which had some of the best food. The food was.. you ready?! Wait for it.. INCREDIBOWL!! Why is bowling alley food so darn good?! My wife and I ordered close to everything on the menu: fried mushrooms, buffalo wings, a cheeseburger, pizza, chicken strips, with natural cut fries and everything was extremely fresh & tasted great! The stars of the show are the teenager workers who were absolutely hustling all night long! Each young employee was professional, attentive, efficient, happy and polite. Can t wait to return and wouldn t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a place to bowl or somewhere to eat in. My family and I will definitely be back to bowl, and may even drop by just for the food!

My daughter decided to have her 13th birthday celebration at Incredibowl; instead of going to another party venue. All her guests got their bowling shoes and were super excited! Meeting friends outside school grounds was just what they were looking forward to. We decided to get two lanes and as they eagerly started to bowl, the pins started to get stuck not once but many times. Eventually my guests got tired of waiting and left. I spoke several times to the staff but I am amazed at how Sebastian, the manager handled the situation. Hes customer service and work ethics are beyond my expectations !!! Sebastian definitely made the greatest experience for daughters birthday!! I most definitely recommend Incredibowl for your next party, or just hanging out with friends.

Extremely disappointed...I want to support independently owned business in Mission, but I took my family for a fun bowling day and my 9 y/o daughter was denied bumpers on the lane because she was too tall. Didnt make any sense because she couldnt even hit a single pin. While we were there an argument between 2 groups broke out because the lanes were crowded. So sad that this place as gone down hill...it used to be a real nice family environment. I asked to speak with the owner and was given the run around so this was my only way to pass along my disappointment.

Worst service ever, I went in and the machines were broken and ate our swipes in the card, the managers literally didn t even check the machines to seriously find the issue and were the first to blame us and not give us our money back and told us to leave.

Very rude, they ripped off my my son and his friends,, manager was very rude they lost a total of 8 games at the batting cages, they only refunded them for 2 games.. So the manager says they were being rude, and the boys were going behind the counters, no such a lie, she kept hanging up on me.. so they kicked them out.. we will be doing a charge back on all the debit cards that were charged.. I will recommend not doing anything there.

I am very very sorry to say that your bowling lanes are damaging my three hundred dollar balls. The pin machine in back has lots of problems. Years ago incredibowl was the premier place to bowl. People traveled great distances to enjoy bowling. please bring it back.. On the good size The employees are always very nice. Plenty of parking to handle a first class bowling alley again. Drove 40 minutes to use the batting cages waited 15 minutes inside for someone to help. Saw alot of employees standing around doing nothing no one helped us.. we finally sought one of them out and they said their cages were closed cause they were short staffed. Even tho there were a binch of employees doing nothing. And they were pretty rude about it.

Ridiculous! My 6 year old daughter was denied access to use the bumpers. I took her here to have fun & not get discouraged by her bowling score! On top of that half the games were not even working. Theres never anyone at the prize section & the food always taste like it was microwaved. Also, the customer service needs a lot of improvement. This place was better when it was VALLEY BOWL!!!

Very disappointed for my first experience as I was there for a work event. This place is horrendous due to denying people of the most essential drink water. They will not serve you free water/tap water. You must have cash to buy a tiny bottle of Fiji water via vending machines. I drink a gallon of water a day and chugged that Fiji water in a second. Denying humans of the most essential drink for profit is simply disgusting to me. Especially when people are drinking alcohol. Water is essential and charging $2 for water while literally playing a sport is beyond inhuman. This is just wrong. Furthermore, I asked the lady for a Michelob gold & pointed to the pitcher. I didn t know they had bottles my table has nothing but pitchers. I turn around and when I turn back she s bringing me a bottle. As I m telling her I don t want a bottle, I desire a pitcher, she opens the bottle. She tells me and I quote, you re going to have to pay for this one too cause I already opened it. No customer service whatsoever. On top of that, it is extremely hot and humid in there. Not sure if they are keeping the AC high to not have a large bill but I got a money hungry vibe with no care for the customer. I will never be going back or holding work events here. Finally, DO NOT PUT YOUR NUMBER IN THE MUSIC BOX. An hour after putting my number and the machine telling me it had an error sending me the app. I began receiving sex chat emails and spam consistently throughout the day. I can t say for sure this is the reason why however I NEVER give my personal number out. I have a secondary number for that. I don t use social media and have never had as much spam SMS and calls as I have since I put my number in. Stay away from this place.
